Sensory Headphones
Absolutely love these headphones! I have autism and a lot of other mental health conditions and this really helps with overstimulation and loud noises. I love how it isn’t bulky like other headphones. It does sometimes start to hurt when wearing them too long but I believe I just need to break them in a little more since I just received them. Can’t beat the price of them either!

Peace and Quiet
They are better at blocking noise than when I combine Loops underneath noise cancelling headphones. I saw an autistic influencer wearing them in a video and decided to try them. If you are sensitive to tightness on your head these might not be for you. But the tightness helps block out the sound. Sounds can be overwhelming and distracting for me, so I have been looking for something that works good for me. This is my first day wearing to them, but I like how they are not as noticeable because they are somewhat slim. I got black for that reason, as well. I can still hear some noises and loud talking, but it isn't as bothersome. I have noticed that with Loops my voice is loud in my head when I talk. This doesn't happen with my noise cancelling over ear headphones. These are in the middle range because of the snugness.

Great headphones for concerts!
Our family goes to many concerts and my kids prefer these headphones over the stick in your ear kind. They fit adult heads and my youngest is 5 and fits her too. Just make sure you stretch them out as recommended from the manufacturer because they come tight from the box. I put mine over a small volleyball and they fit way better now. We have 3 for each kid now 👍🏼

Great for smaller heads…..
Product works very well at dampening sound. Color is beautiful. Not to much to say about this, but the one big design flaw is the at the head band area isn’t adjustable. Fits me fine, but my poor big headed husband can’t get them to even go over his ears. If you have a small(ish) head 10/10. If you have a Texan sized head (no shade to Texas) these will not fit you…..

Just what I was looking for!
I was looking for affordable noise cancelling headphones because I have noise sensitivity that causes me to get overstimulated daily. I’ve been wearing these headphones all day except for when I sleep and shower so I can definitely say that they’re very comfortable!
I didn’t want them to block out all noise since I still have to be able to hear my family if they’re talking to me, so this is perfect for all day use and I don’t have to take off my headphones to hear people.
I’m sure these may also be helpful for louder places like concerts, construction, working with loud machinery… but I personally cannot attest to how well they work in those situations since things like that are VERY loud.
Overall, they do the job and have a nice seal so I don’t have much noise leaking in.

Lightweight and does the job
I've used this product for 10 months as of December 2025 for indoor range firearm practice. Use then approximately 6-7 times a month for a total of about 1000 rounds a month (9mm). I use them in conjunction with the throw-away polyurethane foam ear plugs. I have found them to very effective, light weight, reasonably comfortable and very fairly priced. Some complaints I've seen is that, since they are indeed foldable (collapsible), getting them on your head is sometimes a bit of a challenge after taking them out of your range bag! I admit that sometimes you have to manipulate them a bit but I do not see that as a big issue. They do the job of safely reducing the noise level and as far as I'm concerned that is what I really care about. I have held numerous conversations with other shooters and RSO personnel and have little to no trouble hearing or understanding them. I have not tried them with a rifle but I will hazard a guess and say that they will likely not interfere with your handling of that weapon (only a guess). I recommend them.

Cute, classic, effective, durable, comfortable
I have owned these standard purple hearing protection ear muffs for 3 years. They still look and function as new as the day I opened them. They have been and are incredibly soft around the ears and comfortable with the adjustment headband feature. They are so comfortable I can wear hoop earrings under them without pain. I primarily use these for my home dog boarding / daycare business. I use them when I mow, weed wack, run the whole house fan (very noisy), and occasionally when I have a fussy dog that won’t quiet down. While they do an excellent job cutting down on the noise, sometimes if I want an extra boost I use ear plugs underneath and then these ear muffs. The purple is a bright true purple that I like for a pop of fun color that has not faded over the years. The black is also a true black with no fading. The metal has not rusted and looks 💯 still. They are sleek and lightweight, not heavy or bulky. The muffs were instantly comfortable right out of the box the first day and are still comfortable with no signs of wear or tear. I store them hanging on a hook and never need to readjust them as they hold their position fitted for my head.

