Programming cable sold separately, factory frequencies appear to be FRS.

A great little (really little) radio for the price. Speaker is very loud / the FM radio seems to work fine. The radio had a lanyard attachment point and is designed to be worn around the neck. I think it would work better in this regard if the lanyard attachment was on the bottom and the cable jacks were on the top, so it hangs upside down... when you pick it up while it's around your neck it's already in the correct orientation. Because of the small size of the radio the front-face PTT was a good design choice; You handle it more like a small TV remote than a typical two-way radio.

The single headset jack is 2.5mm not 3.5mm. I can't tell if it's TRS or TRRS. Battery is not swappable (it's soldered) but on a radio this small I don't think that's a problem.

Per Retevis email support the included USB-C cable is only for charging and will not work for programming; you must purchase a USB-C programming cable separately. (The programming cable looks like a typical Baofeng programming cable except with a USB-C connector at the radio end.) You can download programming software and programming cable driver for this radio from the Retevis website... both seem to work fine.
