Would have given zero stars if it was an option.
Complete garbage.. The fan rubs on the internal bracket and makes horrible noise, wind and movement inside the van causes it to lower on its own..

sadly this fan is no good
I posted a video of this fan. it is just cheaply made trash. the fan noise is an unbearable drone and it sounds like the motor won't last very long at all. you can see how the crank mechanism is totally shoddy and binds up and is not smooth, I reckon it will last about a month before it no longer moves. I would love to return it but the sealant has cured and removing it will be a total hassle... what utter garbage.

Poorly packaged
The butyl tape was melted in the box and completely useless. Thankfully the vent was covered in plastic and not ruined. Other than needing to buy replacement tape it should work fine.

Not Impressed
This vent/fan is pretty lightweight. It will serve my needs for now but I don't expect a long life out of it. Some other reviews stated it did not come with screws. Mine did just not enough of them. As you can see in the pictures the inner flange is WAY too short. This might work OK in a van or another application but I don't see it working in most campers. Some reviewers said their flange was plenty long. Another said their remote didn't work. All of this leads me to believe the seller is grouping reviews from different products togather. Lastly the butyl tape in mine was melted too. Either don't include it or at least put it in a bag.
