Amazing Reception—101 Channels Without an Amplifier!
This small Philips antenna works much better than I expected. I receive 101 channels, including 2 CBS, 4 NBC, 7 ABC, and 11 FOX. The picture is clear, sharp, and stable without an amplifier.
It works especially well when placed near a window. Excellent performance and value for only about $10!

You need this in Los Angeles for clear VHF signals.
It works great on High VHF signals needed in Los Angeles for major channels. Instead of buying the “mudflap” digital antenna, I should have bought this set top, old school, rabbit ears antenna first.
Its small, but mighty. In Los Angeles you need the VHF signal for KABC, Fox local, and KCAL, all from 20-30 miles at Mt Wilson.

No regrets
Buy it! Don’t underestimate this rabbit Ear TV antenna and the price. If you’re on a budget and can’t afford streaming services; this is it.. You need to buy this one. it comes with a short cable, but you can purchase one to extend it to where you will be placing the antenna.
Just make sure you have male and female ends of the cable you buy or get a coupler to make it work. Also make sure you have Your original TV. Control., you will need it.
I am 75 years old and I was able to make it work. It was a challenge but I did. Because I don’t have a long cable I hung my antenna on the kitchen pantry handles. when I’m done watching TV. I just put it back by the TV. Make sure to face the TV antenna towards Your Broadcast Towers. Mine are facing north east.
I’m only 30 miles from the broadcast tower so pictures are crispy clear.

Very Good and Low Prices Also
I was using a flat panel on the window for a year. I brought many station but I only use it for ABC, NBC, CBS PBS and FOX. Mostly it was good but at times one or two would not come in. Lately it was a mess. Always I could not get one or two stations. I gave up and bought this rabbit ears. Very low priced. The Antenna Man recommended it. I is AMAZING. I tried it near the TV on a table. It did not work well. I thought I wasted my money. It can me folded so it was flat. So, I taped to the window which points toward the stations about 30 miles away. It bought in a vast number and those a have mentioned all come in excellent. No tuning or moving the antenna this way or than required. One thing is needed I should mention. it has a short cable attached with a female connection. You will need a long cable to reach from the window to the TV. You need to buy a double male cable connector\ to connect the two cables together. I bought one at ACE Hardware and that solved the problem

Cheapest but the best
I have tried 2 digital HDTV antennas thay are more than $35 before this one. Those comes with signal boosters and noise filters, they said latest model chips built in and they have over 4 stars review but for my Samsung smart TV, None of them worked. I tried them with two other Samsung TVs but only 2015 model got signals and it got 24. Then I tried RCA VHF/UHF 60 miles range one ($35) from Walmart but I only recieved 18 channels. Amazingly this one gives me over 30 channels with 1080 HDTV quality. For this item, I watched customer review and find reviewedd by antenna guy, he is recommanding and proving with his test result. I decided to tried and found that he is right. I am so happy with this product. Now I am purchasing LTE/5G filter to protect from some interferences that might occur even though noises rarely come by. But Total value for this item and LTE filter is still less than $30 which is great. Right? I recommand this product to try out for your TV.

If you’re looking for an antenna to watch Fox 5, I highly recommend this one. I tried several antennas that cost over $80, but this inexpensive antenna performed better and picked up the channel without any issues.

Finally an antenna that works with VHF channels, as well as UHF
I was struggling to receive VHF stations. I tried a couple other antennas that claimed to work with UHF, but they failed to bring in a station that has a tower in the city where live. I was hesitant to get this old fashioned looking antenna, but boy did it do the job! I will also add that it is pretty small. I also like that it has its own stand. So, no having to hang it off something or mount it somewhere. Installation could not be simpler. Just screw in the coax cable, scan for channels on your TV, and off you go. This found way more stations than the highly rated ones I tried. It's fully compatibly with UHF as well. I have no issues with the speed/reception of the stations, and it appears pretty sturdy. I definitely recommend this over the flat panels and so forth of you have VHF channels in your area. Note that I asked Gemini where the TV transmission tower was from my home address. I got a compass heading. I added a compass app on my phone, figured out what direction I needed, and I was all good.

