We have an AFC, Home and South these door chimes worked great for us. They are so loud a little bit irritating we have one on the front door and the back door. We don’t use the back door unless it’s for emergencies or fire drills but the front door residence are going in and out and it constantly time so sometimes we unplug it just because it’s so loud and it irritates some of the residents but other than that they’re great value for your money easy to install

Very frustrated and Disappointed with this Cute little door chime... NOT LOUD ENOUGH

Simple electronic door chime... EXTREMELY poorly written instruction pamphlet uses illogical words and steps that make very little sense... instructions difficult to follow and words not clear to understand how to install and configure this simple door chime .... steps written without fluent ability in English language or understanding of how to write simple instructions

Fortunately I was able to figure out installation without convoluted instruction pamphlet

UPDATE: The notification sound even at the highest level CANNOT BE HEARD when i am in my office in this small 2500 sq ft single story house... door chime requires MULTIPLE RECEIVERS capable of sounding the door chime... buying a SECOND set... to put second transponder to allow SECOND RECEIVER to br placed to provide chime sound

This door chime is TOO QUIET to provide the needed sound ....VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED

Doesn’t work

Just received it. Easy to install, but it doesn’t ring at all when I open the door.

1 month usage and it already broken/error. Help

Got it for 1 month and this start happening. Suddenly stop making sound after the magnetic move away from each other. I tried reset/clear the setting and pair again but it wont work. Any help or thoughts?

For Special Education Classroom

Bought this for my special education classroom as I have some students who will try to elope. This works GREAT!!!! We (my paras and myself) were able to settle on a chime/sound we liked as well as a volume level. Our previous one reminded me of an old gas station door alarm and you could hear it through the ENTIRE school building 😅. This one is a keeper for sure! 😊

Confusing instructions. One of the sensors didn't work right out of the box.

I live in an apartment complex and rent two storage closets right down the hall from my apartment. I wanted to put some kind of alarm on them so that if someone entered the storage closets overnight, I would get some kind of alarm in my apartment. I tested both sets of door sensors with the receiver but only one of the sensors triggered the receiver. The instructions are translated very poorly and didn't really help at all. I would pass on these.

The most thing is the quality of the sounds and the safety of spending more time at home and safe.

Omg I was not wrong to buy this security alarm for doors and windows. The quality of the product is excellent, so I feel safer and more comfortable at home. Thank you.

Nice enough, adhesive is weak

This is nice enough. A lot of the chime options you're not going to want to use, they're really long and not good as a simple door chime - but I guess it's not much of a complaint to say there are too many options lol. The adhesive doesn't hold the larger part of the door magnet very well, you really need to use the screws. However, the back plate of my part actually didn't have holes, it just had divots - I had to drill in the holes myself which was weird.

Work great for the price!

Works great. It has a lot of songs but. I liked the simple one lol. It is loud enough to hear on the second floor, and the rooms. Great for the price. Easy to put together, qnd i did not have to use the screws.

Chime works and sound is adjustable

Chime works for us. We needed an inexpensive door chime for our back door.

Our granddaughter is 3 and inquisitive. And able to unlock doors and sneak out because we'll face it 3 yo kids have yet to figure out sometimes things can be dangerous.

We live in the country and have deer, racoons, possum, bobcats, and coyotes roaming around. While the deer are generally running away all the other can be dangerous if a kid trys to pet them.

So this chime. Took off one star as it's a little picky about how far below the sensor the magnet can be placed. Had to stack 3m double sided tape to make it work and it's not exactly pretty.

Door Chime

I’m really happy with this product! This thing is loud. It is just what we were looking for. I am putting it on our storage door outside & plugging the chime into an outlet inside the house. I will be able to tell if anyone is entering our storage building while I am in the house. This is super easy to install.. The size is perfect. I like the variety of different chime sounds that you can choose from. It’s made of good quality. The instructions are easy for installation and everything you need is included.

Very Good - Simple Install

Keep loved ones safely inside and intruders outside where they belong. It’s very simple to install with either double-stick tap or screw mount, both of which are included. Remove the sensor insulator; plug and play. The sound quality is good, loud, and clear. With up to 62 ringtone options, this is REALLY fun! The LED light will flash when the music alarm begins to ring. The volume has 5 levels, and this is equipped with smart memory: the receiver will keep the previous setting while plugged in. Recommend!

Liked at first...

It was easy to install, loud enough to hear, but has stopped working 10 months later! For the money i still thought Id get more use out of it. Dissapointed. UPDATE!! THE COMPANY REACHED OUT OFFERED A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. AND I HAD ALREADY REALIZED I NEEDED NEW BATTERIES. I PUT THEM IN UNITS, ALL SET! SOOO BATTERIES LASTED 10 MOS FOR ME ON VERY USED TRAFFIC DOORS, IF THIS HELPS. BUT KUDOS TO COMPANY

Perfect Solution for Home Monitoring!

