Great fan
Fan was exactly what we wanted, color was perfect, my husband had no issues putting it up. It does have a slight hum as it turns on, nothing but a little white noise. Great product for the price.

Such a great purchase for a great price! Two sided blades for versatile look. Silent and smooth! Nothing makes me more irritated than a loud ceiling fan. Super satisfying purchase!

In the past I’d bought more expensive fans, thinking they’d perform better~yet this one is perfect, with its multiple speeds, remote with extra settings, being able to use it on a sloped ceiling (extra rod may be necessary). It looks great, the light is there when needed, and it’s a bargain, keeping us comfortable without needing the AC as much! And excellent customer service~my remote wasn’t that effective until we paired it with the wall switch (per instructions from the company), now it’s all perfect! Highly recommend.

The product CANNOT be assembled for drop applications using the 4" drop rod supplied. Minimum of 6" is required. In picture I eliminated the yoke cover that is Intended to cover the setscrews from view. With yoke cover installed there was zero clearance to lift ball of rod into hanger. Flush mount would have worked, but that is not what I needed for this room partly because I had a sloped ceiling.
Once installed the fan remote has an operating range of about 18". Any further and it will not do anything. I will work with tech support to see if a new remote transmitter could be tried. I even routed the antenna outside the housing, which did not help.

Put it in over the weekend with a friend. I love it! But it gave us a scare at first because when we turned it on, it didn't appear to be working. Make sure the ground wire is connected! And once we did that, we were still worried...until five seconds after we turned it on and suddenly it worked.
The fan comes with a receiver for the remote. That receiver seems to have a 3-5 second delay from after you press to activate it. That remote seems to be your lifeline. If you lose or break it, you can't operate the fan by just turning on your wall switch. So yeah...mount the remote to your wall and just leave it there. Only taking it out to replace its battery when you need to.
Also, the bulbs it comes with aren't dimmable as you'd think...so I still haven't tested to see if the dimming capability work or not. IF those bulbs are dimmable, then bad news...looks like the dimming thing just doesn't work. We'll see. Hope this was helpful.

Overall, it's what we wanted - something that basically blends in and doesn't have strings hanging down. It was pretty easy to install but we couldn't figure out how to install without the down rod, which was our original intention. However as you can see the down rod is very short and actually looks quite nice!
The bulbs that come with the fan are very cool/blue - definitely not my preference. They also seemed dim, and I wasn't able to dim/brighten them with the remote. We replaced with warmer bulbs and it made a world of a difference!
I don't love the remote. It's a little finicky but so far it has worked fine. A couple of the buttons are pointless - why would anyone want random fan speed / random light on/off? You do have to be close to the fan and pointing directly at it for it to work.
Sound-wise, it's not 100% silent but I'd say it's very quiet. You can hear the motor if you're listening for it.

I did alot of homework on getting a new fan to match the new living room. This one did not disappoint. The remote has a few extra features that are very cool like the HOME ASSIST which turns the light on for 5 mins every hour to make it looks like someone is home while you're away. This fan is the best deal around. Love it.

It’s a beautiful fan. I liked it so much I bought a second one for the guest room. It has a simple straightforward remote. The color is reads more brushed nickel. It’s very quiet but may not be as powerful as some other fans. Does a good job of cooling though.

Love the glass dome light. Does not look old fashion. Silent, dimmable light, great everything.
Bought 3. Love the champagne color on white.

clumsy, remote controller is different, included battery isnt working

Not a bad fan, but as it comes with no pull strings the only way to turn it on is with the remote. Problem is the remotes are very low quality. Further they ship with dead batteries and it's an awkward little 12V that's hard to find. Not worth the headache of finding these batteries when the remotes stop working and you can't adjust your fan.

Purchased two ceiling fans for a second home. Used for a few weeks at a time every 3/4 months. Remote would not turn off fan. Smelled something electrical burning. Had to turn off at breaker and remove fan. Purchased a new one at local home improvement store. Now feel like I need to remove and replace second fan in case of another fire.

