Great PC controller
Great controller that I use for COD that replaced a Microsoft Elite. I like the controls and adjustment options. The controller is quite a bit lighter than the elite and lasts for days.

I wish i could send it back but my month return period is over
Very overpriced … battery life is pretty much half what is stated… the paint is very easy to rub off. In less than a month of having there are marks that cannot be cleaned on it around the buttons and on the center of the controller...Just very ew looking on a all black controller .. Random disconnects on my pc while playing the game . At times it doesn’t even register that it is connected mid game.
I wish i could send it back and get my money back its not worth the buy for a 2025 “Pro” controller

Excellent controller, highly recommend.
Ive been using this controller so far for a week now, I must say i'm extremely happy with it. Im coming from a dualsense edge controller. While its awesome for PS5 which I enjoy using for its haptics and features made exclusively for ps5, I disliked having to use it wired on my PC and at times my hands would cramp due to its size and weight. I wanted something specifically made for competitive pc gaming and this thing is fast, extremely fast. Everything about this controller is extremely responsive, the buttons are very satisfying to use. The grip is real grippy which helps with my occasional sweaty hands. I did own the original wolverine v3 which (xbox model) which I ended up selling because I found the sticks had really high tension and I felt I wasn't accurate at all with it, which left me disappointed. That model had hall effect sticks , these have TMR sticks. The joysticks on these have the perfect tension and I have been extremely accurate
while playing games like BF6. This controller feels miles better than the original V3. Ontop of that its very light and is a perfect size for my hands which i've always felt the dualsense to be a little bulky. This controller feels extremely premium and I absolutely don't regret paying a little more for extra grip and wireless. I use this controller for hours and the battery is still at about 90% running at 8k polling. If wireless and extra grip doesn't matter to you, then try the tournament edition. Either way , you cant go wrong with this controller. I recommend calibrating the sticks before you start using it. This might be the fastest and smoothest controller ive ever used. Feel the difference for yourself.

An amazing controller!
I am a huge fan of Razer equipment and the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC Wireless Gaming Controller is yet another reason I am! I play a couple of different games and the controller works great with all of them. It comes with great features such as an 8000Hz polling rate (you can change the rate to a lower rate which will increase battery life and you do it through the Razer Synapse software). It has anti-drift magnetic TMR thumbsticks, 4 back buttons that are programmable and are the same buttons as found in Razer's top gaming mice and has 2 claw grip bumper buttons that are programmable as well. The trigger buttons can be changed between a fast mouse click or a full analogue control just by flipping a switch on the back.
The controller is light so it doesn't weigh your hands down over long gaming sessions. It is supposed to be Razers lightest controller and I believe it. The controller comes with top level features and customization. You can program any key from the keyboard to any of the 6 programmable buttons and it is all controlled through the Razer Synapse software. I have a few different controllers, an X-Box controller, an 8bitdo Controller and a couple of other Razer and this one is my go to controller now. It is comfortable, fast and does everything I need it to do. I can highly recommend the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC Wireless Gaming Controller!

Has good quality and stable connections
It has good quality, is easy to use and install, and comes with adjustable programming software to set everything you need. It has an ergonomic, lightweight design, and the wire connection is fast and reliable. The shape is nice, it feels durable, and the functionality is great. Overall, it works very well for the price, and I really like it.
Not noisy and has good stick drift too

SOLID PRODUCT
I finally upgraded to this controller from the original Wolverine V3 Pro, and the improvements are genuinely noticeable. I mostly play competitive shooters on PC, and the jump to the 8,000 Hz polling rate is just ridiculous in the best way possible. The input feels instant, wired or wireless, and it really tightens up my aim.
They really nailed the build quality this time, too. It’s noticeably lighter, which is great for marathon sessions because my hands don't get tired. The battery life is also surprisingly good for a high-performance wireless controller; I can easily get through a 5 to 8-hour session of games like Call of Duty before needing to plug it in. The TMR sticks feel silky smooth with zero drift, and I love that they finally fixed the loose connection issue on the USB-C port from the previous model. The six remappable buttons on the back are clutch for keeping my thumbs on the sticks. It's expensive, but if you're serious about competitive PC gaming, this is pretty much top-tier.

