These Sleepbuds have noticeably improved sleep. The noise masking works surprisingly well, and I stick to the Soar sound at low volume. I also appreciate falling asleep to a YouTube video before they automatically switch to sleep sounds via automatic timer. The sleep stats are a nice bonus to scope in the am, and the magnetic charging case makes storing them in the dark easy without disturbing my partner. Battery life hasn’t been an issue either. They’ve become a solid part of my sleep routine.

A lifesaver for light & side sleepers with obnoxious snoring partners
It feels premium from the moment you slide the case open, and it's already saved more than one night's sleep for me on a recent vacation. If your partner snores, or you just want reliable noise blocking for travel, these are totally worth it. The fit is comfortable even for a heavy tossing and turning side sleeper like me, the noise blocking genuinely works, and the case feels well constructed and light. A couple of small design tweaks (cable storage, a more tactile lid nub) would make it even better, but neither is a dealbreaker.
Pros
Comfortable, secure fit - I'm using the original tips that came in the box, and they stay put all night, no fumbling to reposition them at 3am. Noise canceling headphones are great, but I can't actually sleep on my side with them or I'll wake up with severe outer ear pain.
Actually blocks out snoring - This is the whole reason I bought them, and they deliver. I keep the volume around 60 on a normal night, and bump it up when my partner is snoring louder than usual. Having that range makes a real difference.
Great for travel - I used them on flights and slept well. If you're a nervous or light sleeper on planes, these are worth it for that alone.
Thoughtful design - I love how the case lights up on each side to show each bud is connected and charging properly, so I always know they'll be ready for the next use. Small detail, but it's great since I wake up before my partner and I don't want to turn on the lights. I like to put them back in the case as soon as I'm up so I don't misplace them.
Future Improvements Considerations
Cable storage - There's no retractable cable or built-in cable management, which would be a nice addition in the next version. I wouldn't mind a beefier case if it meant everything is kept in one place.
The case lid nub could be more pronounced. The little tactile nub for finding the direction of the sliding lid (similar to the raised bumps on the F and J keys on a keyboard) is a bit too subtle for me to feel confidently in the dark. But I'm used to it now after a few weeks.

Great sleep earbuds. Issues resolved. Great communication from Support.
For $300 I’d expect these to work better. First off, even with all the lights indicating that the earbuds are charging, several times I’ve got them out of the case, checked their annoying app, and the buds are at 2%, although they were charging all day. Also the earbuds connect to the charging case which then connects to the phone. The distance you move from the case is at least half what I get with any other earbuds I own whether lower cost ones or Apple AirPod Pros. So if I don’t unplug the charging case and take it with me, you lose sound, however whatever you were listening to keeps playing. If you never get up from bed while still listening to an audio book, this may not be an issue for you. The fact that charging is inconsistent however, is ridiculous considering sleep earbuds costing half as much always work. You are also forced to use the app which is very annoying. I just want to put them in my ears and go, like every other product I own.
I added a photo and video to show that now the left bud is charging but the right one refuses. The light starts flashing like it is charging but if you wait a minute the right bud’s light stays solid.
Update: Dropping these to one star. The right earbud shows both in the case lights as well as the app the it is charging but it always stops and now never goes above 2%. This is garbage. Buy something else!
Update: Bounced this back up to 4 stars. Support contacted and stuck with me. Several suggestions didn’t appear to work. I started using a previous set of sleep earbuds. After another email from support, I checked the Ozlo earbuds and the right bud was fully charged. It has since charged twice more so it’s only fair to update the review.
These are by far the most comfortable and last longer than others. The work with the distance from the charging case is my only gripe but for most nights I don’t stray far from it and I presume most users won’t either.

Dream product
The completion to my sleep routine.
This product is phenomenal. It arrived day of, and I had the best night of sleep I could remember. I was able to fall asleep to a book I'm listening to and not lose my place because the technology automatically transitions from whatever I'm listening to to static sound as soon as it senses I'm falling asleep. Beyond that, the app is beautiful and seamless.