Love! Removed the Logo from Mine😁
This is my second pair. My first teal pair I used acetone to remove the logo. It worked, but removed some of the color as well leaving a milky looking stain I covered with a sticker. I use these a lot and really wanted purple! Was afraid a darker color would look even worse with an acetone stain though... Magic eraser took patience and elbow grease, but did the trick! It's abrasive, so that area is smooth now, but not visibly noticable. Nobody else should be touching them anyway.. Stickers would probably stick even better now! Want these to look more mature and "professional" though😂 I have a fun pair and a girly nice pair😊 these are super comfy. I've even slept in them. I wear my quiet 2 loops with them, if I want to block out even more noise

Alternate Use For Over the Ear Noise Protection Muffs
I have trouble sleeping because my wife snores. You would think that hearing protection ear muffs would not be comfortable to sleep in. But when combined with an airplane neck pillow, I can sleep. The protruding ear protection muff sits in the hole formed by the neck pillow (the hole that normally surrounds the neck). So my head is resting on the pillow, not the ear muffs. This works! I can get comfortable enough to sleep with these ear protectors on provided that my head is on an airplane neck pillow.

Saves your ears!
These ear muffs are great for shooting they fit great I never had discomfort wearing these goggles while target shooting. The seal works and the have been durable so far. You can use them for many other uses I just choose to use shooting and if it works for that then I would trust in any situation.

Tight fit and not a real nrr
I have an average sized woman's head, and these are a tight fit over the top. They don't seem to want to stay expanded. Maybe I need to break them in. I also need to take off my thin hoop earrings - the ear cup size is smallish and the earrings dig into my head.
Not gonna lie - I bought them for the color, which is awesome. And the price was good. Lastly, they are supposed to have a high nrr. Turns out this company doesn't actually list an nrr. 34 isn't an nrr rating. Shame on me for not researching better, but shame on the company for not listing a real nrr. These do muffle the sound for indoor target shooting, but I will probably look to upgrade (and focus less on teal).

Outstanding Protection and Comfort: Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection
I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. As an avid shooter, I understand the importance of protecting my hearing, and these ear muffs deliver exceptional performance in that regard.
First and foremost, the 34dB noise reduction rating is no exaggeration. These ear muffs provide maximum hearing protection, effectively dampening the loud sounds of gunfire and other high-decibel noises without compromising on comfort. The special design not only ensures a snug fit but also minimizes the overall weight, making them ideal for extended wear without causing discomfort or fatigue.
The sleek, compact design is a definite plus, as it allows for easy storage and transport without taking up much space. The adjustable headband ensures a secure and personalized fit for users of all head sizes, further adding to the overall comfort and usability of the product.
I particularly appreciate the attention to detail in the construction of these ear muffs. The materials used feel durable and of high quality, giving me confidence in their long-term reliability. Additionally, the padding around the ear cups is soft and provides a tight seal without feeling overly constricting.
In conclusion, the Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection has exceeded my expectations in both performance and comfort. Whether you're a seasoned shooter or a beginner, these ear muffs are an excellent investment in your long-term hearing health. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, lightweight, and high-performing ear protection for shooting or other noisy environments.

Extreamly difficult to use for the elderly
I bought these for my dad his hands shake, he wanted some headphones to block out the TV sound. These are very hard to open and to use for older people. I had a hard time opening them to use them, and I had to send them back because my dad had no chance at all to use them. They are very hard to use for the elderly.

SIlence is golden and so are these!
I have some woodworking to do and the power tools are LOUD! The table and miter saw and the Shop Vac are just ridiculously loud, in fact my watch tells me so! I had to do something good!
After reviewing all the options, I wanted something that would cover my ear completely, be light, have raving fans, and easy to wear in the heat. I rolled the dice and then "Oh, my!" these are Simply Fabulous!
I can barely hear the saws and the 14 gallon Shop Vac running! That level of 34dB is Simply Fabulous!!!
Pick a color and save whatever bit of hearing you have left! You'll be a believer PDQ!

Great for auditory sensory issues!
So I use these for my auditory sensory issues and for me they work great!! I use them for filing my nails, vacuuming, opening up certain drawers in the kitchen LOL, and I can function normally without being overwhelmed by certain sounds.
It's pretty hard to hear when my toddler speaks to me but conversing with other adults I hear them fine.
Comfort wise I think they're great casually throughout the day, I wear a lot of earrings and those tend to bother me a bit while the headset is on, I wouldn't be able to sleep with them at all ahah, idk how others do it.
Usually when I wear them, they make me feel like the how noise sounds underwater, so yes 10/10, works great for what I need them for.

