CD player stopped working after just over a month

This worked initially, but after a little over a month, it stopped reading CDs. The discs spin, but the display keeps saying “NO.” I’ve tried multiple CDs that previously played successfully and aren’t scratched, and I’ve followed all the troubleshooting instructions without success. The radio still works, but I purchased this mainly to play CDs.

I’m disappointed that the CD function stopped working just outside the return window. Could the seller please help resolve this or provide a replacement through the warranty?

SO perfect

I bought this for my mom and ended up loving it so much myself. It’s easy to use, the sound is good quality, it can be really really loud or serve as some background noise. Its very convenient since it doesn’t NEED batteries but also if you’d like to move it to outside or take it on a trip just pop batteries in there and you’re good. only issue I had was when trying to connect bluetooth but a quick youtube video and some googling and I got it to work, which as much as we love Sade, we needed some more variety and now we can listen to Marvin Gay, Aretha Franklin, hell even Radio head, which made it 100000% more amazing. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. it’s genuinely worth the cost with how accessible it is for ANY audio related needs, it’s very versatile. And to top it off it looks kinda retro(?🤷🏼‍♀️)and I think it’s just a nice touch to the living room.

this is so cute player!! Simple to use and easy to bring to anywhere in the room. Even consider to buy another one as a gift!

Not the best

I was disappointed in the sound. I know it’s affordable, but we’re all used to an iPhone level of speaker quality. It sucks because I recently started collecting cds and was really excited about it. That said, it works fine and is small- which is great.

CD player quit working after just over a year of use.

It was a great little CD player until it quit working. I bought this for in 2024 as a Christmas present for my daughter. Now, when you move the knob for CD, you get “no” and nothing happens.

Stopped working after using for a month.

It worked great and I was very happy with it until it randomly stopped working after only using it for like a month. Every time I put a cd in, it’s as if it can’t read the cd and it makes repeated noises as it tries to play it.

Excellent stereo for the price.

Dynamite little portable unit. Very good for the price and it also has a volume knob, that's right a knob. You never see those anymore .Very convenient. I highly recommend this little unit!

CD player not reading CDs

I got this CD player on October 14, 2025. After four weeks, it stopped working, without reading CDs anymore. Honestly, I deserve a refund or an exchange for a new one.

Great sound for good price.

I've used this boombox primarily as a bluetooth speaker at work and I love it. Quality is super sharp, easy to connect to, and great signal for radio. I bought mine on sale for like 20 or something, but I could justify paying full price.

Little Boombox with Big sound!

I bought this unit on a whim,cuz I realized that I have a bunch of cool cds 💿 and nothing to listen to them with. It's just the right size and it really sounds good 👍 I'm very happy with it! Would definitely recommend it 👌

One-Year Replacement for Defective Product

Two months after I purchased this CD/radio player it stopped working. I kept trying the troubleshooting suggestions, hoping it would start working again. It never did.

Sound just ok but broke after 2 years

Compact design and easy to use but marginal sound quality and it broke after 2 years. Doesn’t recognize CDs so can’t play them.

Wasn’t cheap so not a good deal

Hoping it will last

I purchased it about 2 years 9 months ago. The sound is nothing special, but I've hooked it up to an EarFun UBOOM speaker via the headphone output, which produces significantly better sound (this is the case for most small CD boom boxes).

I like the base boost button. It works very well with the EarFun to give a fuller sound. One thing I'm not crazy about is that there's a momentary stop/start of the sound and a thumping sound over the speaker between every track. Also, the volume button has developed a static/scratching noise over the speaker when it is adjusted. It makes me wonder how long it will last after only 2+ years.

Wasted money

We used the required batteries for this and the batteries corroded not even a month having it???? Not worth spending your money on this.

Cd player does not function

I wrote the company, they were really quick to provide us a replacement when I informed them the cd player did not work. However this replacement has the exact same issue, the cd reader does not work. It seems to have trouble sending the CD. It sounds like it’s trying to but then just tells me NO on the screen. If you’re crazy like me and still want to listen to cds, don’t buy this player.

Has a great sound!

I read reviews prior to deciding on my purchase. The sound is good & the bass button for some extra, is good. I took a video but you really can't hear the difference in the video. But I can tell. Had a nice sound. I'm pleased with this purchase & would definitely recommend.

Just OK

Meh, this is just OK. Boom boxes have certainly changed since I was young. They used to be big and brawny. This thing only measures about 8 inches square. (Guess boomboxes are shrinking as they die out?) The 3 inch speakers don't impress me and the bass-boost doesn't do much. The FM reception wasn't great, but that may be just my location. I wanted something to play by the pool. I think I'll give this to the grandchildren along with some CDs and explain what they are. I've got thousands of CDs but I guess they're history now. I should have got my son to transfer a bunch of them to a memory stick and just play from that on something with decent speakers.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

This boombox only worked for about 10 months and now it won’t play CDs or connect to USB or Bluetooth. I am very disappointed in this product.

My Favorite Purchase of 2024

This radio/CD player/ Bluetooth speaker/ GODSEND has become my new best friend and has been playing practically nonstop ever since I bought it. Not only is the sound great, but it fits my aesthetic perfectly. If I could, I’d buy one of these little buggers for every room in my house. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pause button stopped working

I don’t like that the pause button has stopped working. I have only had this CD player for 3 1/2 months and used it about 4 times.

I got this to play a couple religious CD’s I had ordered. Now I can’t listen to them.

Small

It plays fine. Very small with very small speakers. Imagine the quality of an old clock-radio and you’ll be happy. I’m not sure why you’d ever use the Bluetooth mode. I bought it to be able to play CDs I own. I don’t even bother
