Prisual TEM-30S PRO PTZ Camera

Excellent Starter PTZ Camera

This is my first PTZ camera purchase, and it has completely exceeded expectations. I originally bought it to expand my production capabilities for a church event livestream, and it performed flawlessly.

For first-time operators, it is incredibly user-friendly. The default factory settings deliver excellent color science, rich depth, smooth zoom performance, and responsive exposure adaptation that outperforms many competitors in its class.

On the connectivity side, support for Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows for a single-cable setup (power, control, and IP streaming), though having redundant AV connections is always a smart backup in live environments.

The 20X-UL model itself is surprisingly compact compared to most PTZ cameras on the market, which makes transport and mounting seamless. I look forward from Prisual to add a second unit (or testing a 30x model) to build out a complete multi-camera livestreaming workflow.

Great product

I have been using this for 1 year now and have not had any issues

I would highly recommend

Superb Product & Amazing Support

This is my second time buying Prisual Cam and Controller set. This bundle included 2 Cams and 1 controller. Again I am very happy, blown away at the quality and setup process.

Lastly, support was amazing as they helped me with my few questions and even gave me additional recommendations on usage and the process.

Great Prices & Amazing Quality

I’ve been really impressed with these Prisual PTZ cameras. The image quality is crystal clear and the performance has been smooth all around. I got 3 so far and planning on getting more. They’ve already been a game changer for me, and now I’m grabbing the NDI upgrade so I can take things to the next level.

Excellent image quality!

So far, I’m impressed with the image quality. Great value for the investment, and the shipping was on time and well packaged.”

Absolutely Perfect

This is a wonderfully-sorted camera!

The camera arrived well-packed and protected, which was just the start of a great journey. Unpacking things made it clear that this was fully-equipped and ready to go out of the box. Having researched for quite some time, this model from Prisual kept a top spot on my list as the features and specifications were outstanding for the price point.

The 1080p resolution at 60fps is exactly what I was looking for, and having an optical 20x zoom put things over the top. Ad we haven't even dug deep yet!

The ease of connectivity is greatly appreciated, and options for Network, USB and HDMI really opens up the potential. Using HDMI with OBS was a breeze, and I'm dialing-in the set-up for art tutorials... This camera was made for creating great-looking content! The auto-focus works fluidly, and really functions quite well, even in sub-par lighting.

The camera is pretty forgiving in terms of lighting, and colors present with clarity and no weird shifting. I've only played for a few minutes with the AI tracking, but it seems decent so far. The manual really doesn't dive too deep into this feature, but a quick search online has turned up some decent help and information. It does track VERY smoothly, with no jumps or jitters... it's like butter!

Control via the remote is pretty straightforward, and I do look forward to upgrading to a joystick down the road. For now, though, both the remote and the web interface allow for great levels of control, and are easy to learn and navigate.

I like that it's a pretty small footprint, as well; right around 6.5-inches tall by the same square... The included bracket is awesomely overkill, too. No worries when time comes to mount this amazing unit.

While I haven't done so yet, I did find that the website is regularly updated, and there are firmware updates available, adding even more value.

This is a feature-packed, seriously well-sorted solution for high-quality streaming content creation!

Optical and Digital Zoom. Optical provides resounding clarity.

If you want to control multiple cameras you can get a Prisual IP controller. This is a 1080P camera at 1920x1080P Full HD that can reach frame rates of 60fps.

The lens is an ultra-wide-angle lens that supports 20x optical zoom as well as 16X digital. The key here is that optical zooms are a more expensive way of getting a zoomed image, but they don't suffer from exploded/grainy images as achieved with a digital zoom. For a church service, e.g. or simply when placing a camera at a distance from the podium, this is a key element and greatly preferred.

For hookup, the ethernet/POE input supports POE, the control, power supply, video and audio which can be completed with a single network cable.

Multiple and Complete Interface: supports HDMI, USB 3.0, network interface output 1080P simultaneous multiple power supply modes. Simultaneously support DC 12V power adapter, USB 5V, and POE power supply.