Greatest sleepbuds ever
The Oslo sleepbuds are truly an amazing product. My partner has loudly snored for 8 years, and with these sleep buds I’ve finally been able to fall asleep peacefully. They also stay in when I sleep and the sounds are perfect.

Perfect for Falling Asleep to Podcasts Without Disturbing My Wife
I’ve been really happy with the Ozlo Sleepbuds 2 so far. I tend to listen to podcasts at night to help me fall asleep, but listening through a speaker disturbs my wife, and regular earbuds have never been a great solution for sleeping.
What I really like about the Ozlo Sleepbuds is that I can stream whatever audio I want, so I can fall asleep listening to my usual podcasts. Once the Sleepbuds detect that I’ve fallen asleep, they automatically switch over to ambient sleep sounds. This has been a huge plus for me because podcasts can sometimes wake me back up if an episode keeps playing after I’m already asleep. There are also plenty of different sleep sounds to choose from in the app, so you can find something that works for you.
Comfort was another concern before buying them, but they fit really comfortably in my ears and don’t hurt even after wearing them throughout the night. I can sleep on my side with them in without the discomfort I’ve had with regular earbuds.
I was a little skeptical about whether they would actually make much of a difference, but I’ve genuinely been sleeping better since I started using them. Being able to fall asleep to the content I enjoy without disturbing my wife, and then having them transition to relaxing background sounds once I’m asleep, is exactly what I was looking for.
Definitely worth it for anyone who likes falling asleep to podcasts, audiobooks, or other audio but shares a bed with someone who prefers quiet.

Ozlo has hit a home run with a 14-hour battery life.
In 2022, I used Bose Sleepbuds and loved them. But after 2 years of nightly use, they conked out in 2024. Bose had since discontinued them, but the Bose engineers who designed the original Sleepbuds picked up the mantle and launched the Ozlo Sleepbuds. I immediately bought a pair and appreciated the better sound library and improved app. One of my biggest complaints with the Bose was the very short 10-second sound loops, where you could hear the "stitching" (the point where the loop repeats). Not so, with the Ozlo sound loops. By my estimate, they loop runs closer to 5 minutes, which makes the stitching much less obvious.
But the gen 1 Ozlos weren't without their own annoyances. For one, they would sometimes fail to charge during the day (even when I perfectly seated them in their case, and with the charging lights blinking). Other times, the buds wouldn't turn on when removed from their case, and I'd have to put them back in, wait a few seconds, and take them out again. After a couple of years, one of the earbuds also started turning off in the night, jarring me awake (despite still having plenty of battery life left). Maybe a few times a month; just often enough to be annoying. So last month, I decided to retire these and buy a replacement pair. Within days, that new pair exhibited battery issues where one bud discharged 20% faster than the other, and the charging case often wouldn't pair with the buds. I decided to exchange them, since I was well within the 30-day return window. That's when I noticed that Ozlo had discontinued the original Sleepbuds, just days after I'd bought mine, with the Sleepbuds 2.
After all those Ozlo gen-1 problems, I hesitated on buying the new Sleepbuds 2 (as they're also more expensive) or instead try a competitor's buds instead. What convinced me to give Ozlo another chance was their claim of an improved, 14-hour battery life (up from 10 hours).
I've now used the Sleepbuds 2 for several weeks and confirm that they DO last 14 hours. My gen-1 buds would barely last 8 hours under "offline" whitenoise use, and on some mornings they'd die and wake me up early. Not so with the Sleepbuds 2. In "Simple" mode (what Ozlo previously called "offline" mode), I've had them running for 10 hours, and when I put them back in the case, they still show 36-38% battery remaining. Great job, Ozlo!
With the Sleepbuds 2, Ozlo has also resolved some of the firmware bugs I experienced with their gen-1 Sleepbuds. The Sleepbuds 2 have better sound quality, the new app is even easier to use, the connection between the case and my phone is now solid, with no more weird connectivity issues, mystery battery drains, or other firmware bugs.
Now, on to the annoyances, which are very few, but nonetheless very annoying:
The original gen-1 Ozlo case had 5 LEDs indicating battery life in 20% increments (5 lights = 100%, 4 lights = 80%, and so on). The new case only has one multi-color LED: green = 20% or more, amber = 20% or less. How dumb is that?
Also, all the LEDs on the gen-2 case are now many times brighter than the gen-1 case... bright enough to light up our dark room not unlike a keychain LED flashlight. It's startled my spouse awake, more than once, and I've even startled myself when they've flashed into my eyes when opening the case in the dark. Whoever made the call on the battery indicator apparently also signed off on this nonsense too. Seriously, Ozlo, if you're reading this, please tell me there's a way to dial down the LED brightness via firmware, because the only alternative is putting masking tape over the LEDs.
Conclusion: Despite some very obnoxious design decisions with the charging case, Ozlo has hit a grand-slam home run into the upper deck with the Sleepbuds 2. Hopefully they'll last longer than 2 years, but even if they don't, there's no other sleepbud on the market that comes close to the 14-hour battery life these offer. I expect Ozlo Sleepbuds to remain on my nightstand for years to come.

