I don’t know, but I feel like my TV gave more of a crisp sound. I feel like this system doesn’t sound like a surround sound system.? I did set all the speakers in front of the TV to see how it sounds? Not too happy with it. It looks good though. 🤷♂️

Great home theater system at a great price
This is a nice system with a great sound. I purchased it to tie in with my smart TV to enhance the sound quality of TV viewing but also for listening to music. It's easy to operate and simple to set up.

Bought it in 2021 and its been on 24/7 for 2 years and it still works great like the day I bought it. The phone audio dosen't do it justice

Clear and crisp, deep bass
Really loud, deep and clear Bass. The speakers are set to around 0 or 2 stock so you might have to turn them up with the remote to 10 but everything's crisp and clear. I hope the base driver they used for the subwoofer last more than a year, it sounds amazing

When I receive the equipment It have a crack in the front beside the volume, was working good after few time the input was making noises to the point stop working I get a new cable thinking that was the problem but still same. I contacted support and they told me to sent the equipment for warranty I paid the shipment, after I get the equipment back I connected and still the same problem imputado connection didn’t work. I contacted support again and they told me to sent the equipment again and I have to paid the shipping. I consider these a bad service because the problem should be solved the first time and don’t make paid almost half of the equipment cost to have the same problem.

Easy install,very attractive appearance, love the adjustability.
Loved everything about this system,except for one thing. The rated power is very misleading. While it's sufficient for most human beings,it's certainly not 1k watts. I've adjusted every possible thing with both the system and my 4k 65 inch flat. Nowhere near 1000k watts. That being said, every other aspect of this system is a great value. Love the easy installation, the looks,the adjustability of it. Very happy overall.

What to know!
you hear everything extremely clear & has more than enouph bass. If your going to use it for movies definitely buy it. I've played music on YouTube with it, sounds great. Some of the really hard hitting bass can be a little distorted if you turn it up to loud, & i mean louder than you will even need to play it. It gets very loud. Volume level 25-33 is loud on this product. Turns up to 60. Over all its exactly what i needed. You feel like your at the theater, and can hear everything in the movie crystal clear, & the bass during intense scenes makes you jump. L.e.d. lights are a nice feature, has multiple l.e.d. modes. Works excellent for my outdoor theater.
I bought this to use for my outdoor theater system and have it installed on my (covered) porch. It connects to my projector via Bluetooth. Used it for the first time last night, and It works great, the LEDs give off just enough light to give us a little ambient lighting. It sounded as if I was in a movie theater. The surround sound even fooled us a couple of times, thinking we were hearing something from our neighbors place.

Good loud sound quality
This is the 2nd time I've purchased this model surround sound. The first lasted for over 5 years until something blew last week and everything except the subwoofer stopped working. I liked it so I purchased the same model again. This surround sound is perfect for my apartment. Super loud , nice bass, and looks beautiful at night. That being said, I have never hooked it up to my TV. I use this for music in my apartment.

I received a faulty unit. We'll see if they give me a replacement or refund. If I get a refund I will NOT be purchasing this again and will go with a higher quality (more expensive) one. If I get a replacement unit, I'll follow up in this review to say whether my impression of this product improves at all.
As of now, I DO NOT recommend purchasing. They didn't replace this because I had bought it before moving into a new house with a big living room that I planned to use for movies.
The unit was completely faulty out of the box. I am just now finally ready to trash the whole thing years later, because of how frustrating it is to just throw $150 away.

Beautiful Sound
This is my favorite toy right now! It hits so hard. I have a 2 story house and the music is heard throughout the whole house plus the sub hits hard!!!! Love everything about it except the cords.
Update: 2025 its still going! I use it more for movies it’s definitely similar to Dolby movie sound! I still love it. Great buy.

At first I was leary of buying this product because of the affordable price . I always believe you get what you pay for. HOWEVER, this is one of the best kept secrets in the audio/sound market. Well worth the investment. The sound quality is amazing. It sounds just as good as my $500 JBL Soundbar theater system. Buy it!!!

I really like it we had a little trouble hooking it up to the TV but when we watched the video for help we noticed you need to buy a optical audio cable or you won't hear anything. So I recommend buying one. But besides that it's a great buy.

So about a month ago I bought this unit the hts56 5.1 Channel home theater system and I didn't hook it up because I was remodeling and hanging up the TV on the wall. come to find out it doesn't have an optical Port they have the RCA, so it's not working with either of my brand new TVs LG the 65 or the 70-inch. Text support is asking me to buy a converter from RCA to Optical Port or send the unit back, easier said than done, when I have everything already wired through the attic and through the wall.

Very good for the price
Love the led lights. Sound is pretty good and loud. Subwoofer is good too. You cant compare this to high end home theatre but this is good for the price. Bluetooth is not that great. I have it paired with my firetv, so until i open that or unpair it, system keeps shutting off in BT input mode.

At first when I started looking for a new surround sound system I came across this and read the reviews some were negative but most were great with most of them mentioning the sound and how it has to be changed in setting on your TV (which is true) but one it’s all set up I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the sound quality. Much better than I was expecting for only paying $160. I highly recommend this product and the customer service is great. Very helpful and informative. I will definitely be coming back for other products in the future from this seller.

So far so good, sounds awesome, great for movies and gaming...4 stars instead of 5 only because you have to order a separate converter to hook it up to your tv(if your tv is new) yes you can use Bluetooth but I’d rather have it hard wired...and the back speakers should be Bluetooth but they are great...Overall very pleased

It's Bad...😡😠 Después de casi un mes el segundo equipo llegó y cuando lo Conecté las salidas FR y SR del radio no funcionaron. espero que el próximo equipo lo revisen antes de enviarlo que esté 100% En Función, para así no tener ese malestar de estar esperando un equipo bueno. Great for the price
I read a lot of reviews for this sound system and some talked about the sound quality and the base being overpowering. I have watched many movies so far and while I can feel the base it is not overpowering. It makes the movie that much more enjoyable. After a few movies I noticed a buzzing sound that concerned me, but past experience and tests told me the buzzing was coming from the dvd player not the system.
It was easy to install, it came with an auxiliary jack to plug the sound cables into the tv and that is how we set it up. I am grateful for the other review that said you need to change where the sound is coming from on your tv; I started panicking when the system wouldn't work, until I remembered that info.
The cords were long enough to put around my room and I love the lights. The only thing that my dad wished it had was a mute button on the controller.
