Did not come with the hyperspeed dongle inside of the mouse

Excelente, funciona bastante bien

The scroll wheel squeaks very loudly when I use it. I may have gotten a defective unit, but I am still disappointed that this made it through their quality control.
-EDIT-
I contacted support, and they confirmed that this was a defect. The second one I got doesn't do this. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was an outlier. The mouse feels comfortable. I like it otherwise.

Puntos a favor:

Fast response and moves smoothly when gaming or everyday use on the computer! Would recommend!

My son is into gaming and he wanted this mouse for Christmas. He loves it! We just used rechargeable batteries!

Good but it was supposed to be new if i wanted a used one I would have chose the one that say used but good

Battery life is great! No bluetooth. I feel like it needs a little more weight. Speed is good, but mine started to slow little. I don’t have a mouse pad so keep that in mind. I’d recommend!

I've been a fan of Razer gaming mouse since I was gaming as a teenager, mainly because it is very affordable back then when I was still on allowance, but kept buying them because it was so reliable. I don't game as often anymore but I am glad to get the new Viper V3 Hyperspeed to test and play around with.
First impression is that the form factor of this gaming mouse haven't changed that much over the years, my first one was over 15 years ago now and it still looked and feel very similar, the quality has not gone down at all over the years. And yes, I've only had to replace my Viper once over the past 15 years.
This new one is wireless, just in time for my plan to de clutter my desk space. Even though it is wireless, I did not notice any loss of tracking speed or interference during my game play. The device was recognized instantly on my Windows machine once the dongle was plugged in, there was no software required, might be due to I already use the Deathadder. The DPI was adjustable using the synapse button behind the scroll wheel, and you get to adjust it between 400, 800, 1600, 3200 and 6400 DPI. The big change is that there is no LED backlight on the mouse, most likely to conserve battery, I feel it is an acceptable trade off.
Really like this new mouse, if you're a fan of the Viper gaming equipment, you cannot go wrong with this one.

Once I figured out what was causing my sensor issues, this quickly became my new favorite and go-to mouse. It was totally MY fault as I was using it on a large mouse mat with drastic changes in colors due to the graphics rather than a flat color, I experienced performance issues as it would occasionally not register that I was moving the mouse and the cursor would stall on the screen. Once I changed mouse mats, it was fine and I had NO problems from that point forward.
It uses the Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor which is the newest standard for their sensors. 30K DIP for sensitivity, so though I can't ever see myself actually wanting sensitivity that high, it's available should I need it. Good speed and acceleration. The battery life is MASSIVELY improved with up to 280 hours of use at 1000 Hz, up from 80 hours with the Viper V2 Pro mouse from them. The mechanical switches are their Gen-2 ones, which honestly, I prefer a lot more than their optical ones. 6 programmable buttons and uses the same Synapse software to handle tweaking. 1 on board memory profile. PTFE feet, which I can take or leave. I can handle these or glass given time to adjust. It weighs 82 g with the batteries installed, which is slightly heavier than a previous mouse I was using, but it's still very lightweight and doesn't feel like moving a brick. And the form factor is very ergonomic and very comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable I've used. And no silly honeycomb/hex cutouts in the shell that are just a pain to keep clean. The wireless connection is good and I've had no issues with connectivity and zero lag or latency. Very much recommended!

First off I want to say that the scroll wheel is a huge improvement over my old death adder. This was a very sore point for me on the old mouse. The switches all feel great and the 2 side buttons are perfectly placed. The sensor feels accurate and battery life has been as advertised so far on the included battery. This mouse takes aa,s so using a lithium cell would reduce weight but would get expensive. The mouse is near perfectly balanced from the mid point however this may not feel right depending on your grip style. (Pictures above to show what I am talking about) This off course in all subjective. The mouse feels too skinny for palm grip and too wide for claw grip so take that for what you will. Its more of a hybrid grip at least for my hand style. Though the buttons make up for it by being perfectly placed. My biggest gripe is that in the software I have always repurposed the DPI button to be an actual bind in game to give me an extra button on the mouse. For some reason on this software I am not able to re-bind it to anything non related to the dpi settings which is very annoying. There is no rgb nonsense which I prefer as it keeps the weight down. The best feature of this mouse is the switches. I cannot stress this enough. They are just so perfectly placed and no matter where you apply pressure they work. All in all this is an easy recommend if you like this size and shape of mouse.

