Volume control knob is mess up dent in the back of it right out of the box, lots of distortion sounds terrible. Distortion you change sounds half the letters on the screen don't work remote is useless

Had a bad capacitor right out of the box. As soon as I hooked it up even at 0 volume my speakers hummed super loud. As an avid audiophile I can usually trouble shoot this but if you look at my pictures you can see where it was broken and leaked acid all over the circuit board.

I bought this amplifier in September 2025. It was delivered to my country in October, and when I finally completed the renovation at my house, I wanted to set up the amplifier, but it didn't work. When I input the wire to the socket it does not power on. The previous amplifier from Pyle which I have at my another house has been still working. I hope the company replaces this order with another one. Attaching the photo.

The description says "4 channel stereo audio receiver" (see attached pic). There is no way to play stereo through this unit. You can feed it stereo inputs but it changes them all to mono, and there are not separate inputs for each channel so you can't even do it that way. False representation. Returning.
Other than that it works as described, so it gets 2 stars.

When using the Bluetooth, from time to time it looses connection. You can not move around with your phone or the connection will get lost. I have not tried it with dvd, cd or mp3. The FM radio is good. It has a nice compact size and powerful enough for a party with family and friends.

I bought 2 of these for our store locations to replace the old audio system and give a bit more control over individual volume in each section of the sales floor and lounge.
The 4 individual volume knobs make it so that 4 zones can easily be adjusted without messing with the overall volume, if there's an event in the lounge we can just turn down the pairs closest to the lounge, or if it's a quiet day in the store we can turn them all down with the master volume.
We currently are running 6 speakers on 4 zones, the amp supports 8 speakers total, 4 pairs without stereo fade or balance, which means every single speaker gets mono audio, EXACTLY what you want in a retail audio system. It also sounds great, we've had it turned up pretty high during construction and there's no clipping or distortion. Bluetooth stays connected from almost 100' feet away inside the store, all other connectivity is seemless as well

This is very frustrating. The first time I bought this product it worked for a couple of days until it didn’t (not even a week using it) and I had to send it back. Which was a bit complicated because I had to send it from Colombia and had some issues with the freight. I bought it again, because it had such good comments and I thought perhaps it was just that one. I got the second amplifier a couple of days ago, used it three times and now the mode button doesn’t work. I cannot change it to Bluetooth! This is sooo frustrating! I have not gotten my money back from the first purchase and now I have to return the second one. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT!

Not powerful. I bought this because of 4 channels. The small amplifier I got before only had 2 channels but it is way powerful when it comes to sound quality than Pyle and way cheaper too.
I connected Pyle to smart TV using Bluetooth and it appears that the type of connection is headset.
I have 3 speakers connected to smart TV and they're all connected as speakers and not headset. Kinda disappointed with this purchase.

500 watts is plenty of power for the 6 analog speakers I have connected on 3 separate floors. I use each of the 4 channels to control volumes on each floor of my house and I can still add 2 more speakers :)
The bluetooth connection works fine for my Apple Music and SiriusXM. The USB port on the front is also great for playing MP3's stored on a USB stick. I also connect the audio for my TV via a cable.
This is an excellent, affordable and very powerful bluetooth amplifier if you want to utilize analog speakers.
I find the volume indicators hard to see so I added some green stickers (attached photo).
I do find that I need to be on the same floor to maintain bluetooth connectivity from my phone.

Sound quality is good, Nice size, The FM antenna is not very good and does not come with a ground "single wire only" The display is to small, the display does not show the decimal point but still does tune but is very hard to program and the auto scan part of the radio will drive you nuts. There is no AM option for this unit. It is not easy to program. Other than that it works as advertised.

Positioned in the sunroom/bar to run the outdoor speakers around the pool. Powers all eight speakers with no problem. Love that I can individually control volume on sets of speakers. Bluetooth feature works great. I can control our playlists and volume from my phone while outside.

Worked great for 15 months. The bluetooth would sometimes pair with my computer in a manner that made a lot of crackle sounds but a quick re-pair usually fixed that glitch.
The main problem I've had is a 2$ capacitor blew out after only 15 months. The repair would probably cost more than the original cost of this unit. What a shame. I may pay to have it fixed at a local shop just for the sake of not wasting. Obviously not ideal though.

Bought this for speakers around my pool the 4 channels allow me to power all eight of my speakers and the sound is perfect, and the microphone outlets make it possible to talk when we have parties at the pool, or watch movies when we hook up the projector. Bluetooth connection was effortless.

I like the connectivity with Bluetooth but the karaoke quality is oK but so far it did its job for our need. I’ve used the unit occasionally until this week when it stopped working and smoke comes out from the top of the unit. It’s already 3 months since purchase so it already past the return date. That’s why the 3 for because it did not last at least for a year. It’s a waste to throw away a unit that is still new.

Pinching myself that I found an amp with this kind of power at this price. I bought 3! one for the Master Suite, one for the Kitchen/Great Room and one for the Living Room. the three just jump on and off Bluetooth Connect. Just a sweet and happy experience all around.The amplifier is the least rxpensive yet has the best sound ive ever owned. The bluetooth is spot-on every time I turn it on. the controls are durable, and they make the unit look like I'm a sound engineer. I couldnt be happier/

This is by far one of the better setups that I have bought and use daily for radio, tv, and playing CD,s. I am in the process of assembling a system that I can carry to the backyard and play when doing yard and garden work. Since this system has 4 separate channels, I will be able to hook up a set of Behringer 400w DJ speakers for all around sound. This is the second system that is shown hooked up to my living Tv. So far this system is performing just great as you can adjust the channels separately to get the best all around sound in small areas or large.

I'd been looking at this for a while and it went on sale so I bought it. Great sound improvement over my stock Sony unit, and lots of power. Bluetooth has good range as advertised and sound quality over Bluetooth is crisp and full! I can now add the outdoor speakers I wanted for my garage. Nice compact size for the power output too.

This amp is powerful. I have an outdoor channel that I have to keep limited to about 5%. Sound quality is very good also, very full, and clear. Surprising sound quality from such a small box. Documentation that comes with is pretty minimal, but it is reasonably easy to figure out by playing with it. Bluetooth range isn't great, admittedly it could be my placement. And the remote has a very limited range, but I didn't buy the amp to be controlled remotely, so not an issue for me. TIP: Buy speakers that can handle some power if you have the need, I believe this amp will handle it.

I really like the individual volume control on the four speakers.
I use the receiver to play a record player turntable connected to four speakers in a 800 square foot room.
The ability to use other inputs like Bluetooth, USB port, SD port, and FM radio are great features.
The two microphone plug in capability, looks like great fun for a party.

Great amp for the money. I had to fix a few things but the unit did work fine. The power cord was damaged and one of the feet was snapped off.
