Great but must read

I’ve been using the PUPGSIS Gaming Audio Mixer T12 for a while now and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The first thing that stands out is the RGB lighting, it actually looks really good on the desk and you have a few different lighting options to choose from, which is a nice touch if you care about how your setup looks.

The sliders also feel surprisingly nice to use. They move smoothly and don’t feel cheap, which makes adjusting levels while streaming or recording pretty comfortable.

In terms of audio quality, the microphone input with XLR works really well. My mic sounds clear and full, and the interface seems to handle it without any issues. For voice recording, streaming, or Discord, it does the job very nicely.

My only real complaint is with the audio outputs when listening to PC audio. When using IEM earphones in the HEADSET jack, there’s a very faint high-pitched noise. It’s almost unnoticeable at first, but after longer use it becomes annoying and can be uncomfortable for the ears. If I plug the earphones into the front headphone jack (the one with the headphone icon), there’s a noticeable background noise (hiss and some more noises) that makes it basically unusable.

It’s important to mention that this might seem especially noticeable with IEM earphones, which are very sensitive. With regular headphones it may not be as obvious (not tested).

Aside from that, everything else about the mixer works great, the RGB looks good, the controls feel solid, and does the job using XLR. So very good for the price.

Update: 3/16/2026 I was reached out to buy their support team and was offered a newer updated model to hopefully get a better review. The new product came with a mic. It was the t12s. Which for what it was it functions. But no XLR port. Kind of disappointing but overall it works. For their support teams efforts I have raised my 2 stars to 3 stars. I think you guys are on the right path and your target market is up and coming creators.

Headphone AMP sucks if you like your gaming experience to be loud in your headphones don't get this. I have been creating content for over 10 years, i took a break and needed some new equipment to get back to it. Other issues, I have a soundbar that I line out to, the mic will always monitor to that even if you turn off monitoring. otherwise this thing is easy to set up. pretty straight forward on set up. for a beginner this device will probably work for you. it functions, it works, it does what it says it will do. which is great for the price. When it comes to content creators, you get what you pay for.

Very good and would recommend!

This mixer is super easy to set up and the instructions are very easy to follow. It works very good and the built in auto tune is perfect for making music. Using this makes it super simple to manage sound and the voice changer is great too! It is super small so it will fit on your desk perfectly too! It also has the lowest latency out of all the mixers I have tried. I really recommend this product and you will not regret buying it.

Easy and fun to use

I haven't had this very long but I have to say wow. This thing works a lot better than I thought it was going to work. I do hear a little bit of a humming noise if some of the volumes are up too high, but that's usually to be expected when volumes are high. Everything connects up to it seamlessly. The buttons feel pretty quality for being rubber. The RGB is nice. The buttons and knobs feel very durable. So far as compatibility has been amazing and especially having the Bluetooth option is always a nice feature.

Excellent product

Dude, I love it! The Volcaster 2 audio interface just wasn't cutting it, and I didn't want to spend that $599 on the Rode interface. But hey, it's excellent for the price! My podcast sounds amazing, and so does my one-hour radio show. Excellent!

Awesome seller awesome company, quality, customer service I was wild.

Doesn’t work bought it twice Bluetooth is first thing went out. Has a low home in it. I replaced it with another one same issue. but I have to take some things back of corresponded with them. Since then they reached out to me. This is a very good company not only do they believe in your product. They stand by their product and they are willing to work with you, they reached out to me asked me not to give up. I decided to give them another shot and they wowed me. I sent a video.

this item works great no buzz feed back i have all my soundboard playbacks looaded up perfectly. but i had the erge to contact constumer suport probably about three times sense im a nembie coming into soundboards on the pc, i ran into problems such as the mic only working but i got not getting any audio from my headphones, to having this insane grounding out buzzing sound which funny saying chages pitches when i switch the led colors on the soundboard itself. i fixed everything by realizing i didnt need as many conections hooked up as i did. honestly everything was user error and now that everything is hooked correctly, as a plug and play system it works great!!!

Doesn’t work for me

Bought this one based on the glowing reviews. But when I connected this mixer to my Windows 10 PC, it kept crashing with blue screen. I have no problem with Scarlet or Presonus interfaces. Since this one doesn’t have dedicated driver, I am out of luck. Quality and functionality for the price-wise, it is amazing. But it doesn’t work for me.

Decided to Keep it

For the price its not the best but certainly not the worst. Its a great intro to streaming, gaming, podcast, or daily use mixer. I've been using mines for gaming for a few months and have enjoyed its ease of use. Buttons are bright, and can be cycled through for color variations. The knobs and sliders also feels great. The mute button is super handy. The custom buttons for recording is fun to play with. Bluetooth is quick to connect with 5.3, and you can also control the audio being heard through game. Also a pro is the 48v power it provides for mics with XLR cables that needs it. Now I did wish it offered USB C for mic input for my mics that uses USB C. And the reason for it not being a 5 star is the BUZZZ it makes if you connect your pc to it through AUX chord. There's no way around except to not use it. I've tried multiple wires, and positions, to by pass the static with no success. All in all I still decided to keep it at the sale price of around $30. If you're looking for something that is of professional audio, look elsewhere, but if for fun, entertainment, gift ideas, this is a great buy.

Updated 2>> This thing is just incredible for the price!

Update: After struggling with a phantom powered mic for a while, I realized that using a non phantom powered mic fixes the problem. The phantom power is just too hot and too sensitive in this unit. Another fix would be to use the “pad” button which attenuates the phantom powered mic level so it becomes manageable. Adding the built in reverb makes the mic leveling with the pad function engaged much smoother. I just wish the reverb built into the unit had several varieties because the one it has is just too wet for my taste. I have received a replacement unit but it behaves exactly the same with the hot phantom powered mic level.

I just need to say that this thing is incredible for the price. I use it strictly with my iPhone and it does everything I need it to do. Both AUX and BT audio are passed on thorough USB audio interface to my iPhone and that alone is a big deal. You can control levels and mute as needed. You can headphone monitor (2 of these with independent levels) and have line out audio to speakers as well which I connect to my guitar amp, also with level and mute for that as well! Just incredible.

Works as intended

So far so good. I have no complaints.

Full Video Walk-through: A few quirks, but overall sounds good!

The audio input from this is clean with a bunch of fun features and usability. Some of the features are a bit cheesy and there are a few bugs that I'll send in to PUPGSIS to see if they can fix them, but overall I'm pleased with this purchase.