I really like this Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. I have bigger hands, so I like bigger mice. This mouse is a tad bit small for me, but it is a nice size. It is a little smaller than my Razer Basilisk and it doesn't have a thumb rest like the Basilisk.
This is a no frills, 6 button mouse that can be used right or left handed. It's just a nice mouse, which is all I need - no extra buttons or RGB lighting. It is fairly lightweight at a little over 80g. I'm used to using the heavier Basilisk, which is significantly heavier at around 107g.
I very much like that the Viper V3 HyperSpeed is easy to move. I don't use a mouse/gaming pad. I use my bare desk. This mouse moves very easily. The pads on bottom glide effortlessly across my desk. Moving the Viper V3 has a nice, smooth feel. This mouse is very comfortable to use.
The mouse works well with Windows 11 and the Razor Synapse app that I have been using for my Basilisk. The Synapse app can be obtained from the Razer web site. Mouse settings can be adjusted from the Synapse software. Also, the mouse movement DPI settings can be adjusted from the small button above the scroll wheel on the mouse. The LED on front of the mouse changes color depending on the DPI setting chosen.
This Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed is a well made mouse. The buttons have mechanical switches with a nice click to them and the scroll wheel works great. Overall this is a very nice mouse.

To begin- I should state that I've been in the mouse community for a few years now and I've purchased mice from many different brands, big or relatively little. I've used Razer, Logitech, SteelSeries, Zowie, Corsair, Glorious, Pulsar, etc.
I always seem to find myself coming back to either Razer or Logitech for specific needs that other brands don't necessarily offer.
I have a lengthy history with Razer products, and that includes their Viper line of mice. I've owned the original, the mini, the ultimate edition, the 8khz wired release, as well as the Viper V2 Pro. There was one thing that kept my away from these mice for so long- shape.
The original Viper mice, while excellent, weren't good for me comfort wise. The hump wasn't pronounced enough, and the curvature on the sides would cramp my hand every single time. I know, I know- why keep buying a mouse with a shape that makes you uncomfortable? Best answer: I like symmetrical mice, and other than shape, the Viper was/is amazing.
Enter the V3 Hyperspeed!
I was leaning towards 4.5 stars, but since I can't post a half star I'm comfortable rounding up. The V3 boasts a few changes that, in my personal opinion, are upgrades.
The sides of the mouse are less aggressive with their curvature and I found them to be much more comfortable for my hands which are roughly 20x11. They've also done away with any worry of your ring finger clipping the side of your secondary click. They gave this mouse the same treatment the Deathadder V3 pro received.
Weight isn't bad at all. It's around 82-83 grams with the included alkaline aa battery. I was able to get it down to a comfortable 70ish by using a lithium aaa and a separate aaa to aa conversion kit. This can be reduced even further by placing a small piece of aluminum foil between the battery(+) and the mouse's contact point.
And another point to add- batteries. This mouse is NOT rechargeable, and it does NOT come with any included cables. For some this may be a deal breaker, but for me it's perfect. I don't mind rechargeable mice, but with 4K polling becoming the new " standard " I imagine constant charging could be a nuisance.
However, there's a kit on here from PowerOwl that contains 8 aaa batteries and a charging system. I paid around $30 for the rechargeable lithiums and the aaa to aa converters in total. The converters came in a 10 pack so that was nice.
This mouse is paired with my Hyperpolling dongle which can be purchased separately, or bundled together with this mouse when purchased from Razer.
This. Thing. Is. Insane.
When it comes to tracking accuracy I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The Focus Pro 30K in this mouse is the same sensor found in their flagships. Kudos to Razer for implementing that into their Hyperspeed line, which is widely recognized as their budget tier lineup.
A few grievances of mine are that M2 ( right mouse click ) is considerably light. It might just be a case of heavy finger, but I found myself accidentally actuating the click at times.
The side buttons are different in the fact that they are separated and have a bit of space between them. This is a good change, but I utilize M5 ( front side button ) as a Hypershift key, and it makes it a bit more difficult to hit M4 due to that split in distance. If you don't use Hypershift, then this should be of no concern.
My copy has no creaking on the shell, no severe rattle, and the clicks are very crisp. I attribute that to the Gen 2 mechanical switches Razer are using in this mouse.
For $70 you can't beat this, in my opinion! You're getting an insane amount of performance for a reasonable price. Pair this with a 4K polling dongle, grab some lithium rechargeable batteries, a few converters and you'll be fragging without the worry of cable drag in no time!
Final score: 4.5/5
Amazing job, Razer!

Very lightweight mouse that has some great features. To switch the speed of the mouse, there is a very convenient button just above the wheel. Haven't used it for gaming, but you can set it ridiculously fast. It has a nice feel and glides smoothly. It also tracks so well on glass that I can't easily discern the difference from the glass or a mousepad. There are other features I haven't explored but should be especially helpful for the avid gamer. What I didn't like was how hard the wheel turns compared to other mice I've used which do a stutter roll but at a much smoother clip.