I don’t know man
I would give this a 3.5 if half stars were available on this because idk man. I mean they do lessen the noise. I brought them cause I wanted to hear complete nothingness but that’s not what happened, I was still able to hear the tv/my surroundings noises so idk. People say that with this it’s great for their kids that have hearing sensitivity (I kinda have that) and this headphone won awards so idk what the case is. I guess I was just expecting something that was TOTAL noise cancellation but instead go something that just lessens noises out but even that is kinda of strange because for me because from the pic I posted I wanted y’all to see the depth of the ear cups and it kind of just makes noises echo instead.
Okay so imagine you know when you put the speaker holes of your phone into a cup and it just makes the noise louder, all the space in the headphone cups kind of gives that effect for outside noises as well. Just makes the sounds not as loud as without but in a way echo-y at the same time just as a lower sound. I feel like it there wasn’t so much space in the ear cup then the headphones would work more effectively. I don’t know it’s weird to explain it’s also weird to open up to put on your ears. I’m just disappointed of it and hope that one day I get to find TRUE noise canceling headphones.

Very tight and hard to adjust.
This this is very tight to begin with, and I have a tiny head.. It's very hard to hold the earmuffs out because they keep pushing towards each other, so when I try to pull one ear out to make it bigher, the other side goes in... Only other option is putting it on your head and tugging from there...
Overall I got this to cancel out my dogs barking while young kids move into the house and before I can move out. The dogs bark consitently because they've never seen a kid, and I got this so I could keep them in my room while I pack, without going crazy or losing my hearing. It does work to keep out general background noise, but does not work whatsoever in keeping out barking or even whining noises... I think 34dB is one of the highest ratings, so either they're lying about the rating or I just got a defective pair...
(And yes I know nothing will drown out barking completely, but I can still hear plenty of noise with these on... Can even hear my pen click.)
Squeezes your head very tighly and hard to adjust, and that's saying a lot considering I have a tiny head to begin with...
Not returning it just yet; only because this is my first time purchasing ear muffs so I'm buying another pair to compare the quality of the two.

Amazing Value!
I purchased these for use at an indoor range that allows anything up to a .300 Winchester Magnum, which if you're not familiar with firearms, is HUGE. So even if the biggest thing you're shooting is a .40 caliber pistol, you're going to want some serious protection. You never know when someone in the lane next to you is going to break out a .44 magnum or a high-powered rifle.
I had been using the bulky red earmuffs in the photo for years, mainly shooting outdoors. For that purpose they served quite well. One day while shooting at my indoor range, I had borrowed a rifle and with the first shot, the recoil bumped my earmuff on the right out of place. I paid the price for that for a couple of days. So, I figured it was time for an upgrade.
I quickly found that slim earmuffs that wouldn't interfere with shouldering a rifle didn't seem to offer the protection I wanted. If I wanted that, I had to go for gigantic ones that would get in the way when shooting a long gun. That's when I stumbled onto these. I haven't tried shooting a rifle while wearing these yet but I'm confident that I'll be able to do so. I have, however, been to my indoor range and they work like a dream.
I didn't think that I could get the kind of protection that I was looking for at such an affordable price, but here we are. I know that some users have found these too tight and put them on the box overnight. I didn't feel this was necessary but your results may vary. I also appreciate that the headband part of these are padded, whereas you can see the old ones I had been using, it was not.
I can't recommend these earmuffs more highly! You don't have to spend $70+ to get good hearing protection. Buy these and some good earplugs and you'll be set.

A Comfortable and Quality Product for Sensory Processing Disorder
The ear protectors are absolutely amazing. I have sensory processing disorder and mainly have problems with auditory sensory overload. The ear protectors have been a huge help in decreasing my anxiety. I use them to decrease the amount of auditory stimuli in my environment. They don't completely block out all noises, which is perfect because I don't want them to. Wearing them with ear plugs does block out nearly all noises if that's what you are looking for. I am able to use them to have conversations or watch movies/TV without my brain trying to hear every other sound around me.
The box came with clear instructions for care and use. I did need to stretch them out using the box as recommended by the instructions in order to make them more comfortable. After one night they fit perfectly and comfortably.

