This system is exactly what I needed. I walk on my treadmill daily and really like to recover with these compression boots a few days a week. These can get TIGHT, but It feels really good! You can adjust the settings to go for different pressure and zones depending on your needs. I probably keep them on too long, but they feel so good after a long workout! Effective Recovery Tool Post-ACL Surgery – Great Air Compression System!
I recently had ACL surgery and was looking for something to help with my recovery. I decided to give the QUINEAR Professional Leg Recovery System a try, and overall, I’m very happy with it. These are nice quality compression boots. The power unit can be operated plugged into your wall outlet or it can be run of its own rechargeable battery if you need to take it into the field with you.
The boots appear and feel durable and zips up/down smoothly. The “pump” works efficiently and is surprisingly quiet. I tested it on the low/avg setting of 60mm/hg and it was solid.
I ordered the Medium. I am 6’1 and wear 31” inseam pants. The top of the boots came almost up into my crotch so be aware. If you are shorter in height and/or have shorter legs, check the sizing before ordering.

Good leg massage, at home and on road trips
These cordless compression boots fit all the way up to the groin/hip area and the compression starts at the foot and moves on up. If you set the controls right, you can get an excellent squeezing massage. When you’re done the boots fold up easily into their original packaging and the case is very sturdy so you can take it with you on the road if you need to. The price is pretty high compared to similar items available in the marketplace, but there’s no denying these are well-made well-machined therapeutic leg recovery boots. We use them after leg workouts at the gym while we are reclining upright on the bed rather than sitting in a chair or on a couch, because these boots are large and need plenty of room.

The large is Well worth it.
I ordered these in large and then feared for a week they'd be too big for my tiny long legs. What I didn't realize is size large meant full length of leg. So I was extremely surprised and thrilled when they arrived. They perform quite well and have many adjustments with 3 combinations for applying pressure and circulation.
I recommend using shorts when using them as I do 30 minute sessions on high now and the compression with pants on isn't comfortable. Your legs will hurt when the fabric from pants presses into them and you'll feel hot.
I've several auto immune diseases, one being pots and these have helped greatly with the pain and circulation. They're a godsend.
They completely zip up and down for easy access and are open toe as well. The two plugs click into small battery box. I can do five or six 30 minute sessions before having to recharge the battery.
The only down fall is how big they are and releasing the rest of the air to fold them up and put them in their storage bag.
I feel so blessed to finally have them. They're well worth the price and are a lot less expensive than the ones from my drs office.

This machine uses a lot of force to make the air bulge in the compartment. It presses on my muscles and stretches them. I use it after exercise. Follow the directions in the manual and use it for about thirty minutes at a time. At first, I was afraid to use the maximum amount of force, but gradually I got used to it and I began to enjoy letting the machine massage my body with the maximum amount of force.
