Call Support they say 2 min wait time...after 5 min they say no support available. Send question to support you need to validate your email, but the email validation link times out when you click it 5 min later...recycle that attempt 3 times and you realize THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

super premium dock
This has been a very good product thus far. Was hesitant at first because price is high, but the product is very premium. I have a dell dock at work, and this one is smaller, not as heavy and doesn't get as hot. Also has more ports. I really like the two HDMI ports because I did not want to have to also upgrade cables to USB-C. The device itself feels sturdy, like a macbook finish. It feels light for all it contains but not I am so glad I connect one cable to my laptop and everything else is set with this dock.

Worked Expediently Right Out Of The Box
The Satechi Thunderbolt 4 DisplayLink twelve in one docking station that had recently arrived, Is being used by me on A MacBook Pro. Are using the following ports so far and everything is working perfectly: Ethernet port, 1 HDMI port, both USB-A ports and the card reader. It has A small footprint and is priced competitively. Would definitely recommend its purchase.