Great value - used at Monster Truck Event
This review is for Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection - Special Designed Ear Muffs Lighter Weight & Maximum Hearing Protection - Standard Size, Teal
Used on two 2nd graders for a Monster Truck Event. Since clear two way communication wasn't necessary (like at a range) - these were a much cheaper solution than two more Peltor Sport Tacs 500s (which are my current goto range earmuffs). The Monster Truck event was held in a giant indoor stadium, and the engine noise was deafening without these earmuffs. Both kids said they worked great (one had issues with very loud noises). Used the trick suggested by vendor to put the muffs over the box for 24hrs to stretch them out before use (so they're not too tight). They were worn nonstop for about 3ish hours, both kids said the padding was comfortable, it blocked noise and they were not too tight. Highly recommend for short term noise reduction where two way communication isn't critical.

Helps with Autism sensitivities!
Wish I would have bought these a long time ago! My daughter is Autistic & there are some stores we can’t shop in. Something about the stores hurts her & she ends up shrieking. There is literally an invisible line in one department store we can’t cross or she melts down. We’ve tried regular headphones, sunglasses, you name it. The other day she wore these to the dentist office & we were able to go in 4 stores after with nothing bothering her! We have tested them thoroughly & couldn’t be happier with them! Two thumbs up & thank you for a great product!
* Make sure to position them on the box to stretch them out before wearing!

Great for the purpose
I purchased these to go at the Monster Jam for me and my son and they were very useful... perfect for the purpose ... they are really tight so you won’t be able to place them around your neck if you’d like to “pause”, (they will choke you ... lol...) but I guess this is why they are so effective. This makes them also not that “ portable”... (especially into astadium where you can’t bring bags). They fit my head and my 4years old perfectly and right away without many adjustment... I am happy with the purchase.

BLOCKED TOO MUCH NOISE FOR OUR USE. COMFORTABLE TO WEAR
EDIT - I reviewed these earmuffs as 5 star. I think the product deserves that. Granddaughter happily grabs these when noise levels rise. However, the seller deserves at least one star taken off for nagging and not doing their job. Today, 10-10-18, I received an email almost begging for a 5 star review. I would have that they would look and note who had already reviewed their product rather than sending a spam email and alienating those of us who hate spammers!!! Seller please note and stop bugging those of us who have already left a review.
Purchased these in pink for my teenage granddaughter who has ADHD and get distracted easily. I also purchased a pair of 3M Peltor X-Series Over-the-Head Earmuffs, NRR 22 dB, One Size Fits Most, Black/Green X1A for one of her brothers. Both my granddaughter and I tried both pairs of the ear muffs and we both came to the same conclusion- for daily school wear, these block too much noise (description says 34dB). It is very difficult to carry on a conversation with someone sitting next to you, even in a quiet house, with these on. I will keep them, because they are perfect to use at activities that are noisier than a standard classroom. The 3M earmuffs are only rated NRR 22 dB and they block about the right amount of noise for use in a classroom. You can carry on a conversation with someone sitting next to you with them on yet they block much of the background noise. I also prefer the way these (Pro For Sho) fold up into a small package; the 3M Peltor ones do not and are more difficult to transport.
These, the Pro For Sho 34 dB, are fantastic for very loud activities; , the other ones (3m Peltor x-series in green, 22 dB) are better for classroom use. Both were comfortable to wear by a 13 year old female and an adult female with a small head and could be adjusted easily for use on a larger head. Now searching for an earmuff rated 22 dB in PINK!

