I've had many mixers and I think this one is just perfect. I read the bad reviews about static, bass not sounding good and dead on delivery. I can't speak to the last one but the other two don't seem to be an issue for me. Quality lows and highs are important to me and I'm pleased with the sound it produces. There is no static on inputs. For me this board provides the perfect amount of flexibility for a simplish and small setup. (two speaker outputs, mics, keys, guitar inputs) The bluetooth feature is perfect for playing music in between. This is the second one I've purchased. The first was actually stolen.

Crystal Clear Sound in a Budget Mixer: Great for Beginners or Casual DJs
I recently picked up this audio mixer and wanted to offer my take on it. While it might not be a top-of-the-line product, it delivers surprisingly good sound quality and punches well above it's price class, making it a great budget option for DJs, Live, Sound and even podcast host.
Here's what impressed me:
Clean Audio: The sound quality coming through this mixer is impressive. There's minimal background noise or unwanted coloration on the outputs.
Versatility: This is a USB mixer and can be used to run podcast and live stream setups. But at the same time, it is light and portable and has more than enough inputs and outputs for the average DJ and small band.
Areas for Improvement:
Build Quality: The overall construction feels a bit lightweight. The plastic materials could be sturdier, and some of the knobs and faders feel a little loose. In my unit, the rubber feet seem to be missing (not sure if this is the case for all models), but these would definitely improve stability during use. The minor inconsistencies between the faders can also make it feel a little cheap.
Not Pro-Level: For professional DJing or heavy use, this mixer might not hold up. The build quality feels better suited for home use or casual gigs.
Overall:
This is a great beginner mixer, especially for those on a budget. The sound quality is on par with more expensive options, and the controls are easy to learn. However, if you're a professional or plan on using it heavily, you might want to consider a more robust mixer with a heavier duty build quality.

A decent budget friendly option! Might be what you need with a pair of powered speakers.
Here is a review on the Phenyx Pro PTX-15 mixer. I have used this mixer for the last week in many applications such as a Mobile DJ, Karaoke night, Emcee for a Corporate event, and for recording in my home studio. Here are my pros, cons, and suggestions for future consideration. #phenyxprogears
Pros:
1. The 48V on each individual channel is great. I like that I only feed power where needed. A nice touch.
2. There is plenty of gain on each channel for a condenser mic. All of my mics sound good and no noticeable hiss when adjusting the gain a bit higher
3. The onboard 'post' 5 band eq eliminates the need for an outboard unit in most applications. This eq is very responsive and gets the job done well.
4. The sliders are smooth and feel very solid. The are responsive to adjustments and feel like they can take daily use.
5. The USB recording and playback functions work very well and the ability to control the previous and next functions on my laptop playlist is great.
Cons:
1. The effects are not very good. They are useable but they are not gonna add much to your mix. If used sparingly, they get the job done.
2. There is a low mid hum when the unit is running idle. It is not really noticeable in a live setting, but it is present in the studio/podcast setting. It comes through a bit on the recording as well. I think it is in the effects, but I can't get rid of it. Even with every knob and slider completely off.
Suggestions for future consideration:
1. I think the RCA outs are unnecessary as you can record out via the USB. I think this would be better served as a channel 5/6 input. Maybe with 1/4" jacks. This would serve the DJ and Karaoke host by giving a way to connect a dj console and leaving XLR space for mics. Perhaps combine the Left/Right Main ouput sliders into one and using the remaining slider for a channel 5/6 volume.
2. A channel gain clipping LED would be useful.
3. Indention stops on the channel EQ, Aux, Effects, and Pan knobs at the 12 o'clock position. They are very useful in a live setting to quickly indicate what the settings are in a dim lit environment.
This is a decent mixer for the price. I would suggest it for anyone needing a budget friendly mixer. The added EQ, user friendly USB functions, and the sound quality might just be a perfect solution with powered speakers.

New PTX-15 does not turn on.
I bought a phoenix pro PTX 15 mixer.
When I connect the device and turn it on, it is not working. In fact, it does not turn on. We already used the correct connections.
Obviously we pressed the on and off button, we moved the cables to another outlet but in fact we are using outlets that we use for other devices and we have no one light on in the Mixer device.
I fill sad about that, because I was excited with my new acquisition.
Attached you can find some pictures for your reference.
Any advise is very welcome.

Great Value for the Money!
I recently received the new Phenyx Pro PTX-15 mixer. This is a fantastic little mixer it sounds great and functions flawlessly. The sliders are smooth as well. Just like the Phenyx Pro mics this mixer is a game changer for the money. The only thing that I don’t like about it is the power cord. I wish it was an IEC cable instead of the screw on type.

BAD PRODUCT
This item came defective straight out of the box. from the time it was plug in the LEDS was blinking along with the mp3 display blinking blue in synchronous with with the LEDS. when I attach my speakers i am getting a clicking sound even when al te gains are off on all channels and the master volume levels are off. i have change the power source to my backup battery solar generator with 120v output and i have gotten the same results. my UPS agents are sayin the same thing. I have returned the item awaiting refund. they should be a greater penalty for faulty product return, it cost the consumer more in time wastage and funds having to wait for a refund, exchance and reorder.

If you're new to the game, this is def a good starter analog mixer! If you like easy, straight forward, and no-nonsense simplicity, then the Phenyx Pro PTX-15, could be just what you're searching for! Lastly, but certainly not least, it just plain sounds good, and that's always the most important thing we're looking for, in a piece of gear! Right!!!! :-)

Great for small clubs or karaoke
After almost two weeks I really like this mixer for home use and find it to be a really good value. Everything on it has worked as it should: BT, MP3, sound effects, equalizer all good. Sound quality is good. I found that using the BT is probably the easiest way to set up for karaoke. Pull up a karaoke video on YT with a phone or tablet and stream it into the mix then sing into the microphone. You can use two of the channel's mono inputs simultaneously for a stereo mix if needed. I was also able to record to my computer using an external sound interface.
Though not quite the build quality of say a Behringer or a Yamaha (therefor 4 stars), for the price I have been really impressed. You would have to pay twice the price of this Phenyx to get these features in the other brands. This mixer would be perfect for a small band, club, speaker events or karaoke without breaking the bank.

No one will know how little you paid for this board when they hear the way it sounds!
This is a very well put together mixing console. The top is metal while the back and sides are constructed out of a nice looking black plastic that seems quite durable. I actually really appreciate the weight reduction here because it makes it very easy to pick up and take with you. The color coding used on the knobs is nice. It really helped me find everything a look quicker as I was learning my way around the board. I also really appreciate the excellent design of the power cable. It screws securely into place so you don't have to worry about it coming unplugged accidentally. The most important part of any mixer is the sound output. In that department I was honestly kind of impressed. The signal comes through load and clear with no noticeable distortion of any kind on my unit. I didn't even pick up on any loss of audio quality through the Bluetooth interface and that really impressed me. This console offers an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend this to anyone amateur or professional who is looking for something light and compact to take out on the road. Plus, if it breaks you aren't even out that much and don't have to sweat it at all.

Not for the pros
This unit is good for small gathering style events. I like the bluetooth option. Great for karaoke night, but you will need speakers, couple xlr or trs cables, and a mic to connect to this thing.
