AWESOME light!

This light is awesome. Very bright, great color range, battery life is very long. I mounted it to a camera tripod, and it works perfectly for my needs. I'm honestly very impressed by this product, especially considering the price. I would buy this again without hesitation and wish I had bought the two-pack.

Good starter light

I love the look of it with the built in diffuser. It’s not near as bright as my other lights, but that’s probably due to the 4 layers of diffusion on it.

I don’t like that there aren’t knobs on the back panel like the smaller version of this light. The wheels are easy to go above or below your target CCT, which is extremely important when filming of using multiple (like I do).

I haven’t used it enough to judge battery life on it, but I typically have chargers nearby so not an issue. I do love that you can still use them while charging. That’s a must have feature for me.

Started to flicker at around 2.5-3 years

Worked great for a while, but after daily/weekly use this started to flicker at around 2.5-3 years and is past the warranty. Figured it would last longer before dying. It's pretty distracting and given I use it for work I'll be looking for a replacement.

Great for livestreaming

This light works perfectly for me, it has quick access to brightness and color temperature, the built in battery lasts a very long time depending on your brightness settings, you can use it for light streaming or on top of DLSR cameras, I highly recommend it.

Building A Kit For Makeup?

I purchased this item as a replacement of a bulky ring light that I had since 2016. I wanted something small and powerful but portable when doing clients makeup.

The brightness is not what I expected I wish it was a little more brighter but I will most likely buy another and it will correct the issue.

Battery life says 3 hours without charger which I found misleading cause I had 3 clients 4am-6am and by the ending of the 2nd client the light died so right before 2 hours. (I charged the light for 24 hours prior so it wasn’t a user error)

Versatility very easy to pack, small enough to carry and portable. Just highly recommend packing the charger and an extension cord at all times. I do wish it came with a slim tripod or lighting legs to just fit the aesthetic.

I love how the light is battery powered and all you have to do is plug it in to charge it. The quality of the lighting is amazing as well I like the way you can control the brightness for the light to your own liking. Overall great product and the seller got it to me immediately in a excellent condition.

Great product for photography

great product, the color temperature and brightness are adjustable and can be easily configured with the buttons and led screen on the back. I sometimes do astrophotography and this panel can provide huge help illuminating the foreground with customized color temperature under very low brightness. Definitely worth the price

More than 5 stars worth product. Great, easy to setup and use LED panel light

I have been using this light for my tabletop key-light vlog set up and I am more than happy to have it. The mate diffuser on the light also is a plus star. The built-in batter is awesome which last almost 3 hours at max brightness. Further more, I love the ability to change light temp and brightness right from the back of the panel light. At full brightness, this is an incredibly bright light so in my 8x8f office, I never need it even close to its maximum brightness.

Overall very pleased with this bit of kit, especially given its relatively low price.

Started blinking

I used this for a lightbox on Zoom calls. Worked great for a few months. I didn't like that I couldn't turn the screen off on the back unless I unplugged and turned off. Now I'm getting a horrible blinking when the light is fully charged. That pretty much makes the thing useless for me.

UPDATE:

The company has reached out and replaced my blinking light. Happy to report the new light is working so far. Hoping this unit will last much longer.

Wow - small but powerful

I shoot videos every month for my business, and have a professional set of lights. 3 of them, but good God, they take up 1/2 of my office, are huge and a royal pain to take apart. I wanted something that worked as well, but smaller. I found these and thought 'what they hey' let's try it. I've used them and love them. Super easy to put together and take apart. Take up no real room in the office. Travel well. Great product and great price.

Portable light

Great portable light! It’s very bright and light weight. The controls are very easy to use. Did not feel like a cheap product. Very durable. I tend to use cool light but I gravitated towards the warmer temperatures. I’ve had this for a while now and I haven’t need to charge it yet! It’s so long lasting. I highly recommend this product. Definitely looking into a bigger light in the future.

This light is just Amazing

I have to say this light is just amazing. Its portable and extremely bright. I do a food IG page and was in need of a good quality light I could take around and get the shots. I decided to go with this ight because of the features and positive reviews. Boy was I glad I did. The battery on this is more then I could ever of hoped for. I love the control over brightness using the dimmer 0 to 100 percent. On top of that I can control the color temperature and we have a real winner here. I provided a couple of food shots I was able to take using this light of some dishes I made. Did I mention how beautiful the design is on this light. I get compliments every were I go and when people see my photos they cant believe I get them with a phone. I tell them it's all about the light. Fantastic Video Light!

Since quarantine, I have been doing a lot more video production work from home. It's hard to find a light that is the right brightness and right white balance color for indoor applications. Either the light is way too bright, or not bright enough, too blue, etc.

This light is almost PERFECT. The different brightness options work well. The battery is extremely long--I've been using it for about a week, 1-2 hours per day, on 30% brightness and the battery IS STILL AT 100%!! The white color options are very precise and the LCD display on the back lets me know EXACTLY what the light is doing. The light quality is lovely, diffuse enough that it doesn't blind me and bright enough that I can work in almost any environment with super high quality results.

What could be better?

1) Unique power adapter -- why not use USB-C? It's annoying needing another wall wart laying around.

2) Brightness options are "clickable," not smooth like some of Raleno's other options.

Would I buy this light again? ABSOLUTELY!