Great looking fan. Was relatively easy to install by myself. Easy to follow directions. Really enjoy the remote. Fan works great to keep the bedroom cool. Very little noise. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We love everything about this fan! It is excellent! It’s reasonably priced, quiet, offers many options and the light is bright. So happy with our purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Initially the first step of installation was a bit tricky but overall if you follow the instructions you will be all set! Love that the remote can be mounted to the wall. My husband had to replace our dimmer switch with a regular switch but it was well worth it. 👍

Overall the fan is very nice and works great.
However, it was extremely difficult to put together and the instructions are very poorly written. We’ve installed about 4 other new light fixtures in our house, and this was the absolute hardest. So if you are not experienced or handy, I suggest hiring someone to install it for you. It took two of us about 3 hours to install and a lot of frustration.
I don’t understand the “house” or “person” button on there. But it still works!
It works well that it is up, but I would probably not purchase another one for a future fan need.

I purchased 3 of these. I liked the quality and build and especially the lifetime warranty. The installation was little difficult in my case because of installing on a high ceiling and the fact I had 3 of them to install.
The somewhat tight space in the ceiling flange with the wiring of the 2 grounds the 5 wires for the controller and the 2 wires for power became somewhat difficult. If the ceiling flange was larger it would have be easier to work with. Everything was well packaged and intact in all 3 of my fans. There are no annoying chains hanging because every feature is handled by the remote control which gives the fan a sleek neat look.
The one caveat to this is the reverse and forward direction for the change in seasons if you do that. In order to change the direction of the blades you have to get out the ladder and climb up to the top of the fan motor and physically slide a switch to to change the direction you want the blades to spin. I don't know why they didn't in corporate that one last feature into the remote. It doesn't make any sense.

I was looking for a while for a white fan , with a light & remote. This was easy to install..did it by myself (62 yo petite female here, lol). It doesn’t make a sound when on & am just so very happy with it.

It was very straight forward to install, if you are handy then it's a breeze

Very disappointed one of the blades was marked, and totally takes away from the look of the fan. I shipped this item to the Bahamas otherwise I would have returned the fan.
Brandon
Easy to hook up. Got it done in 30 min. I suggest two or more people to set it up one to good and the other to hook it up. Other than that works great and it’s perfectly quiet.

52" Ashby Ceiling fan Model 80094.
Fit and paint finish of blades and fan body is excellent. I've installed ceiling fans before so this was an easy install. Comes with a blade balance kit. I didn't need it - it balanced PERFECTLY.
Light lens is made of GLASS. No cheap plastic to yellow as it ages.
This fan really NEEDS a FINISH RING around the base of the fan (a ring that obscures the gap between the ceiling and where the fan is mounted to the ceiling). I hope the manufacturer sells one as an option, because I could really use it. It is a nice touch that really makes the fan look classy, and would vastly enhance the look of this very good looking fan. The ceiling electrical box in my new home was incorrectly installed by the builder at a tilted angle with some of it not flush and protruding slightly into the room (see images). This offset makes a flush mount impossible as the fan would sit at an angle on the ceiling. The down-rod install takes care of fan being plumb, but as shown in the image the ceiling cover is crooked, and shims won't work. This is where a finishing cover would help. It would also hid the unpainted set screws for the cover. See the image of another fan that compares that same fan with and without a finishing ring. Big difference huh! Note that this is not a bash on the manufacturer, ANY ceiling fan brand would have this problem with my improperly installed, crooked electrical box.
My installation has separate wall switches for the light and fan. I wired the light switch directly to the light circuit of the fan bypassing the receiver. I do not need the light delay features of the remote, so I wired directly. You could bypass the receiver as well, but then the fan would only operate at high speed. I need only the medium speed, so the receiver was wired in and I use the remote to select the speed. Fortunately, the receiver RETAINS the LAST STATE when the power is turned off. So if you have the fan on medium and the light on, and you turn off the main power, the receiver remembers that the fan was on medium and the light was on when you restore power. That is a good thing if you are not wanting to use the remote all the time or at all.
I've used this to replace a nice old Hampton Bay fan. That fan's slow speed is this fan's medium. I think medium is the best compromise between noise and air flow on this fan. The Hampton Bay's high speed was too high, it was like a hurricane. Nothing like that for this fan. It can move some air on high, but it is noisy. Slow speed is barely moving air, but quiet.
The provided 23A 12 volt battery for the remote was dead. Fortunately, I had a spare. The remote is a bit flimsy, and the button designations do not stand out well.
When the LED light bulbs are on, you can see a shadow of them in the lens. An LED module would make the light output consistent throughout the fixture.
Overall, I would recommend this fan. I need 2 more, but the finish ring is needed for my installation, and all 3 fans would have to have them to make them look consistent in my home.
TECH:
Fan wires are about 36 inches long, plenty for most installations.
The receiver RETAINS the last state when the power is turned off.
Light and motor circuit are separate, and wired externally to the receiver.
The receiver fits in the ceiling mount.
The fan motor is one speed that is regulated by a circuit in the receiver. So you will not find the traditional speed selector on the body of the motor.
LED screw-in bulbs (there are 2) are A15 size (slightly smaller than the standard home size A19). 3000K color temp and rated at 800 lumens.