The difference brings actual smiles
With my Elite 2’s I always had a lot of issues w lag input & cutout (using enhanced dongle too), and ofc stick drift. I had to try something different and the Wolverine 8k has been near magical. It’s like going from a wired SNES controller to Xbox 360 lol! Having zero drift, the quick mouse click buttons & paddles has actually been the cliche term “game changer”. It’s pricey but the flip of that is I’ll never need to shop around or try other controller’s again

Pro-Level Features; My New Favorite PC Controller
After spending a few weeks gaming with this controller, I can confidently say it’s become my go-to for PC play. The first thing I noticed was how light it feels in the hands. There’s no rumble motor, and after a while of playing, I did not miss it. The textured grips keep it secure during long sessions, and it has an excellent build quality with every button delivering a crisp, satisfying click.
The 8K Hz HyperPolling is no gimmick. Whether I’m playing competitive games like COD & BF or fast-paced platformers, the response time is instantaneous in both wired and wireless modes. Every millisecond counts, and this controller makes sure none are wasted.
The TMR thumbsticks are smooth, anti-drift, and the swappable caps let me tailor the feel for different games, like precision aiming in an FPS, relaxed movement in an RPG, and so on. The mouse-click back buttons and two claw-grip bumpers add even more control without feeling crowded, and the Triggers let me switch from ultra-fast mouse-like clicks to full analog travel with a simple flick.
Razer clearly put thought into customization. Through Synapse, I can adjust thumbstick sensitivity, remap any button, and save multiple profiles. It’s perfect for switching between genres or even between players. The mecha-tactile PBT action buttons and 8-way floating D-pad feel sturdy and responsive.
Included is a high-quality carrying case, a 2 m braided USB-C cable, and extra thumbstick caps all included. Battery life has been great; even with the high polling rate, I easily get multiple extended sessions before needing a charge.
The only thing I genuinely miss is rumble feedback, but the comfort, speed, and precision more than make up for it. My older controller still works fine and has rumble, yet it now feels clunky and slow in comparison. If you’re serious about PC gaming and want a controller that feels like a competitive upgrade, this one delivers on every promise and has quickly earned a permanent spot in my setup.

Wireless “Pro” level controller
The Razer Wolverine V3 Pro controller was priced at $200 when ordered. This is a premium controller with a premium price. To be fair, my only real complaint is the price, so maybe it's worth the money. The quality is top notch and the attention to details have been paid. The layout was well thought out and the performance is just excellent.
The plastic used has a higher quality feel and the rubberized grip areas provide excellent grip without being uncomfortable. As someone sensitive to texture, I found it wasn't as comfortable as a smooth rubberized grip, but it's better than most controllers.
The shape of the controller is different than a ps5, xbox or switch pro controller. For a medium size hand the ps5 and xbox controllers position your palm on the top of the grips, where the switch puts your palms on the outside of the grip. The Wolverine puts the bottom of the grips in your palm. This causes a slightly different wrist angle. The result is your pointing fingers rest on the triggers, while your middle and ring fingers rest on the rear pro buttons. I found it to be a comfortable and efficient gaming position.
Button feel is among the best I've ever tried. The mecha membrane switches being used on many of the buttons have a pleasing tactile feel with nice rebound and solid precision. The D pad is also among the best I've sampled. It uses a single stem disk configuration which they nailed. It is just so good to use.
The hall effect triggers can be toggled from short to long throw and feel great in both configurations. They are just so responsive with no slop. They feel better than other controllers triggers even in 1k polling mode. The joy sticks are also hall effects with nice resistance. Using the Razor Synapse software, they can be fully configured for response curve sensitivity. They are really good.
The 4 back “pro” buttons and 2 top bumper knubs can also be reprogrammed in the Synapse software, along with all the other buttons for that matter. You can not program macros or multiple inputs (A+B). You can assign a sensitivity clutch for the sticks, assign the right or left stick clicks to a “pro” button, or even assign keyboard inputs.
Connectivity with the dongle is as fast (sometimes even faster) than when hard wired. With the 8k hyper polling enabled, this very well maybe the lowest latency controller around. The performance is flawless.
Battery life has been good, it lasts about a week between charges even with heavy use. The included heavy duty braided cable is 2 meters long and can be used to charge while playing. For faster charger while not in use, the cable works well with any 2amp 5V brick.
Also included along with the premium cable were a quality carrying case and 2 stick alternatives, though they only gave one tall and one mushroom shaped cap. Luckily we had a additional set of both the tall and mushroom shaped and were able to sample them in pairs. I like the mushroom caps, but the original felt best.
This is the new favorite controller of our household… and it had to beat out some strong competition for this title. The Easy x10 has almost as good button feel for ⅓ the price. The Guli KingKong is significantly more comfortable with better luxury feel at ⅓ the price. But the Wolverines non existent latency, responsiveness, top notch button feel, high quality, good comfort and customization ability make it the winner as a overall package when price is no object.
It is worth noting the Synapse software uses a non-trivial amount of system resources and is required to use many features including the hyper polling rates available on the controller. Also worth noting, the Wolverine V3 Tournament is almost the same exact controller, just with different grip material and no wireless capability for only $120.

