It has good quality and works well. The speaker is clear, and the microphone has strong quality too. It’s comfortable, with a soft cushion around the speaker. It’s easy to use and install, and the functionality is great. Based on the price, it offers good value. Totally, I like it, and it looks gorgeous and adorable.
Has stable connection too .

Crisp, clear and reliable!
I’ve been really happy with these headsets so far. The first thing I noticed is how light they feel, which makes them very comfortable to wear for long stretches. Unlike some other headsets I’ve tried, they don’t make my ears hot or sweaty, which is a big plus.
The sound quality is crisp and clear, and the noise-cancelling does a great job of blocking out background distractions. I also like that the mic mutes automatically when you flip the boom up, a small detail that makes life easier. The warning when muted when trying to speak is really helpful as well. The charging stand keeps them powered and ready without cluttering up my desk.
Overall, it’s a comfortable, reliable headset that feels built with the user in mind.

My favorite set by far, not even close!
I'm an audio guy. I have had countless Active Noise Cancelling headphones from all the major brands, and many unknown brands, too. These are my favorites by far.
Starting with the build quality, they're superb. They feel extremely comfy even on my large head. They're not overly tight, but they feel securely in place on my head. The top cushion strap feels like it's not even there.
The charging base is heavy in a good way, so you can quickly grab your headset and the base will stay put. Plus, simply putting the headset on the charger is a satisfying experience. Things line up perfectly every time, and the pogo charging pins get perfect contact. Plus, there are sleek LED light bars to show when the set is charging (on the headset) and plugged in (on the charging base).
Technically speaking, they work flawlessly. I was easily able to pair the headset with my desktop PC using my existing Bluetooth controller. I didn't need to use the provided Bluetooth adapter (which works with USB C, and even includes a USB A adapter if needed).
Finally, the sound. The bass is crisp and it can convey even deep bass notes from your favorite audio-test video The highs are also crisp. There is zero rattle or cracking sound even at higher volumes. I've had expensive name-brand sets that didn't sound this great, not even close. Then there's the active noise cancellation. When you crank it up to 2 (the highest setting), then background fans and beeps are very muted. And, your intended sounds will still come through loud and clear.
Please don't let this Vine review make you doubt this write-up. I wouldn't lead you astray. The sound and comfort and build quality of these would be expected on a set costing three times the amount of these. They're a great investment.

Great quality
I recently upgraded to the Poly Voyager Focus 2‑M headset with the USB‑C charging stand, and it’s been a game-changer for my work calls.
The Hybrid ANC really cuts background noise—even in busy home-office situations, I sound much clearer. Connecting via the BT700 USB‑C dongle or the included USB‑A adapter gives me flexibility across my phone and PC. The Acoustic Fence mic makes a noticeable difference.
It’s incredibly comfortable, even after 8+ hour Zoom days, the cushioned headband and plush ear cups feel light and breathable. Also it charges effortlessly on the stand and supports both USB‑C and legacy USB‑A setups with ease.

Wonderful High End Headset, Great With Teams, Software Install & Dongle Optional
This is a high end headset with some great features, also a high end price. The list price was about $180 when I picked it up but I have also seen the listing go anywhere from $250-270 - so I do wonder why it's all over the place. At about $180 I thought it was a bit on the higher end of price but you do get some great features which is what you're paying for.
I have been using this for about two weeks now on my work laptop and it's definitely a great headset, especially for use with Microsoft Teams. It's well packaged, comes with a nice zippered padded storage pouch as well as the charging stand, a USB C dongle with USB A adapter, quick start guides & information, and a USB C male to USB Micro male cable should you require that. The package includes only minimal information and quick start, for additional information, manual and details you have to go online and find.
I did not install the suggested software ("Poly Lens" mobile or desktop app), as my work laptop would not allow installing 3rd party software such as this. The headset worked perfectly great using the included USB dongle, but I ended up connecting it via Bluetooth only instead - because I want it to revert to the laptop speakers when I turn the headset off. Bluetooth connection was also super quick and easy to accomplish. Even without the Poly Lens software or any additional drivers installed, the headset buttons work very well with MS Teams - for picking up, making or joining a call, for muting and unmuting easily. The voice prompts about connecting, muting and battery level are very helpful though they interrupt the process for a couple of seconds e.g. when connecting or muting/unmuting.
I used the headset all day for a couple of days straight when we had some very long all day meetings and only then did the battery report as "low" and then I recharged it. So the battery life seems quite good as well. Listening sound quality is incredible, and I love having the volume buttons on the side in case someone starts coming through way too loud or soft. I have had no complaints about voice quality from other people in meetings and have listened back to myself on a couple of recordings and thought the quality of the microphone with noise cancelling sounded great. Having the ANC active noise cancelling is also a great option if my environment gets noisier, though this would take up more battery.

