Make sure there's 20 channels, first thing
It's a good system, just make sure you're getting what you paid for before you install anything. I purchased a 20 channel system and received a 16 channel system. The return was too complicated, as I've already installed all the wires in the building before I opened the little component box and looked at the unit itself. I've got two older night owl systems already. They're great. Four stars because of the mix-up.
