We have loved having these reflectors and love the multi-use of them!! it is nice that there are five different options so that you can bounce whatever color lighting you are looking for! The bag is super compact and easy to carry around with you and doesn’t take up much space. It’s a great deal for the price and we are super glad to have found these.
Super high-quality and are easy to use because of the handles on the sides!

Overall good product, mine just came stained. It still does the job, but it is disappointing. So far I've not been successful in removing it.

I was a bit disappointed when it finally arrived as the Golden side seem to have had some truly noticable damage. The material was peeling off which now to be honest worries me about the longevity of this product.

Where's the quality control? I was super disappointed to discover after unzipping the diffuser to find huge stains on ALL THREE corners of each handle. Like literally, huge stains right below EVERY. SINGLE. HANDLE. The pictures don't do it justice. How did this go overlooked? I'm disappointed because customers don't want to spend their hard-earned money on purchasing a product, then when they finally receive it, have to spend their own valuable time repackaging the soiled product, printing out a return label, driving to the UPS store (in the middle of COVID) just to return it. I could live with a single small stain, but three huge ones?! Come on!
Anyway, at least the diffuser itself seemed like good quality, so there's that. But the stains I cannot live with. Another customer mentioned this as well (view the images). Fingers crossed this one doesn't arrive soiled with yellow stains...

Defective out of the box - as soon as it came out of the it was making a clicking noise and was super unstable - upon inspection the loop is not connected. This is garbage out of the box...

This was showing backordered when I placed my order but it arrived a few days ahead of schedule.
This product seems very sturdy right out of the box. The plastic grip handle is solid and large enough to provide a comfortable hold. There was no screw hole to accommodate a stand but regular clamps should work fine if you don't have an extra hand while shooting.
Take care when opening! The flexible frame is strong and has a mind of its own. Even though I am familiar with this design and was expecting it to open on its own, I wasn't ready for the force with which it opened. I had left an open knife on the counter after opening the shipping box. When the reflector frame burst open it swept the knife off the counter but fortunately didn't cause any injury or damage. Heads up!
I was hoping that the reflective material would smooth out more while opened up overnight. It didn't seem to flatten out at all but I have no doubt it will still function well. It might even be a benefit to scatter and soften the light a bit.
I bought this as a stepping stone to flash equipment. I'm very happy with this purchase especially given the ~$20 price point. I saw similar "pro level" products for 3.5x the price. Can't wait to put it into use.

The reflectors look great except for the fact that it arrived with stains on the white reflector.

I own several Selens products, including several parabolic softboxes. Bought this reflector, openend it, and made sure it folded alright, but it did not occur to me to unwrap the gold/silver reflector to inspect the white reflector, which I just found out is covered in stains, bluish in color + dirt. Unreal, like it was used as a tablecloth for a dinner party. 2 days outside of my warranty now it's too late to return and I own a piece of garbage. It's to tell in picture but there is a yellowish band of dirt/discoloration going through about 1/3 of the reflector.

Needed this for a head shot session and had always wanted a handled reflector, so I grabbed this. Pops open and folds easily, and with the 1/4 20 in the handle, I can attach it with a clamp to a light stand with no issues.

Excellent Quality. Very versatile. Just watch out when you open the packet for the first time. New photo for what happened to me. Is also almost in half a bowl to get back in the pouch.

Would have given this product the full 5 stars IF there wasn't a small hole on the white reflector and stains on the screen [see photos]. The reflector is well-made, and the handles are sturdy as well. It does it's job! However- I'm paying a NEW item, so I don't expect it to have signs of use.