Cozy gamer approved...
Here comes the gamer girl with a review... This controller is solid. I'm a cozy gamer through and through, but a marathon cozy gamer: This control lasted through two back-to-back days of playing, no recharge needed. I found the response time to be flawless, and the ergonomics of the device are excellent. A note to consider: I was provided this controller to review in addition to the non-carrying case model (Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition 8K PC Wired), and you can save $80 if you don't want the carrying case featured with this device, as they are essentially identical. 5/5 stars, don't pass up the option to pick up this controller!

The review you need
Let me start by saying this: I’ve owned every single Razer Wolverine controller that’s been released, and the Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC is hands-down the biggest leap yet.
Note: This controller is PC-only. Sorry Xbox folks—this one isn’t for you.
I upgraded directly from the V3 Pro, and… wow. The improvements are instantly noticeable.
Synapse Integration & Customization:
Razer Synapse runs flawlessly with this controller and offers way more customization and functionality than the V3 Pro.
One underrated feature? Being able to remap the share button. I have mine set as a hotkey for game clipping through Medal, which is clutch because I no longer need to deal with the clunky Xbox Game Bar as the default clipping software.
8,000Hz Polling Rate (Wired & Wireless):
If you thought the 1,000Hz polling rate on the V3 Pro was good, the 8,000Hz polling rate on this thing is absolute insanity.
It’s ridiculously responsive whether wired or wireless, and you feel the difference in competitive FPS games like Call of Duty or Battlefield etc.
Battery Life:
Battery life is what you’d expect at this level of performance. Running at 8K polling drains it faster, but I still get around 5–8 hours of heavy playtime in COD, Rivals, and other high-input games before needing to recharge.
Build & Hardware Improvements:
No Rumble Packs → This controller ditches vibration motors, which makes it significantly lighter than the V3 Pro.
TMR Joysticks → Upgraded from Hall Effect to TMR sticks. These feel buttery smooth and insanely precise, especially in shooters.
Improved USB-C Port → The charging port now has a defined slot, fixing the loose-connection issues that plagued the V3 Pro.
My Final Thoughts:
This controller isn’t for casual players. If you’re a competitive gamer or someone who sweats in fast-paced titles, this is where you’ll see the benefits. It won’t magically make you better, but it will elevate your fundamentals with next-level responsiveness.
Not because the controller feels cheap (it doesn’t), but because if you play as hard as I do, you’ll want the peace of mind.
Bottom line:
The Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC is a beast. Light, ultra-responsive, customizable, and purpose-built for competitive PC gaming.

Great feel and features
Overall this controller is a great controller for those who want a light, customizable controller with a ton of buttons and low latency in an Xbox controller layout.
Things I like:
> Comes with a controller case. I think at this price point it should come with one. I never bought a controller nice enough that it came with one
> Comes with a single, long thumb stick for those wanting more precision
> Case has a spot for the extra thumb stick and the USB dongle
> Lightweight - at the expense of rumble functionality, this controller feels really comfortable to hold and I think the light weight aspect of it plays a big part.
> Buttons are clicky which is satisfying
> TMR (tunneling magnetoresistance) joysticks - I cant say that I'd notice the difference between plain old joysticks but based on the internet, these level of sensitivity these joysticks can detect is apparently orders of magnitude higher than hall effects. You still get the benefits of hall effect sensors in that the dead zone can be changed so you dont have to worry about stick drift. I wouldnt really know how to test this. I think the main thing is that this technology has a much higher ceiling in terms of joystick sensitivity. This is probably the technology of this controller than makes it stand out from most others.
> A ton of buttons. Extra shoulder buttons from what I'm used to. Four paddles in the back which is more than enough for me. These really allow you to customize your experience
> Hair trigger toggle - a lot of controllers have these nowadays and is basically a must for a controller in this tier.
> 8K polling rate - I'd be lying if I said I could tell the difference but I'm not a pro gamer. Since this controller is marketed to competitive gamer types, this is an important feature. I dont really have a way of testing it but it looks like others were able to validate the latency and it seems pretty good!
Things I dont like:
> The buttons are clicky but depending on which buttons, they feel different and have different levels of clickiness. Pretty sure this is intentional but it made me aware of the design decisions made in terms of varying quality of switches used around the controller. That's kind of an assumption since the switches might have the same quality but different feel too. That being said, I havent had a good experience with longevity when it comes to Razer mice, particularly with the click buttons so I guess we'll see how these age. Check out the video to hear the difference in button clickiness.
> No rumble - obviously this is an intentional design decision since this is marketed to competitive gamers so it being lightweight is more important, but after using the PS5 controller, I really enjoy well executed rumbles in gaming. I definitely miss it when playing games with this.
> The dongle is USB-A. I wish it was USB-C or came with a USB-A to C adapter. I wanted to use this on my legion go. I dont have a dock so my 'docked' setup is a little janky. The legion go has two usb C ports so without an extra dongle, I wouldnt be able to use this controller. Thankfully I found a spare USB-A to C adapter but it would have been nice if it came with one.
> No alternative connection method besides hyperspeed wireless and wired. I wish there was a bluetooth option just to have the flexibility. But again I understand that the bluetooth option wouldnt really be consistent with the otherwise high performance nature of this controller.