Good value and brightness

I really like this light. The combination of the built-in battery, integrated diffuser and reasonable price make it a great value. You won't have to buy a separate battery for this, and you can use it while the battery charges. And you won't lose the diffuser, because it's built in.

Since most of us don't know what a certain LUX value or wattage actually means in terms of brightness, I wanted to do a controlled, real-world test. I set my DSLR to 1/60s, ISO 400 and f/3.5, then put this light 1 foot away from a subject (see pic) and adjusted the brightness until the camera said it was properly exposed. (The pic itself is just so you can see the subject. I don't remember what the actual exposure value was for this, because I stopped taking photos and just half-pressed the shutter to get an exposure reading.)

At 1 foot away, the subject was properly exposed when the light was at 50% brightness. At 2 feet away, the subject was 3/4 of a stop underexposed when the light was at 100% brightness. That would still yield very usable video, and you could easily make up the 3/4 of a stop by using a prime lens, slowing the shutter to 1/30s or bumping up the ISO. And that's assuming you're only using one of these lights.

I have not run down the battery yet, but it seems to hold up well from my testing.

All told, I'm pleased with this light and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cost-effective constant lighting solution to shoot video. Two or three of these in your kit would make a great three-point lighting setup for ridiculously cheap.

Affordable and Actually Works

I had one at first but ended up buying a second one. The battery lasts about 6 hrs before you need to recharge. The white to yellow light options are great. Having 1 alone doesn’t make an area light up, but getting two will light up like studio lighting. I use them for streaming on Twitch and they don’t make me hot when I stream for 3+ hrs.

Great value / super "soft" light

I searched extensively for a light I could use for table top product shots and am very satisfied with this purchase. I bought 2 for my set up. The light is plenty bright and very "soft" diffused in nature, just perfect for my needs, they eliminate hard shadows and cast an even light. The controls are easy to use and read. The batteries seem very good so far and easily held a charge with out loosing any brightness for the two hours of my first shoot, the subsequent partial recharging ( with included power supply recharger ) was easy and fairly quick. The light temperature adjustment works well ( see picture for sample temp / range ) and I like that it dims to a very low level, nice to turn down the modest heat gain and mitigate battery usage when not actively shooting. Each light seems well made / solid and came in its own box, also it was well packaged with clear documentation. I am very pleased with this light , a big thumbs up!

Lux rating in description is way off...

Deceitful advertising... Description says 2600 lux max and 950 lux min. I expect theybwere lieing to try and say these are a compatible brightness as the popular Elgato lights. It also states the are minimum of 950 lux. These are not! Owners manual clearly states they're only 650 lux. You will need 4 of these to be close to output as Elgato. Still cheaper but they need to tell the truth about the actual brightness.

They are nice little lights don't get me wrong but you will need to buy appropriate amount of these to light your area based at 650 lux.

Great battery life!! And Very bright!

Greaaaat battery life and super handy!. I used it alone for a stop motion video. I attached the light on top of my camera. I have also used it as a back light for a few productions. And used this light in a medium white room for cooking videos.

Bright, Slim, Portable!!

Love this light, it has a really slick and slim display. Tons of color combinations with brightness and color control, comes with a cold shoe to either mount it on a tripod, light stand. Has a knob that lets you tilt it whatever angle you desire. Big fan of this light!! 5 stars from me

very good and very affordable

Okay so I've been using this light for about a week now and I can say this light is very versatile. It's super bright, you can change the temp and the battery last for a pretty good amount of time. Although it is a little big on my sony camera when mounted on the hot shoe, it doesn't fatigue my wrist too much and it's a really great light source. So if you're a videographer this would be a pretty good light to add to your arsenal. Over all I am happy with this LED light panel and will probably buy a couple more for back up.

Purchased 1 first, end up purchased another 3. Total 4!

I am setting up international web conference room. After purchased one for testing, the results are very well. End up purchased another 3. The quality is very good, well made, battery life is good for an hour (have not tested over an hour).

You can adjust brightness and color temperature as well.

Has a back lite LCD display which can easily identify the settings.

Very bright at 100%.

Great tool for portraits!

I have been looking for something like this for a while! Sometimes when I'm doing an outdoor shoot I want just a little extra boost of light on the subject, but don't really like using a flash because it's harder to control the light and it tends to be harsher. This is exactly what I wanted. I love that it charges so that it's portable, and the fact that I can mount it right on the camera is awesome! The way it connects to the hot shoe is really great-- rather than having to manually screw it on by twisting the whole unit (which I always find to be a pain) it has a dial so you can tighten it in that way. The brightness and temperature of the light are adjustable, and the LED screen shows you these levels, as well as the battery life. The light is bright, but not so bright that it will blind your subjects. It's also nice that the light can be angled. I'm very excited about this! I can't wait to use it on my next shoot.

Finally a great light that works like a studio light!

Great light really does work well! I've tried a few different lights and they are not bright enough or make you look dull or yellowish. This light is awesome!

Fast setup, nicely diffused lighting and easy adjusting of light temperature...

I found this product helpful, it is light, easy to set up, I can choose my light warmth and the intensity of the light, as to adjust for any situation. I like that the lighting is well diffused, so there are no sharp reflections on the pic. It is also big enough to cover the whole shot and not just a small part of it, so that the subject is evenly lit. Here are some examples of fill-in light, at just a minimal percentage ot light power used: as you can see there is no reflection on the glass surface and there is a nice warmth added to the flowers. It is also inexpensive, which is another plus!!!