Inexpensive and Good Design to be Hidden
Haven’t had an antenna since the 90s, so was a bit surprised I needed one to watch the NBA finals at home. Super easy to install, just plug into the coax.
Initially, I was worried it’d be an ugly eye sore but there was a nice design choice by Philips to have a rounded antenna that can be hung behind the TV.
After plugging it in to my Hisense TV, there is a TV with antenna button on the remote that you hit that starts the channel finding process. In SF/Bay Area, there are 114 channels, surprisingly. And the Sutro tower being 15 miles to the East Bay where I live, makes the reception for UHF/VHF very clear. I’ve read that ABC is on VHF which isn’t received well on the flat digital antenna.
I was prepared to spend $50 on a fancier digital antenna but thought I’d try this cheapy, old school rabbit ears antenna, and it works even better than expected!
Update:
Best decision ever!!! Knicks in Four!!! 🏀🎉

Great Antenna for picking up VHF
Got recommended this Antenna from "The Antenna Man". It was working okay however sometimes I cannot watch "Fox" because it's on a VHF band and Tyler the Antenna man described the different between UHF and VHF and looking up the problem on the cheap flat Antenna why it couldn't pick it up is because it wasn't for picking up VHF bands. The reason I took a while trying to get an Antenna is because there wasn't a whole lot on TV I really wanted to watch except when it came to watching sports that airs on Fox it was simply hard. I decided to junk the old flat Antenna and replace it with this "Philips Rabbit Ears Black Indoor TV Antenna" and I have to say it worked perfectly fine. I lived about 26 miles away in LA from the broadcast towers, so it was within the 30+ mile range claim. I will say I tried hanging this on a wall and it wasn't performing very well so when I put it flat on a tabletop it was able to lock in all my Major Channels including Fox. If you live in a city within 30+ miles of the towers and don't live near a hill or tree obstructing your view on picking up the signal I recommend this antenna! I will mention however the cable is only 5ft long so if you are planning on hooking it up to the TV make sure it has a good clear space to pick up the networks. Otherwise, you may have problems. Mine isn't hooked up to a TV but to a wireless device called a "Homerun" so I can watch anywhere in my home! Never a doubt this was a better choice getting than paying a month of a live TV streaming service costing $80+ just to watch my locals and that's savings!

Works good, doesn’t look good.
Seems to work good. I went from 9 channels to 37 ( most in espanol though) lol. The quality control is not so good. Plastic wrap is sandwiched between the antenna base plates. What’s with that?

Huge value for the money!
Setup took 1 minute. Immediate sharp and clear reception of huge number of channels including the broadcast networks. My TV is a Westinghouse Roku TV. I Velcro’d the rabbit ears to my window but I really don’t know if it was necessary.

Works but not durable at all
During setup one of the antennas snapped right off with zero pressure put onto it. I was still able to connect to the major stations 12 miles away with the remaining antenna (so not worth the trouble of trying to return) - but for people living further than that you may want to pay up for a better antenna with hopefully better durability.

Almost perfect. A great indoor antenna.
Very happy with it. When paired with my Homeworx converter box I get 64 channels. You might want to invest in an indoor antenna amplifier. I have my antenna near a window and 95% it works great. A few channels were spotty.

The Best So Far
I live about 20 miles southeast of downtown Houston, TX. All my other straight antennas were not working through bad or windy weather.
I realize the rabbit ears are way better than just a straight antenna. I have my antenna ears spread at almost 90-degree angle (see pic) and facing northwest. I can now see clear pictures for ABC13, NBC2, CBS11, and all the other major Houston TX stations. With straight antennas, it was very difficult to get ABC13.
Love this antenna!!! Once in a while I might need to readjust the position. For the most part, these are way better than straight antennas.
I definitely recommend getting these if you’re like me and don’t want to pay for cable or other tv stations and want a clear picture on bad-weather days.

