This is my second pair same problem with both battery cover comes open battery comes out and comes apart and you cannot get replacement batteries this is my second set of headphones I like them when they work but you cannot get parts or batteries and when you try to go to get parts they scam you out of $52 they tell you they're charging you a dollar and you get charged $52 very unsatisfied with this product very poor customer service especially with two sets within one year same problem

PROHEAR do not last! Still new!

I purchased the PROHEAR headphones on January 16 and was initially impressed with the sound quality and comfort they provided. Unfortunately, my positive experience was short-lived as the headphones stopped working in April. When I contacted the company for a return or repair, I was informed that the deadline for such requests had already passed on February 19.

While I truly loved using the headphones, it is disappointing that they only lasted a few months before breaking down. I understand that products can sometimes have defects or issues, but the lack of customer support in this case is concerning. As a result, I cannot recommend the PROHEAR headphones to others and suggest that potential buyers look elsewhere for more reliable and customer-friendly options.

Despite my negative experience, I want to acknowledge the positives of the headphones, including their comfortable fit and good sound quality. However, these factors are unfortunately overshadowed by the lack of durability and unsatisfactory customer support.

Great headphones. The Bluetooth works perfectly!

I enjoy being able to listen to music via Bluetooth while mowing my lawn. The battery life between charging is also great. The customer service

was helpful in finding an appropriate charging cord when I misplaced the original cord.

Can't find a replacement battery

My son and I love these headphones! But the battery pack on my son's is dead (we bought his last January) and I am struggling to find a replacement battery for the Prohear 033. ProHear says they won't have replacement batteries until this May! I am surprised that ProHear did not make battery replacement part of the business plan. I am giving them a two stars for leaving customers without a replacement battery.
