Great DIY tool

Great system, 4+ cameras is the way to go

Love the recording with motion stamps, it uses different color stamps for animal/people/vehicles. The night color cameras are really good. Better than AT&T security cameras!

Actual Customer

Decent but Customer Service is near non-existent

In general, fairly easy to use. That said, I have had numerous questions. You must email and wait for their response...generally almost 24 hours. No matter how complete you are in phrasing your question, they generally write back asking for more info which often was in the original request.

One of the most problematic issues is when I sign into the NVR itself, there is a message at the top:

"Please install the latest plug-in. Close your browser before installation." But there is no link to the plug-in, as much as I have searched their website for a plug-in I have yet to find and when I email for the plug-in link, there has been no response. As such, it makes it impossible to see the camera's view from the NVR itself....there are reasons why I need to see through the NVR directly and you most likely will need this access as well. so disappointing Onwote will not offer any help on this one issue of their making which should be a simple roadblock to overcome if they would only provide the link to the plug-in. I hope Onwote has the courtesy to respond to this review.