Very comfortable!
Love these - they are the most comfortable ear buds I own. I have small ears, and my apple ear buds are constantly falling out. These stay in my ears and are super comfortable for sleeping. I was skeptical about whether I could sleep with these comfortably, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are. Besides comfort, I love how I can start off listening to a podcast, and then when I fall asleep it switches over to white noise. I used to do that with my phone blaring next to me, but after I fell asleep, the podcast would often wake me up. These have quickly become part of my daily routine.

Perfection
They easily block any noise I need, and Im in a noisy environment.
Battery is great, last night I woke up after 9 hours and it still had about 50% charge left.
Sleep tracking is surprisingly good, when compared to my apple watch they don't get the sleep stages the same all the time but they get pretty close, and they get the sleep duration same like the apple watch.
I love the app, and the software, it has everything you need.
And as for comfort, at first they hurt my ears a little bit, but then my ears got used to it and now I don’t even feel them at all(Im a belly sleeper). Also, my pillow was very old and lost its fluffiness, so switching to a better one helped.
Overall, since wearing them I sleep much better. I actually wake up 30 minutes before my alarm clock feeling like I slept enough.(before I would wake up to my alarm feeling like I can sleep more since my sleep wasn’t very efficient).

Comfortable, elegant, great sound and tech - and Kitten Approved
I owned the original Oslo Sleepbuds and I just upgraded to the Sleepbuds 2. The increased battery life, enhanced tech features and sound environments, and the lightweight comfort make this is high value product for me that's well worth the cost. I live close to a freeway and an airport, so the sound disruption at night causes me extremely poor sleep when I don't wear my Ozlo's. Despite having a good mattress, I am a sleeper who moves from my back to my side, and the Ozlo's don't fall out of my ears when I change position in my sleep. The sound quality is simply beautiful, whether I'm listening to music or the many soothing background sounds the Ozlo app offers. I will also use these when I'm flying cross country and overseas. And the Sleepbuds and case are high quality, elegant and impressive to the touch. Great product, fair price. My rescue kitten likes them too! (see attached video)

Best sleep ever
These sleepbuds allowed me the best sleep I have had in a very long time, i need noise to fall sleep but my wife cant have any noise and i live in nyc. So I wear these and unlike my normal earbuds that are hard and hurt my ears these are soft and fit flat in your ear for a great sleep. Woke up to completely noise cancellation and the sleep tracking is amazing, it can detect noise, light and wakefullness. I love them!

Looks like they fixed it, we'll see.
Longtime user of sleepbuds 1 from back when it was being sold on indigogo, they had tons of problems but still the best available. When they released the sleepbuds 2 I literally bought it the moment it hit the store last week.
They definitely fixed all the major issues, the Bluetooth actually does work up to 10ft, it actually streams audio like it's supposed to, they changed the shape of the case so the sleepbuds actually go to their resting spot and you don't get to nighttime with dead sleep buds. Also it looks like all the sleeping sensors work now on battery instead of with it being plugged in only.
Too bad it couldn't be perfect with the first version but so far it looks like they did it right with this one, I'll update the review if there are any overt issues and take away 5 stars.