Pro For Sho 4 Life!
This is awesome hearing protection, a 34dB sound reduction does matter at the shooting range. I have been creating firearms based videos on my YouTube Channel, travisp11, for about three years now and I have fired many firearms, tested a ton of gear, but have not changed my hearing protection since I first started my channel.
I was contacted by a rep of Pro For Sho to test out their 34db sound reduction hearing protection headphones and from the start was very impressed with what I saw, as well as how it performed. My prior hearing protection only offered up to a 26dB reduction in sound and after switching to Pro For So, the difference on the firing line was noticeable, so much so that I have not felt any need to return to my older shooting muffs.
The fit and finish is excellent and the extra 1" in height adjustability that the Pro For Shos offered me made a tremendous amount of difference in comfort, especially while wearing a ball cap or stocking cap, something that I usually am wearing during winter months at the range. No longer do I have to feel uncomfortable with my older ear pro which had a tendency to pull up on my ears during my firing range activities. I also appreciated the more slender cut on the ear cups themselves, which made for easier bench based rifle shooting, and the ear foam was also consistent arond my head and ears giving me an excellent seal from outside nose. I know that 10-15dB may not seem like a major reduction vs. your current ear pro but I think the difference would be even more noticeable at an indoor range where the sound of gunfire tends to be even more contained and/or amplified.
I also like the fold up convenience that the Pro For Shos offer when packing all of your gear for range trips. Overall I left the range impressed and felt that they Pro For Shos were a definite upgrade for hearing protection at the firing range and I recommend you to try them. The cost is fair for what you get and you also have a great 90 day no questions asked money back guarantee, as well as lifetime warranty on the earmuffs fit and finish.
All in all, I really don't think you can go wrong!

A Great Back Up Pair of Ear Pro for the Range Bag
There are a lot of different hearing protection options on the market. And whether you are running a jackhammer or blasting through a kill house with unsuppressed M-4 / AR-15, you are going to want to protect those ears.
While not at the top end of over ear muffs in comfort or probably construction, the Pro For Sho do a great job at reducing sound. These for me are a great pair of ear pro to throw in my range bag as an extra for when I take other people to the range.

Got two pair. Works beautifully for shooting rifles.
Fits with my glasses/shooting eye protection. Low profile compared to my older ones.
I use these for shooting, both rifle and handgun (everything from an AR15 to 9mm).
Fits down nice and compact for fitting in my range bag.
Easy to wipe the sweat off on hot days.

Exceeded My Expectations, GREAT Customer Service!
As a new "shooter" I was very overwhelmed by the number and different kinds of ear protection out there. Cost was a concern as well. But I knew that the soft foam ear plugs I had been using on the range were NOT going to "protect" my ears from anything! After a lot of research I decided to give the Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection a go. They were very tight when I first tried them on. I had received a personal email from the company checking that they had arrived and giving me some tips on their "comfort". They mentioned them feeling a bit "tight" by some folks that had purchased them and they suggested I place them clamped on the box they came in and leave them there over night.
Today I put them on and they were just perfect and I wear glasses AND my eye protection over those. I was very appreciative of the customer service given BEFORE I may of questioned the comfort of the ear muffs and I appreciated the follow up note after I responded to their message letting them know that their suggestion worked perfectly. These are great on the range and I no longer go home with "ringing" ears after a couple hours shooting. And I learned it's not just your own weapon firing that ups the noise it's double and triple that noise when you are on the line at the range and there are many others shooting as well, these were perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants GOOD protection at an affordable price.

Not good for studying!
I bought these to help me drown out noises while studying for boards next month. I get easily distracted by noise. I didn't expect them to be as great as the noise cancelling headphones with batteries in them, but I also didn't expect them to be as ineffective as they were when I finally got them. They do muffle noise, but they don't "cancel" noise. If you hold your hands up, cover your ears, and push them in with medium strength like you're trying to ignore your parents... that's basically what it sounds like. Or if someone is talking to you while you're under water is another good example. I guess I was just hoping for a little more muffling than what I got. With my glasses on it was super tight and started hurting after an hour. It even imprinted the shape of my glasses behind my ears and made them numb. With glasses off, I could go maybe about 2 hours before they started giving me a headache. But I suppose they're meant to be that tight if you want to muffle sudden loud gun shots at the shooting range. I don't know how gun range ear muffs are usually designed, but I thought there would be more space inside each ear, kind of like a dome. When I wore these, the foam padding for each side were pretty shallow and touched my ears right away. It does get warm. If you want to study, it's probably better to get the actual noise cancelling headphones with batteries, or squishy ear plugs even (my squishy ear plugs did a better job at drowning out the tv/conversations than the ear muffs).