Well designed with great features this is my favorite PC gaming wireless controller!
So, I absolutely love this Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K Wireless Gaming Controller! I requested this through Vine for my gaming PC, and it has quickly become my new favorite controller. I love how the 8K polling rate makes gameplay feel incredibly smooth and responsive. I love how I can definitely notice the difference in precision compared to my older controllers (non-Razer ones) I love how the TMR thumb sticks with swappable caps are a nice touch since I can customize the feel depending on what type of game I’m playing. I love how the remappable buttons and fast triggers give me a real edge in competitive matches. I love how the layout just feels natural in my hands which are pretty large. The carrying case is a great bonus and helps me keep everything protected and organized when I’m not using it. I love how the battery life is pretty impressive. I’ve been able to game for long sessions without worrying about constantly recharging. And I love how well its designed with a solid, sleek look with gamers in mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this controller. It’s powerful, customizable, and really has improved my gaming experience on my PC. 5 out of 5 stars.

Well built, lightweight, and decently accessorized
This controller is very high quality. I do think the price is a touch high, given that it being a lightweight e-sports controller means taking away the haptic rumble packs without any price difference compared to the other version of the Wolverine 3 Pro (really wanted to try Sensa but oh well). Aside from that though, it performs well. Latency is extremely low in both wired and wireless mode, and all components are high quality. Buttons are very clicky without rattle or wobble, triggers are smooth and responsive, and joysticks are snappy. All plastics feel high quality, amd while a bit more compact and "nuggety" than some alternatives I have, it is very comfortable to game on. I appreciate the inclusion of some joystick cap options, though matching pairs of them would be preferable. The included travel case is a godsend if you're going to use this controller as intended though. The braided charging cable is very high quality, and just like all other Razer peripherals I've gotten my hands on so far, integration with their software suite is easy as can be.
Again, a touch expensive next to non-lightweight flagships, both their own and competitors, but it's a slick controller that I can't knock otherwise. 5 stars.

Great Update To An Already Fantastic Wireless Controller - But It Is Pricey!
Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC Wireless Gaming Controller: 8000 Hz Polling Rate - TMR Thumbsticks with Swappable Caps - Up to 36 Hr Battery - 6 Remappable Buttons - Fast Triggers - Carrying Case - Black
$199.99 ... this controller costs almost $200 and will probably be more expensive upcoming. That is a hard pill to swallow for most people in this day and age. So that means this controller better be able to do things that other controllers cannot.
What does this controller have that most others don't? The super high polling rate and the wireless speeds. But let's be honest - unless you are a professional gamer - you are not going to notice this change in polling rate. On top of that most people will just plug the adapter into the back of their computer and not have it sitting out on their desk which means they lose most of their benefits anyway. But I digress.
So as far as the rest of this controller, it is good maybe even great. Everything about it does state Razer quality but I'm already worried about long term viability as I know several people who had their expensive controllers break already and are going through the RMA process which is a nightmare with Razer.
That being said the face buttons, switches, triggers, etc. are all solidly made. The addition of TMR joysticks is fantastic and should be standard on all controllers going forward. The fit and finish of the controller is good but like my Tournament edition, there are some panel gaps on this as well but back towards the rear of the controller here.
I have a long term video review coming on this and comparing this to offerings from GameSir, Beitong and EasySMX. That being said if you want the best of the best Razer controller that is out there - this is it. I just can't believe that for $200 you cannot even use this WIRED on the XBOX and that is ridiculous. You have to buy a totally separate controller for that (unlike the G7 Pro from GameSir that does work on both). So right now I say it's a 5 star but that review may change long term.

