Did not connect to any of my devices

These headphones did not connect to any of my devices, my phone says "incorrect pin code" and tablet says "could not connect, check settings" (see screenshots). I have a bunch of BT headphones and earbuds and never had any pairing problems. Also there are other issues: a) When the headphones are On - I can hear very quiet fast clicking sound in the left earcup. b) Even though device is advertised as "Bluetooth + Cable Connection" - the audio cable is not included.