This new mouse by Razer is awesome. Extremely lightweight and fits my hand perfectly. I’m glad Razer went with user replaceable battery slot. When the mouse dies, I can just swap out with the rechargeable batteries that I own. I am coming from the Razer Deathadder so I am used to the design profile.

This mouse is extremely light!!! I have the Logitech G503 wireless mouse and I took off all the weights and the RAZER still weighs so much less than the Logitech!!! The buttons are super responsive and the 2.4ghz dongle hides right behind the battery!!
This mouse is comfortable, sleek, and soft to the touch! It’s so good, it’s my main mouse now! No RGB lights for the RGB fans but that sacrificial lamb equals less weight!

It's hard to review mouse as everyone's hand is quite different and the way you hold the mouse is probably different from me. My main mouse for the past bit has been a razer mamba elite, which I like due to its larger size for my hand and this mouse is also for medium/large hand sizes.
Feels comfortable in the hand, either one, the finish does feel nice, smooth yet not slippery and doesn't get over using it. Left and right clicking is fine, it does use Gen2 switches rated at 60m clicks and not their new Gen3 rated at 90m. Side buttons are great, I enjoy the spacing between them. Scroll wheel feels smooth and easily enough to step increments, good amount of resistance.
Glide is impressive, I use a hard mat and it's enjoyable to move around, I can set my older razer to 6000dpi and to feel that same I set this one at 3000dpi. The sensor on this works very well for being wireless, with latency and lag, or skipping not noticeable, this is a pro mouse and the responsiveness shows that. The wired version of this mouse does use a different sensor.
This is no rgb or lights besides a small one between the top buttons that lights up a different color depending on the sensitivity level and turns off after a few seconds after switching, all can be customized with the software. I'd say this is for any gamer who wants a hassle-free responsive wireless mouse.

I typically prefer wired mice for gaming instead of wireless. Years past Bluetooth connected mice were laggy and usually heavy because of components and batteries. Well this Razer Viper v3 mouse might have finally convinced me to ditch the cables. This mouse feels very light to me and it glides so easy across surfaces. Plus the response times are so millisecond close to a wired setup, I'm not sure it would matter in games for me since I'm not competing professionally in E-Sports.
In the box (which had hologramed lettering, nice): Is just the mouse, a double A battery, a manual, and stickers (bonus). The 2.4Ghz dongle is located inside of the battery bay. There is only a single LED in front of the scroll wheel that indicates status while connecting or waking up and then it turns off. From what I understand, it will start flashing when the battery level gets low. The mouse has a nice soft statin finish to it which just feels so good. And the buttons have a good clicky and tactile response to them.
Once I had the dongle in a USB port and the mouse turned on, the laptop didn't take long to recognize the mouse and bring up the installation for Razer's Synapse software. It is so nice to not have to go and search for supporting software for a peripheral. In the software are all the sliders and fields to adjust the mouse's polling rate and DPI selections, etc. I am just fine with it setting at a polling rate of 1000Hz and a DPI of 1600. For me anything over 2,000DPI , I'm slinging my cursor across the screen. And this mouse can go up to 30,000DPI, that is so crazy to me.
The size of this mouse feels really good to me because I have really big hands and the skates are so slick that it feels like nothing when moving it. The mouse itself weighs around 59 grams but the battery adds another 23 grams so the total weight is 82 grams. For me this just doesn't feel heavy at all but if you want to shave more weight off of it, you can use a Lithium battery and drop about 8 grams off of it ( 74 grams). It will last way longer with a lithium battery as well. Or... if the weight doesn't matter put a rechargeable into it and save the money on batteries (91 grams). The settings page has a spot for you to chose your battery type.
I seriously couldn't tell a difference between using my wired mouse for gaming and this mouse in a competitive online games. Between the high polling rate and the 2.4Ghz just having such a nearly non-existent lag time, I'm serious when I say Razer may have changed my mind on wireless peripherals. This is an exceptionally nice and responsive mouse, 5 stars.

First of all keep in mind this mouse just came out so I haven't had enough time to see if I run into any issues.
With that said here's the review - The V3 Hyperspeed is a new shape compared to the old Vipers. It's now flatter on the sides and has a higher hump. These changes are exactly what I wanted to see and for me the shape is absolutely perfect for claw grip! It packs the same Focus Pro 30K sensor and tracks absolutely flawlessly. The switches are gen 2 mechanical switches and honestly Ive always preferred the feel of these over their optical switches. Scroll wheel and side buttons are some of the best as well as the tactility and feel is on point. Rest of the mouse feels great as well with no QC issues on my unit. This mouse uses either AA or AAA batteries (with adapter) so you can get the weight from anywhere between 68-82g the battery life depends on what polling rate you use. With the 4K dongle (sold separately) expect the battery life to be much less. Overall for $70 this mouse is a awesome value and so far from my testing I can definitely recommend it!
