1-Star Review – Product Failed After Minimal Use & Warranty Not Honored

I purchased a Pyle speaker system approximately one year ago because it came with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, which gave me confidence in the product's quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The system was only used about five times during the entire year. It was never left outdoors or exposed to harsh conditions. When not in use, it was stored safely in my garage.

The Bluetooth still connects successfully to both my laptop and my iPhone, indicating that the wireless functionality is working. However, the speakers produce absolutely no audio, making the system unusable.

When I contacted Pyle Customer Service, I expected them to honor their advertised warranty. Instead, I was given the runaround with repeated troubleshooting questions, even after I provided a video demonstrating that the Bluetooth connection was successful but there was no sound coming from the speakers.

What disappointed me most is that they never offered to inspect the unit or have me ship it to their service department to determine the cause of the failure. Instead of standing behind their product, they appeared more interested in avoiding a warranty claim.

A company is judged not only by the products it sells but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, the product failed after very limited use, and the warranty was not honored in a meaningful way.

I cannot recommend this product or this company's customer service. If you're purchasing because of the advertised warranty, be aware that my experience suggests it may not provide the support you would reasonably expect.

I recommend this brand for anyone who’s looking to buy speakers for events, parties, etc.

I am very pleased with the product. Everything was shipped very neat in original packaging. Sound quality is great for the price I paid it’s truly a steel.! The set up was so easy it took under 10 minutes

They Delivery Process.

UPS strikes again. Aways something with them delivering. A cracked screen. Speakers work good, not a lot of bass because they are 8in Speakers, but are loud enough.

A great purchase!

Fast delivery and everything was in great condition. The speakers get super loud and great for indoors and outdoors. It was easy to setup and great for on the go.

Great home karaoke speakers

These speakers sound great. I connected an audio mixer to them and now we use them for the mics for home karaoke. I didn’t receive the mic that was supposed to come with them.

Good for the price

Good speakers very loud I actually connected them to some old 8ohm speakers, now I have four speakers for the price of one save myself $800 in buying another amplifier

this manufacture send retured broken item

The package was opened and severely damaged. The packing boxes were opened, and the Styrofoam to protect the speakers was also broken. The stand for the speaker was totally broken. One of the speakers is damaged and could see the inside of the speaker with plastic broken pieces. This must be a returned item. Please send the returned item for a new item order.

THESE ROCK!

Tooooootally view my expectations out of the water!!! The sound is unreal, construction is solid and yes plastic, but it’s going to be way easier for me to travel and set up than what I was using previously!!! Built in amp, effects, equalizer, and so much more!!!!

Remote works amazingly and will update more with range, but controls my phone volume and even Play/ Pause Stify of my phone!! Bluetooth works flawlessly and connects immediately;*NOTE: you do need to switch the SWITCH TO MP3/LINE (left side;) opposite the RCA’s. Only dissaoipontment was the packing was lacking on the stands and both speakers are scuffed and one almost worn through, but not going to deal with sending this all back. Will buy another in the future to minimize the footprint in my home studio!

Very Loud

Update: after posting the original review, found below, I woke up to the PA system on my porch. Not sure what happened but my order was delivered. I have set up and tested the product. It is super loud and the sound carries loud. The only thing that isn’t great is the Bluetooth range. It’s rather short. But regardless, sound is loud and clear.

Order the PA system. Says will be delivered next day. Perfect. Until they delivered a FLOOR FAN. An actual $30 Walmart floor fan. Excuse me? Contact the seller. Oops. Our bad. Wanna return it? They won’t issue refund of my money or send replacement until they get their fan back. 🤬 buyer beware.

Speakers are an excellent purchase. Extremely pleased with the clarity and overall sound. Light weight easy to transport. The stands are a beautiful look also complements the speakers . The mic was a beneficial part of the package . Thanks so much

Loud for a Good Price

Purchased this for a karaoke party and it served us well. It’s loud and the sound quality was pretty good.

The Bluetooth pairing was a little odd though. The speaker didn’t have an on/off button to pair Bluetooth but it was searchable on my phone and it did connect when we tested it.

The controls on the back of the speaker are pretty basic but everything you need.

I connected it straight to my laptop via aux cord and it worked without a hitch.

It’s everything you need if you need decent sounds for your event.

It came with a microphone but it’s better to invest in a higher quality one than use the one it came with.

Great Quality!

Wow these speakers and GREAT! I just got them today and set them up to test them for a banquet I have at the end of the month and these are PERFECT. Super loud! Great quality sound, easy to set up, easy to move. The only minor flaw is the quality of the microphone. It isn't bad, but I feel like I have to put my lips directly on it just to hear the full sound of my voice without an echo. But I have a replacement microphone so it's not too bad! Overall highly recommend! Worth every penny.

This is a nice Pair of speakers, is not the high high quality, but I used just for fun karaoke, if you work as a DJ or music world probably this is not a opción for you. But still work great for what I need it!

