Where do I start…

Bought this from Sole Source AV Supply, item was defective. This mixer’s channel faders are very tight, far from a battle mixer. I’m stuck though because all the good new mixers are mainly Searato, and I’m strictly vinyl. The auto BPM is jumpy, it has a mind of its own. Plus the tiny screen is bunched up and not user friendly. The USB to record livestream function has a very low volume, even when cranked all the way up. I would even have to crank up the gains (which I do not like, I practice using Unity Gain all 0db style for mixers). It did this too with the Master RCA to record also. Not to mention on USB recording the channel fader did not work. My video is a recording from my IPhone 13 Pro to their USB with the volume cranked.