Works very well. Very impressive.
I am 25 miles due west of the Philadelphia antenna farm in Roxborough, PA, and 37 miles southwest of the WFMZ-TV 69 transmitter in Bauer Rock, PA. This antenna reliably picked up two VHF low, two VHF high, and seven UHF digital channels. This comprises 74 virtual channels and all of the networks that one would want to receive in my area.
I tested this antenna along with the Philips Modern Loop and the Channel Master Flatenna. This one worked the best, although the other two antennas were also good. The Flatenna did a tiny bit better on the UHF band. It also just barely received a couple of low power advertising channels that the other antennas could not. However, it was slightly worse on the VHF high band, and lacks the longer elements needed for the VHF low band. The Modern Loop was slightly worse on each of the three bands.
This antenna was 30% cheaper than the Modern Loop and 60% less than the Flatenna. Even though its photos are less impressive than the other two antennas, it is actually an innovated and appealing device once you remove it from the box. It is very compact, and feels dense and well built. The antenna elements can be adjusted in a variety of ways that are not possible with the other antennas. You can set it on a table top like the Modern Loop, or hang it from the ceiling, wall, or window like the Flatenna. I tested both configurations, and it performed the same either way.
The antenna is easy to disassemble/reassemble. Peel off the feet, remove four screws, and open the case. Then remove four internal screws to release the antenna elements and circuit board. The circuit board includes two baluns and passive components to combine the VHF and UHF signals (8 capacitors, and 7 inductors). A metal weight can be discarded to lighten the device. Although the attached coax cable is thin, it seems to be of good quality with a solid copper center conductor and copper braided shield.

Works - not a fake antenna
I get PBS and the 4 networks from 30 miles distance. An outdoor or attic antenna is best, but this is a good indoor antenna. Many scams online.

For those who couldn't decide on the plethora of the thin crust pizza style flat antennas.
-Simple, old school look. It works.
-Small horizontal footprint.
-But like all antenna models that come with the rabbit ear prongs, one must always take into account vertical spacing as the "rabbit ears" extend to their full potential.
-The coax end plug goes on tight and secure and the cable is fairly rigid but flexible.
-Reception is fine, I would have to compare it to my other flat platter type antennas that lay flat, but at the end of the day it probably has more to do with the area that you're in in, in terms of how close your are to the stations you are trying to receive broadcast from, and whether you're pointing the antenna in the right direction.

Philips Rabbit Ears Indoor TV Antenna
If you cut the cord, nothing beats an outdoor antenna, for indoors this one does well. My picture taking is bad, but I pulled in the OTA channels I like, and according to FCC Antenna WEB, the closest station is 24 miles away and this antenna pulled in channels from the south east and the north west. Only problem is you can't pick the spot to place the unit. I tried 4 different locations before I settled on the one in the pic. It got the most channels with the best reception.

Great mini antenna
I wanted to be able to view NBC, so I bought this little antenna. It was easy to set up (1 minute) and was able to get NBC with the first scan. I have 35 channels in all including ABC. I had called my internet company to see if I could add cable tv, but decided against it when the cheapest plan added $30 to my internet bill. This is just a one time payment of $12. It is small, doesn't take alot of space, and when I am not watching tv, I am going to slide it behind the tv. The picture and sound are 100%.

Recently cut the cord on the cable TV and lost the local networks. To get the local networks would cost as much as cable by streaming. Bought this UHF/VHF antenna and hooked it up and we are picking tons of channels including the major networks with great picture quality! Very important to rescan for the available channels. Well worth the $8.99.

I must admit, I was surprised at the compact size. Perhaps I did not read the ad carefully, but the rabbit ears only extend about 16 inches. As I type this the “idiot box” has registered 4 digital channels so far. Hoping for decent reception. Waiting............
Reception is poor. Will work with it but not expecting much.
