Having been overly impressed with the smaller T5+, I couldn't help myself and decided to try the larger T7 - and what a great decision that turned out to be! The screen on this thing is insane! It honestly blew my mind. Beautifully sharp, accurate colours, and oh my god, that brightness! 3000 nits!. In my location I find myself shooting in not so desirable lighting conditions in the middle of the day. The T7 can be used in bright conditions with no problem whatsoever - without even using a sun hood. The build quality is great (yes, it is made of plastic), but it still has a premium feel to it. It certainly does not feel cheap. The T5+ definitely still has a place in my kit and will be used for certain occasions, but the T7 will absolutely be fixed to my camera rig for a vast majority of the time. Osee have been so good to deal with also. Happy to answer questions and were extremely quick to ship on both occasions that I bought their product. Well done Osee on producing such amazing monitors at an incredible price point. I can't wait to see what other products are released in the future.

Huge monitor and it's amazing!
Immediately when I'm using it it's like a whole new world. I'm used to 5 inch monitors so it felt like a new world using this. It's brighter than you'll probably need to be honest. I can run backlight at 6 outside with no problem. The hdmi ports lock the cable in tight. The DC power port is threaded to keep it from being removed accidentally, a nice touch. The actual build felt like metal for a second but it's mostly some kind of polymer. The actual top and bottom 1/4 threads have anti rotation pin slots and are made of metal. It's quite light for the size, surprisingly so. Take only one npf battery for power. It came with dtap to DC barrel and ac power cable with different plugs for other countries outside the US. Also has an SD card slot on the side for loading luts. The menu is reminiscent of small HD so it may feel familiar. I only wish I got the sdi version to use on the komodo but wanted to make sure I would be good with a 7 inch monitor first. Only con I can see is maybe the hdmi ports being on the middle back vs lower back or sides for example and the menu takes a bit to navigate since it's just the one joystick. Overall really great value for the price. May not ever go back to a 5 inch monitor now.