Fantastic audio and comfort!
This is a double ear, headset with microphone, and desktop charging stand. It came with all the cords I needed to get setup right away. The instructions included in the box were not helpful. It had a couple of photos and nothing else. But I was able to look up a manual online. I also cannot figure out why it alerts me every hour that it's disconnecting and reconnecting to my computer. But so far, I can ignore this problem. The sound exceeded my expectations with earphones like this. They do not go all the way around your ear yet the block out so much sound and provide such a full audio experience. I even like to listen to music through these when I am at work. Comfort-wise, I would the ear pads to be very soft and plush. This could pose a problem for folks that sweat a lot, but as long as I take breaks I am okay. I also have a lot of ear piercings. I wear all hoops right now, and these sit comfortably on top of my earrings.

Top of the line headphones for calls
I've used Poly products for many years (since they were called Plantronics). What I love about their products is that they are designed for professional use and don't cut corners. They are well built, are comfortable, and designed to be used for a full workday.
These headphones combine stereo headphones with good enough quality to enjoy listening to music between calls, great mic quality, good range, and long battery life.
The mics are some of the best ones you can find for calls. Besides having multiple mics for noise cancellation, they have digital noise processing as well. There is a physical mic mute button as well as the mic is muted if you rotate the boom upwards.
While these headphones are built for professional use, they would also make great gaming headphones.
I do recommend when used with a PC that you use the included BT700 USB dongle. You can pair them to your phone or PC with Bluetooth, but with your PC, they will have additional features if you use the dongle.
The Poly Lens software for your PC or mobile will allow you to adjust additional settings and update the firmware. The dongle and the headphones were on pretty old firmware out of the box. I updated them to the latest version first thing.

Quiet, comfortable, and clear calls with a premium all-day work headset.
After struggling with a cheaper headset that constantly dropped connections, let background noise creep into my calls, and left my ears sore after just a couple of hours I decided to invest in the Poly Voyager Focus 2-M. Working from home in a noisy household, I needed something with dependable noise cancellation, clear microphone quality, and all-day comfort. Plus the convenience of a proper charging stand so I wouldn’t be fumbling with cables all the time. It’s not cheap, costing almost $250 out of your pocket, but its promise of advanced hybrid ANC, an ultra-noise-canceling boom mic with “Acoustic Fence” tech, and multi-device Bluetooth connectivity made it worth it. Well, what can I say? The build quality, functionality and comfort impressed me! The cushioned headband sling distributes weight so evenly that it almost disappears after a while. The ear cushions are soft but don’t enclose your entire ear, which keeps things breathable even during long meetings. The included charging stand feels substantial and stable, making it easy to dock the headset without thinking. Pairing took a bit of figuring out - you have to push the power switch further than “on” to enter pairing mode - but once it was connected via the included Bluetooth dongle, the connection was rock solid. I liked that it can also pair directly with my phone and switch between devices effortlessly. Using it daily has been a huge improvement over my old setup. Calls sound crisp and natural on both ends, and I’ve had people comment that they couldn’t hear the background noise. The ANC has two levels - on the highest setting it reduces low droning sounds like fans or street noise, but you still maintain enough awareness to hear if someone calls your name. The mic auto-mutes when you flip it up, and there’s a clear audio notification if you start speaking while muted. Battery life easily covers a full day of calls, and I never worry about it dying because it’s so effortless to place it back on the stand when I’m done. That said, it’s not perfect. The setup process could be smoother - needing a firmware update right away caused some confusion but once done I didn’t have any other issues or interruptions. The controls also take some time to get used to, as there are several buttons and switches spread across the earpiece. And while the partial on-ear design is more breathable than fully over-ear headphones, my ears still felt a bit warm after very long sessions. Overall, the Voyager Focus 2-M strikes a great balance between professional-grade call quality, smart noise control, and all-day comfort. It’s ideal for anyone who spends long hours on calls and wants a reliable, polished setup for both the home office and on-the-go work. I wouldn’t call it flawless, but after getting over the initial learning curve, it has made my workdays quieter and more focused.
Bottom line:
The Poly Voyager Focus 2-M is a premium $250 headset that delivers excellent noise cancellation, crystal-clear mic quality, and all-day comfort. It has a stable Bluetooth connection (with dongle or phone), a convenient charging stand, and intuitive features like auto-mute when flipping the mic. ANC reduces background noise well without isolating you completely. Setup and controls have a small learning curve, and the on-ear design can get a bit warm after long sessions. Overall, a reliable, comfortable upgrade for anyone spending long hours on calls. Solid high-end product that deserves a 5-star rating hands down, highly recommended!
Pros:
1. Hybrid ANC reduces noise well.
2. Mic sounds clear with Acoustic Fence.
3. Headband and cushions are comfortable.
4. The charging stand is easy to use.
5. Bluetooth connection is stable.
6. Auto-mute mic with voice alerts.
7. The battery lasts all day!
Cons:
1. Setup needs firmware update out of the box.
2. Controls are scattered and slightly confusing.
3. On-ear design gets warm over time.
4. The price is high for a headset (but worth it!).

Love this!
Absolutely love this big-time upgrade from what I had just off the sound quality alone how easy it is to plug in and use I work from home so sometimes I get up and I have no issues with the range at all. Everything sounds nice crisp and clear, even the microphone quality is great! I called myself and left a voicemail and it is perfect. Super easy to use & this one actually has a base for you to plug in the headset for you to charge for me that’s a big plus overall very happy and impressed with this as far as quality & value five stars no doubt.