Best one for mobile DJ performance

Amazing sound quality , purchased this for DJ performance at outdoor party and it works awesome! Remote control was a bit confusing to get it on , but rest all works great! Mic quality is great too. Assembling was simple and straightforward

Versatile and LOUD!

I bought this speaker set for a startup karaoke business. There are so many ways to connect to these speakers, XLR, 1"4 audio, Bluetooth, etc. The sound quality is impressive and the volume....WOW...1800 watts of pure power! Very happy with this purchase so far!!

No Source Options for Line-In Auxiliary (USB, SD Card, Phone Direct Connect). Damaged Remote Ctrl

Auxiliary Connection for mobile phones (iPhone & Android) could not work as the sound input source, with no source selection options for Auxiliary LIne-In USB & SD Card. The only available Sources Options are Bluetooth Connection & FM Radio

The cheap remote control does not work:

Any button I pressed on the remote control, there were no responses on the speaker:

1. Even the speaker power on

2. even after I replaced the battery type CR 2025 with a new button

These are perfect for any bar sized venue. Sound is great

I loved the fact that there’s 2 of them so you can .1 speaker to 1/2 of the bar or venue and then the other speaker the opposite direction so everybody gets to hear. And then the Bluetooth functionality makes it great because if somebody wants to hear some thing that you don’t have, you can just Bluetooth it from your phone. This is my first set from this company but I will continue to be a customer for life.

Whoosh, 1,800 watts!

This 1,800 watt baby is loud!

The sound is good with a digital audio amplifier. The crossover also determines how it’s going to sound. If you replace the stock amplifier for an aftermarket, it’s going to sound different.

The volume control and the crossover seems to be well made. The active speaker is a bit heavier because of the amplifier. The passive speaker is a bit lighter.

The speakers remote is a magical control. Don’t lose the remote and keep it away from kids and pets.

If the speaker malfunction, the amplifier has become defective.

Pro tip,

1. Keep all the crossovers at 0% and let the speakers break in for 24 hours at a low to medium volume. After 12 hours, break it in at a medium volume for 12 hours.

2. Unplug power supply when not in use.

3. Store in room temperature when not in use.

Stopped working within 4 months.

This speaker set was everything I needed for my projector that I use outside. Loud, clear, easy to use and transport. Unfortunately, after less than 5 uses and not quite 4 months after purchasing these speakers stopped working. The main speaker makes this awful humming sound whenever it is turned on. I thought perhaps it had just overheated. Even though it had not been in use for several weeks and had been stored in a storage unit. So gave it a bit and tried again. Repeated this process at least a dozen times, with the same outcome.

This was not a purchase I made lightly. I wanted speakers that my family and I could use with our outside screen and projector. On paper these speakers were all I needed and wanted. The few times I was able to use them they were everything I wanted. With a 30 minute lunch and them closing at 4pm CST; I have yet to be able to speak with anyone to see what may be done. As I’m writing this review I am actually on hold with the company. I called over 17 minutes ago and was caller 10. After all this time I am caller 9. Lunch ends shortly and I have gotten NO WHERE. It’s frustrating to say the least.

I made this purchase specifically for summer movie nights. It’s now mid June and we haven’t gotten a single use out of them since March or April. I received them at the end of January. I would NOT recommend this product based off my experience.

SAT ON HOLD FOR 2 hours 38 mins and NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE! Never got passed caller number 5. I started as caller 10.

Awesome PA set

Product worked awesome no complaints. The setup was super easy, and the sound was great, I have a lot of gathering at the park, The speakers were loud enough for everyone in the park to hear.

Compact portable affordable...

Better quality and performance for the price than expected! comparable to JBL and Behringer systems, and the plus side is that this one is self powered. The cons: the microphone is rather cheap, the power cord is extremely short, there is not much bass so movies and music will sound a little flat.

Summer Time Vibez Now!!!!

Let me get the bad stuff out the way... The remote sucks lol! Now as far as this speaker set, I’m so, so glad I didn’t let the reviews deter me! These speakers are banging enough for what I’m doing with them! Yes they are loud! Yes they are clear! Yes they are worth the money! Hey just remember, if you ain’t feeling them, you can always send them back, or mail them to me lol! Summer Summer Time Here I Come!

I love these economical Pyle Speakers. Great Punch and sound. I was surprised by the great Bluetooth reception.

Good buy, you wont regret it!

These speakers are amazing. I ordered the 12 inch speakers and let me just tell you, these things rock! If your more of a bass head id suggest adding a powered subwoofer to the mix, but just for some easy listening and small gatherings id say these are the ones! The remote is kind of annoying seeing as it only works when the speakers are in Bluetooth radio usb or sd card mode, and the mic is cheap and grungy sounding, but the sound quality of the speakers makes up for it. Good buy, might grab another set soon. Will post pictures and videos soon!

Update: speakers are still going strong just used for a gig of about 170 ppl in a fairly big venue. These pumped out major sound at almost full volume but I had them running a little below half!