We installed this fan in our sunroom. It looks great and is whisper quiet even on the highest setting. Circulated air really nicely. The remote is wonderful to have.

We installed this fan in a large living room where our current fan just wasn’t a good fit. It glared too much with incandescent lights and wouldn’t take LEDs. It was between us and our main television, which caused a descending glare which we put up with for years. It was annoying watching television and when we were working on our computers if we didn’t really dim it. We chose to mount this flush with the ceiling, which was nice, since this room has an 8-foot ceiling. The frosted bowl disperses the light so there is no glare, plus I think the LED lights themselves probably wouldn’t glare. One side of the blades is white while the other side is a whitish wood, which is the side we chose to have showing.
The design of this fan is an understated space-age sort of way. This fan could belong to the Jetsons. Very pleased with this fan and light.
My shopping is donating to my favorite charity, Canines for Independence at no cost to me. Awesome!

Update: 2 wks after my son installed it: flush-mounted (took him 2 hrs, he’s a health care person, not a handy man) and it’s been running pretty continuously for 2 wks now. I mean I leave it on all night. Absolutely NO noise in low to middle speed; rushing wind sound at high speed. Quietest fan ever! I totally had to upgrade my initial assessment. It’s got reach for a 30’x20’ space, and cools the room right down! I recommend this fan now!!

I haven't installed the fan yet. First, the Prime Day price was the same as everyday. Not a deal killer. Second, the box has a LOT of little pieces. Third, you CANNOT use a dimmable light switch, you must use a binary on/off switch on the wall. The remote will allow for dimming, apparently, but you MUST have dimmable bulbs. Makes sense. Comes with two E-26 Base LED bulbs. Fourth, the instructions seem complex to me, but I'm no engineer. There are 19 steps and 17 parts to complete to install. Fifth, the remote is the only way to manage the fan. I'll be hiring an experienced handyman if I go forward. Just an FYI to novice installers.

First the good…this fan is very attractive and goes extremely well with rooms sporting a clean, fresh look with lots of white. There is absolutely ZERO wobble (I’m using the down rod which is optional), and it is powerful! It can move some serious air. It takes a little time to install, but overall the directions were excellent.
There are two aspects that I don’t love, though. First is the dome light. I have another fan by the same company and they both have the same issue; the LED lights have hot spots and don’t put out an even, bright light.
Second is the remote system. There are absolutely no on-fan controls, meaning if you lose the small fan remote you’re stuck. But in addition to that, we’ve found it hard to get the fan to respond to the remote consistently. It’s also very slow to respond, taking several seconds after a light switch is flipped or the remote is pressed to turn on.
Overall, the fan is pretty and powerful, but the lack of any on-fan controls—as well as the slow and inconsistent remote—would keep me from buying again.

I guess I'm missing something. Yes the fan is extremely quiet. You can't hear a thing actually. The remote is lovely and it fixed a problem that I had with a switch behind a door in my front room, which I use as a studio for art and working. Yes, It looks amazing. Modern. Crisp. Spacey. With a white ceiling, it integrates the whole room.
My caveat? Where's the wind? I have to stand directly under it to feel anything at all. Even then only the most marginal of breezes. Yes. I know there is a reversible motor. I know there is a duo directional. This ain't my first time at the fan club. There are three speeds. At low and medium it is laughably nothing. With a 52" inch wing span and five blades, I expected it to lift papers off the work table. No, bot even the rice paper from my Chinese calendar.
I am not going to take it down and disassemble it and put it back in the box and ship it back. There goes five hours of installation and one hundred dollars. I called the company and they had nothing to say.
I still have to use my box fan in the studio.
Which was the whole reason to get the ceiling fan.
Sigh.

