Not durable - may be a defective product

I used this pretty regularly for about 9 months with decent results for my achilles tendonitis. It did alleviate some pain. Unfortunately, the device broke and the split in half while I was using it . This was very surprising because I'm not especially large or heavy (180 lbs). Will look for a similar sturdier device made by a different company. Maybe plastic isn't the way to go.

Too short for 11.5 Mens Shoe

This is advertised as for use up to a size 12 men's shoe. However, as you can see in the picture, it is far too small for even my 11.5 men's sneaker. The front of my sneaker and foot go way out over the front of the ProStretch, so that the ball of my foot lands on the edge. This means that I do not get the needed, and advertised, upward bend to the toes. This is essential for this exercise.

I tried it once in my socks, and it did sort of work... it was close. But you are NOT supposed to use these devices without a rubber soled shoe. I tried it with my Tevo's, where my heel comes a bit closer to the back, and with another pair of shoes.

The device looks nice, and I intend on buying this company's bigger ProStretch Plus (after returning this one). The Plus model one says it works up to size 14 shoe. But I had to knock off a couple of stars, because they say this works to size 12 shoe, and it does not.

Great stretching tool

I was encouraged to buy one of these by a podiatrist and was specifically asked to buy this brand versus another. I wasn't sure how useful it would be. Couldn't I just stretch on stairs or by doing lunges or something, I thought? What good would this simple piece of plastic possibly be?

Well, I will happily eat my words, because this thing is actually quite useful and gives a great stretch that feels like it's actually really helping my feet. I definitely recommend following the instructions, holding onto something solid, wearing shoes, and giving yourself a good long stretch with it. Using this several times a day has helped me quite a bit, and although my pain hasn't completely gone away, it does appear to be subsiding some, and I attribute a lot of that success to using this device.

Five stars for a simple, helpful tool that's easily worth the money.

Don't get if you're higher than size 10 men's, also you need the double for Plantar Fasciitis

I'm a size 11.5-12 men's and while I can use it without a shoe on it's way too small if I try to use it with a shoe, another issue is that it says that it helps with Plantar Fasciitis but the manual's instructions say that you need the double version for that stretch. Other than those issues it seems fairly useful, planning on returning it and getting the doubles of the bigger size.

Excellent stretching device

I think this is the best exercise piece i have ever bought. So simple but the stretch is incredible through the calf into the hamstring. Total gamechanger for mobility work. Wonderful product

Great Stretch!

I recently purchased the original calf stretcher and foot rocker for my plantar fasciitis and tight calves and I am extremely impressed with the results. The foot rocker helps to stretch out my plantar fascia and the calf stretcher does an excellent job of relieving tightness in my calves. Both pieces of equipment are well-made and easy to use. I have already noticed a significant improvement in the flexibility and comfort of my feet and lower legs. I would highly recommend these products to anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or tight calves.

Good foot stretcher

This is a good foot- calf stretcher very stable. However it is not adjustable. Not for feet much bigger than a mens size 11/12. I am a size 10 women's.
