First I thought, it was damage, so I got a replacement. The second one kept doing the same thing. Seems like the connection is loose and stops the sound. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but they didn’t reply back to me.

Installation was fairly straightforward. This model had perfectly sized cutouts in Arai Quantum X helmet as though speakers, mount, etc were made specifically for it. So far so good. The audio quality is top notch.

The unit is a little tricky to install in a full face (modular) helmet but well worth the effort! I had to use the speaker pads inside the ear well to get the speaker closer to my ears but the sound is very good. Riding with other riders the voices are very crisp and clear. I paired it my phone and the SXM app for music on my last trip and the sound quality is good. The bass is a little lacking but all in all I was really impressed with this SENA unit.

The mounting brackets for this unit are unnecessarily weird. They have all these strange bends and recessed clamps that don’t fit anything but a perfectly straight edge. Even the adhesive “non-clamp” bracket isn’t straight. My helmet has a little bend at the bottom and this thing just won’t fit. Also, the detachable bluetooth unit is just too big. It doesn’t fit against the helmet. WHY DO YOU GUYS MAKE THESE THINGS SUCH WEIRD SHAPES!?!?!? I have a snowmobile trip in four days and don’t have a headset that fits. It sticks out so far from the bottom lip of the helmet that it rubs on my shoulder. This thing is not gonna stay where it is. I am speechless at how big of a design fail this is.

Bought to work with the interface on 2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro. I have my phone mounted to the handlebars so it should be good to connect with an interface or the system on my helmet.
The speakers cut out non stop. I tried two ways of connection. 1. To the Tiger 🐯 direct. It stays connected but cuts out a lot.
2. Direct to my phone. 2022 Pixel six. Same issue.
Rebooting and forgetting Bluetooth connection and app updates fail also.
Great headset for talking to my brother face to face in the kitchen. Otherwise I am thinking about how to get my beats involved.