I recently installed the SECRUI Door Chime, and it has been a fantastic addition to our home. The setup was incredibly easy – took me less than 10 minutes! Peace of mind for my elderly mother visits

My mother in law has alzheimers and tends to wander around at night while we're sleeping during her visits. I used to keep a bell on the door but we sometimes slept through it. On her latest visit, she had went down the stairs by herself, tried to make an empty pot of coffee, and left the water running. I was so worried I couldn't sleep. I was able to order this door alarm and have it delivered same day. This device is now set up so that anytime she opens the bedroom door, an alert goes to my bedroom so we can reroute her back to bed. It came as a pack of two sensors so I put the other at the front door as well. Volume and sounds are adjustable, and we felt so much better at night knowing where she was.

Great!!!

So far so good on these bell systems. My toddler is super adventurous and I need to know if any of my downstair doors are being opened by her. Keeps a peace of mind knowing that I can hear if she tries to open a door. I put them on 3 doors and I have 2 plug ins, one downstairs and one upstairs.

Perfect multi door alarm

I have this installed on three of my doors at my business. It works really well, It sounds every time, It's easy to install it is simply four screws per door. You actually don't have to use the screws because it comes with foam tape. I would absolutely buy it again It is a great value. Also customers don't really notice it because of the small size however it plays a vital role in the safety of my employees.

Bad quality

This item doesn’t work right after a month which pass the claim expired date. So, I can’t issue return any more. The problem of the item is that it keeps ringing unstoppablly.

Peace of mind for toddler

I wanted to find something that would alert me that my toddler has opened his door without freaking him out in the process. I found this “door bell” that works perfectly! There’s 5 different volumes which is great because my 7 month old still sleeps in our room and it doesn’t wake him. 10/10 for my peace of mind. Plus my toddler loves to dance to the 58 different songs lol. It’s so easy to use, a toddler can do it

GUESS WHO IS IN THE BUILDING

I needed to find a way to have a chime when doors opened to a church building and these did the job. The wireless transmitters and magnets are installed on two exterior doors. One chime is located behind the secretary's desk and another chime is atop a second floor stairway. When someone enters or exits the building, the door chime goes off.

I was concerned over the distance but this was not an issue. The furthest transmitter to a chime is over 70' between two floors along with doors, walls and ceiling blocking the chime. It rings without a hitch. The chime is loud enough and can be easily adjusted. For the number of chimes, 53 is way too many since an office only needs one or two and each receiver can have its own distinctive sound. You will need to cycle through all the chimes to get to the one you want.

As far as the batteries in the transmitters, these are small 12v. I don't know how long the batteries will last but the units have been in semi-daily use for about 5 months. I'd suggest getting spare batteries: Duracell 21/23. Also, for the SECRUI Door Chime buy what you need. For us, it was two chimes with 3 transmitters.

The price is right for these units and so far so good. At least you'll know when someone has entered the building.

Good, but it takes an odd battery!

I installed this in my mailbox to alert me when the mail arrives. It's under the lid of a wall mounted mailbox so it should be out of the weather. BE AWARE THAT IT TAKES AN ODD BATTERY. Hopefully the battery it came with last a while...

Worked as described

Perfect chime. Easy to place. Great buy for the price.

Update: Originally purchased in May and as the battery died just last (11/22). Battery was easy to replace and the chime worked as usual. Still think its a great buy for the frequent use we give it.

Exactly what I needed

This alarm does exactly what we wanted. The only way to get into our townhouse is via a front patio entrance. We put this alarm so we would know if someone entered our yard. It worked perfectly for about a month and then stopped working. It turns out it's not water proof even though it's made for outdoors!! I almost took off a star for that but I exchanged it for a new one. This time i placed the sensor inside a rain proof container. It now does not get bothered by the rain and does the job we bought it for.

Questionable, with great potential

I wanted to give this 5 starts, but it doesn't quite work how i need it to. The instructions say that it sets the doorbell off when the magnets are 4.5 inches away from each other. Well, i have a commercial door which is set back about an inch from the jam. If the door is locked it's over an inch away from the interior magnet at which point it is already disengaged from the inner magnet and will not chime. If the door swings in, then it will engage and ring. If a person opens the door out, it's already disengaged and will not chime. I really wanted this to work. They refunded my money and told me to purchase it again as not all the products were defective and I just got a defective one. I don't think this is a good solution for our environment. I really just want a product that works. It works if the door swings in. If the door was not recessed from the jam it would have a 5 star review. It did have another issue. It comes with 52 chimes and the ability to scroll through them in reverse did not work on my unit. I could only scroll forward and had to go through 52 in order to find the one i wanted, or just unplug it and plug it back it. I was going to keep it, i just really want a door chime and the door open feature to work when someone comes in. Oh well. I'm not sure if I should try another. May update this if I get another and it works, not sure if I want to try.

In my photos one photo shows the door engaged and the next it's not. As you can see the door didn't move much outward in order to set it off.