It comes with a full-sized remote control that controls all functions enabling you to fine tune exposure, color, image noise reduction, setup, and more. Each of these functions has its own full-on sub menu for fine tuning each of these parameters. Do not worry, if you get lost in setup, you can easily use the "restore default" option.

You can access the camera via your network at the IP address of 192.168.100.88. There you have the menu bar on the left, and the live actual video shot on the right side of the screen. You can also open up that video screen to full frame it or double click it again to return to its original split screen initial size. It is a fully controllable device with pan and tilt controls, zoom, focus, and more including brightness, saturation, contrast, sharpness, and the list goes on. This is really a full featured camera setup. Highly recommended.

perfect for our startup

We have a small group of people who are planting a new church, so our requirements were less than a larger, established church. But we want to start off with current technology, so livestreaming, even from an individual's home at this point, was important to us. I'm sure this will also work well for us as we grow. I can see where this would also be a great addition to a larger church setup as well.

This is easy to set up as long as you either have some networking knowledge or know someone who does.

Excellent Camera with Excellent Support - Good for Your Church

We stream our Sunday service and special events in the church weekly. We wanted to add a second camera to be mounted in our second-story Choir Loft, which would look down about 70 feet to our main altar area. This excellent selection provided perfect, clear, steady, up-close pictures and was easily integrated into our network system. We ran into a few minor programming snags and were hesitant about calling support, but found this fear to be highly incorrect. The support was excellent. Questions were answered in detail, with pictures and offers to come online with us to help with the setup process. The support staff was immediate and amazing. We can highly recommend this product, but most of all this company stands behind their equipment.

together with joystrick controller a real game changer for live events

We're using this camera with the joystick controller from Prisual and have been able to get some outstanding video at outdoor events. Being able to take full advantage of the PTZ features has given us great video angles and the zoom is fantastic for getting shots from afar.

An Outstanding PTZ Camera

We are a small up and coming ministry and our budget only stretches so far, and Prisual was in our scope.

The camera is more than what we needed. The tech support is out of this world. It is swift. It is accurate and very supportive with the software web interface. We couldn’t be more happy with learning this new camera and adding it to our workflow as our follow with AI detection.

There isn’t an enough stars to give this budget camera with exceptional quality the reviews it deserves, which makes sense to purchase a Prisual over the high end over PTZ cameras.

Why Prisual PTZ Camera?

The setup process was straightforward, allowing for immediate use. We integrated the cameras with OBS and Easy Worship to facilitate live streaming and the incorporation of graphics and lyrics. The 30x zoom and PTZ functions operate smoothly, enhancing user experience. Notably, the pricing was highly competitive for the offered features.

A Cost Effective Solution, A Top Notch Product, An excellent Tech Support Group

The installation, mounting, configuration is identical to the more expensive cameras. The picture quality is astounding! The minor issue I had was not understanding the Partial NDI License upon purchase and install. Once I figured out the timeout issue was related to the partial license and reached out to their tech support group, they helped me to purchase a full license, made sure I received the license and were available to help install the license key. The initial license didn't work, but this team didn't quit, they jumped through the hoops, got me another license and now I am 100% up and working and just over the top satisfied with Prisual and their team!!! A++++++++++

Good quality and support

The PTZ cameras are easy to configure and use. Both over hdmi and NDI. Camera video is surprising of better colour quality then birddog. Support team was fast and reliable too.

Great Tech Support & Solid Cameras

Had a few challenges integrating them into my vMix and third-party controller system, but the tech support was quick and very helpful to get me up and running. Other challenges arose and again tech support was spot on and very informative. The lifetime support is worth its weight in gold!

4 Year Since purchased in 2022. These cameras are awesome. Using them at different venues with our ATEM video rig, and they have help up to traveling and repeated setups. We use two on one custom made stand that raises them 10 feet high. We get great shots with low light and great shots with bright lights - auto iris works great. The Prisual people are great at following up to see how the buyer is doing with the cameras and if anything is needed.

I recommend this seller.

An Amazing Product indeed

To my surprise, it is really a great PTZ i ever have. Compare to my Canon Vixia 4k.

I am personally Recommending this Product to any one who may or might wanna invest in this product.

thank you
