Much easier to use than the Epson ES-400II — The ScanSnap iX2400 is my new favorite
The ScanSnap iX2400 is compact, stylish, and incredibly easy to use.
I especially love the receipt guide, which makes it easy to scan receipts of different sizes along with regular documents in one batch. The USB Type-C connectivity is also very convenient and makes setup much easier.
Compared with the Epson ES-400II, I find the iX2400 much more user-friendly. It starts up quickly, so I can begin scanning almost immediately without waiting around.
ScanSnap is a trusted top-tier brand, and the iX2400 has definitely lived up to my expectations. I’m very happy with it and will continue choosing ScanSnap for my future scanning needs!

White Documents Scanned as Blue
ScanSnap Scanners have gotten progressively worse. I have used them for the last 10 years and every iteration takes more and more functionality away. Have a new IX2400 just for a few months and it now scans every white page as blue and there is no calibration. It is supposed to be self-calibrating based on the white strips within the scanner. But we have cleaned it and cleaned it and nothing works. There is literally nothing you can do to correct the problem. $400 for a scanner is too much to pay when it's software (you are required to use) can't even tell when a page is white.
