Beautiful functioning fan that puts out a lot of air
This 52-inch, three-blade Rizzo fan is absolutely beautiful! The sleek black finish and simple three-blade design give it a really clean, modern look, and I especially love that it sits flush against the ceiling.
It does not come with a light kit, which was perfectly fine for us since we didn’t need one. A light kit can be purchased separately for around $60 if you decide you want to add one later.
One thing to be aware of is that this is not a remote-controlled fan. It is hardwired and comes with the wall switch shown. Unless you are comfortable with electrical work, I would definitely recommend hiring an electrician for the installation because the wiring portion isn’t necessarily a simple DIY project. The fan itself, however, was fairly easy to assemble.
Once installed, this fan is fantastic! It has five different speeds and puts out an impressive amount of air for a three-blade fan. It looks gorgeous against the ceiling, runs great, and does exactly what we wanted it to do.
Overall, we are extremely happy with it. Beautiful design, great airflow, and definitely a five-star fan!

Quality is there but price point is high
Once I received the package and opened everything up you. An tell this is a well designed fan. Very thoughtfully designed steps to put everything together with the included controller. That being said ñ, overly expensive, so much so for a 52” fan that I tool 2 stars off just because the comparable items in the market (although less in quality) are more than 50% in price as compared to this. So no not a good value for the money even though this is made well.

Super heavy duty fan.
I ordered the 52" Rizo and the ad says "remote included" in numerous spots. However, the package has no remote and the included instructions say no remote can be used with this fan. To make matters worse, if you do add a light to the fan, you must have a separate hot wire to control the light. So basically you can't run a light without having special wiring ran to the fan and light. It comes with its own "slider wall controller so you will have to replace a wall light switch with the new controller. Otherwise, the fan feels and looks very solid/heavy. I really like the way the blades connect to the motor and it should stand up to coastal breezes. The blades are very nice and thick and plastic. Much better than most any others I have gotten. The packaging was excellent. Instructions are very good too. I do plan on installing this on my patio even without a light so hopefully it will put out a lot of air. I feel like the price is a bit high, just due to the fact there is no light or remote. I understand that quality products cost more so hopefully that will be the case
