The machine does not work.

I received this product. It was the box was open. It was not in this original packing parts were missing. The unit is damaged dented on the left side front Crossfader and the pitch control knobs are missing. The ground connection is bent. I turned on the unit the right platter does not turn and the left platter turns but pauses. This unit is completely damaged. I spent a lot of money for this. Nothing was in this original packing. Nothing was in his original packing pieces missing. I’m pissed. I thought I was just getting used with all the parts not used and damaged and not working. What kind of what kind of of sale is this? What what kind of business are you guys doing?

this thing is GREAT has everything i need and the size is a plus not too big not too small a bit heavy BUT this thing does it all. The sound quality it puts out omg another plus. This is GREAT for the money not too expensive for what this thing can do. Not too hard for beginners its quite easy to use. The Durability featuring all-metal chassis, cool knobs, and high-quality MAG FOUR faders designed for heavy, professional use. I'm definitely using this all the time.

Better than I thought!

Stem support is better than you think! Built in FX makes me want to take out my old numark TTX and records out again. I would complain about the new button placement and how it made my JDDRT1 tone arms incompatible, but the pros outweigh the cons and hopefully Jesse Dean Designs will understand and pivot. I cannot express how much my i can up my game due to the improvements to what I had already considered the best 2 channel controller on the market with the MKI. The MKII is truely a game changer!
