The speaker is great for Teams calls—louder than my laptop and clear enough for voices. Overall, this is very convenient. The mic picks up my voice clearly, but the built-in noise cancellation isn’t very strong; Teams’ noise cancellation seems to do most of the work. The camera quality is okay, but not as sharp or impressive as I expected from a “2K” webcam.
I think it’s a convenient all-in-one option for basic work calls. Fingers crossed that I get a couple years out of it - feels durability but concerned about the other reviews of it not holding up

Nice upgrade from a standard laptop camera
Picked this up to supplement the awful "up the nose" camera on my Dell XPS laptop. Really wide angle lens compared to other external webcams I have, but I don't mind it too much. Would be great for trying to cover a large room or using it in a meeting room or something. It has a built-in speaker that would be fine for a desktop, but it isn't much better quality than a regular laptop's speakers. Auto-focus works well and does a decent job at distance/tracking moving around a room.

Best Budget Webcam Under $70
The ROCWARE RC08 is my top pick for the best webcam under $70 on the market thanks to its high-end specs and unique AI-controlled modes. I've been turning down most webcams lately unless they have something unique. I have seen a lot of webcams so you can imagine how a normal 1080p 30fps webcam isn't going to pique my interest.
I looked for Youtube videos about it, and I decided to try it. This is a great webcam for many reasons
1. ROCWARE have a software download link that can be found in the menu instruction and on their official website.
2. Setup in minutes. Speaker is loud enough.
3.This webcam have a High sensitivity microphone, so i can adjust the image and noises via the software. This one is great.
4. The autofocus is super fast, which is the primary reason to buy that webcam.
That being said, it's not bad for an under $70 webcam though, it's not high-end or anything. Fortunately, I got this webcam whose sound quality is better than a laptop's built-in speakers or mic.

All the features needed to improve video streams
During this new era of working from home or in the office, streaming for online content, or replacing those 720p cameras on newer laptops. it’s always great to have a webcam on hand during specific times. I’ve tried a few different web cameras as some have truly not met my needs for usage. However, the ROCWEAR camera has a different twist bringing Autofocusing capabilities with an upgraded enhancement towards sound quality. The small speaker attached to the camera is actually pretty loud and surprised me during the first usage as I didn’t realize it would play audio for any source when connected.
It also has a playful design as the front structure resembles an Owl which is a cool brand enhancement. Overall, the camera is pretty straightforward to use if you're familiar with web cameras. The only downfall is that there’s no software that comes with the web camera like other brands. In order to use this camera, you simply need to connect it to your computer and run your desired platform for conferences or streaming such as ZOOM or a specific streaming tool.
The quality of the camera is ok for a 1080p camera as there are times when the camera is overcompensating for natural light and causes for overexposing the video feed or image. Outside of this, the web camera gets the job done and with the added benefit of a dedicated mute button and a camera, lid helps to ensure privacy when needed.