**Update** after a few days of operation the fan started making a clicking sound.
I checked all the mounting hardware, blade screws, and even the light and shade.
Could not find the issue. Appears to be in the motor. Maybe a bad bearing??? Removed this fan and installed a hunter brand fan. (VERY SAD)
... Replaced a 20 year old ceiling fan in our bedroom. I like the clean sleek lines and its silent operation.
Installation was very easy. Probably took me longer to install the 15 screws that to mount the blades than it took to install the fan. The only issue I ran into when I was installing it was (since I was installing it without a downrod) hanging the fan motor while I connected the wires. A zip tie took care of that easily.
Otherwise, the installation went off without a hitch and the fan functioned 100% on the first try.
Remote works well and buttons are simple and layed out logically. Light at the bottom and off, 1,2,3 going up the remote.
VERY HAPPY with my new fan... Great output on high!!! "just blows me away" LOL :-)

This fan replaced a builders-grade fan that was probably 20+ years old.
Overall, it is very easy to install, with the exception of the fan blade design. With other types of fans, you can very easily get to the bolts or the holes are quite large and they are easy to align. The bolts for this fan design are very narrow, like 1/8" or so and very very hard to line up to get started. There's 3 holes per fan blade times 5 blades, so you have to do this 18 times. :--D If they included some alignment dowels or pins, etc I would have given 5 stars.
I uploaded a picture that I think will save you a ton of time when adding fan blades; start the right-most screw first, after you ensure the fan blade is inserted and equidistant left/right and fore/aft. Look closely at my other up-close pictures to see the correct alignment. After you start the right-most bolt, then with one hand start the left-most bolt and with your other hand, pivot the fan blade while at the same time turning the bolt and you'll feel it engage.
The first fan blade took forever, but after getting it going, the other 4 were a lot quicker. 4 stars because of how difficult the darn fan blade installation was and that there's room for improvement. Also, 4 stars because the bulbs are an unusual A15 non-standard size versus the common A16 size that most light fixtures/lamps have. Plenty of room for the manufacturer to have sized it for A16 IMHO.
(Oh, do read the instructions carefully for installing the light fixture base, it will also save you a lot of time (ie. only remove 1 screw, but loosen the other 2))
That being said, LOVE the remote and slim-fit receiver (slimmer than most I've seen). I even like minimalist design of the remote wall-holder.
This is a GREAT look for most any bedroom, though we have it installed in our daughter's room; I can only see it in a nursery or girls room, but not a boy's room for some reason.
Great styling, color and the motor is a lot heavier than other ceiling fans in my recollection, which may help it being more sturdy and wobble-freer than most.
Overall very happy with this fan!
Momma Snark
I really debated between 3 and 4 stars, but ultimately decided to go with 4.
This is, for the most part, a great fan.
Pros:
1) Love the white in the nursery (it goes with all of our trim color)
2) Well balanced without having to use the balancing kit
3) Because it's well balanced, there's not clicking sound
4) Pretty powerful output on the fan. My son usually wakes up hot in the morning, even though we keep our air at 69 at night...this morning he was mostly cool
Cons:
1) Because it comes with a remote, you HAVE to use a remote or you will not be able to change the fan speeds if you wire it to the extra switch in the room. We decided to wire it to our second bedroom switch because I like using the Philips Hue switch we have outside of the nursery (I can turn the light on and off from outside the nursery, change the colors, dimness, etc, and keep the inside bedroom switch on the on position and control it from our smart things app).
THERE ARE NO PULL CORDS ON THIS FAN. Just a remote. So, because of this, the fan is either on high, or it's off. Not a HUGE deal, but the option to change fan speeds doesn't exist for us.
2)The light bulbs that come with it are TINY (we use the Philips Hue bulbs in the nursery with the smart switch on the outside of the room...that way I can turn it on before I go in on soft blue to wake our son, or do the same when nursing the new baby later). We WERE able to finally get them in, but my husband had to bend the socket out a little bit to get them to fit.
Other than those 2 grievances, this is a great fan!