S Tier Controller. No regrets!
Wow. I was so pleasantly surprised by this controller. I've been using the Razer Raiju (PS4) on PC for YEARS and hoarding them because I believe it's the best controller ever made, but this one might be the new king. All the right buttons in all the right places, no noticeable input lag wired or wireless, and its super light.
I've tried almost every "pro" controller out there, even the new Gamesir G7 Pro and this one is just better.
If I had one suggestion it would be to make one like this that is dock-able, so that I could just set it down to charge when I'm done. Other than that, perfection.

Head to Head Xbox Elite 2 vs Razer Wolverine V3 Wireless, Who comes out the Winner?
Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K vs Elite Series 2: speed or substance
Build and materials. Winner: Elite Series 2. The Elite’s extra weight brings a dense, premium feel with metal stick shafts and magnetic swap parts. The Razer is extremely light, which helps in play but reads a bit cheaper in hand.
Weight and balance. Winner: Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K. The featherweight chassis is noticeable the moment you pick it up and helps reduce hand fatigue during long sessions.
Haptics. Winner: Elite Series 2. Rumble and impulse triggers add feedback the Razer omits entirely, which changes immersion in shooters and racers. However, a lot of players do turn this off. I do notice the omit during the buildings falling apart and collapsing around you in the Battlefield Demo.
Sticks: swap mechanism and caps. Winner: Elite Series 2. The Elite’s magnetic, metal-stem system clicks into place confidently. On the Razer, pulling caps off takes more effort, alignment is fussier, and the click-in feels less solid.
Sticks: sensor tech and reliability. Winner: Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K. TMR magnetic sticks should resist drift better over time. I have had multiple Elite 2 units develop drift and one with a power quirk, so I’m expecting better longevity from the Razer.
Buttons and feel. Winner: Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K. The mecha-tactile face buttons deliver a crisp, keyboard-like click that feels faster and more precise than the Elite’s softer press.
Triggers. Winner: Tie. Fast “mouse-click” trigger locks make tap-to-fire and quick peeks feel instant. The Elite’s three-stage hair triggers are placed so wonderfully as well and are swappable and metal and float on levers with a nice click and feel.
Back controls. Winner: Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K. Placement and feel are excellent on both, but Razer adds two extra bumper-style remap buttons for more total inputs.
D-pad. Tie. The Elite offers swappable plates with a satisfying press. The Razer’s tactile click is equally precise.
Grip and sweat management. Winner: Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K. The dryer, finer stippling held up better for me in Battlefield, keeping my hands planted when things got sweaty. The Elite’s rubber is smoother.
Latency and responsiveness. Winner: Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K. With 8K polling available on PC and very quick inputs throughout, the Razer feels a touch more immediate.
Ergonomics and fit. Tie. The Elite fills bigger hands a bit better while the Razer naturally suits smaller hands, but both shapes work across sizes.
Battery life. Tie. In real play the two felt comparable, even with the Razer’s polling rate turned up.
Case and accessories. Winner: Elite Series 2. The Elite’s case and dock setup are a step above. The Razer’s case is fine but not at the same level.
Software. Tie. Both apps are effective for profiles and remaps. Note that paddles must be enabled in Razer’s software before they register in games.
Compatibility. Winner: Elite Series 2. You get Xbox console support and Bluetooth alongside PC. The Razer wireless model is focused on PC with a 2.4 GHz dongle or USB-C.
Bottom line. For pure PC performance, the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K is the snappier competitive pick and its grip is outstanding. For premium build, rumble, and cross-platform flexibility, the Elite Series 2 still shines. My overall rating for the Razer wireless model is 4.5 stars. I will be using the Razer controller moving forward over the Elite 2, but I could easily go back without issue. The overall reason is the Razer promises better reliability and honestly, anything would be an improvement. The biggest downfall for me is the lack of haptics and I probably wouldn't have noticed much but it's obvious in battlefield that it is missing.

I came from the PXN P5 8K, and let me tell you this one is better, all buttons being mouse-clicks makes it better and the feeling that it is better quality makes it better as well.
