I’m honestly really impressed with this ring light, especially for the price. It’s very functional and easy to adjust, and I love that I can move and position it in different directions depending on what I’m filming.

One of my favorite features is being able to adjust the brightness. There are also several different light colors/settings to choose from, which makes a big difference depending on the room, time of day, or type of content I’m creating.

The stand and phone holder make it really convenient for recording videos without needing someone else to hold the camera. If you’re getting into content creation, TikTok, product reviews, or just need better lighting for photos and videos, I highly recommend this one. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. Five stars from me!

Great lighting

I bought this light ring to record my videos with my baby and I loved it, super lighting my videos record beautiful.

ring light isn't as pictured; tripod broke

The tripod seems nice, and the light seems to work so far. However, the product photo clearly shows that the ring light is supposed to have the standard mounting screw apparatus; the product received does not. This feature was one of my primary reasons for choosing this model, so I am very disappointed. In retrospect, many other product reviews show the same discrepancy. It will work with phones through the provided adapter (which itself is held in place merely by friction, with nothing to fasten it, which seems odd to me) but not the webcam I intended to use with it. Oh well.

Update: the tripod broke after a month of normal use, the day after the return window ended. Incredible. The part that failed is the clamp that controls the pitch: it no longer holds tension, so the tripod is unusable.

Don’t waste your time and money

I bought this tripod back in March 22,2026 and just unboxed it today and everything was good until I tried to screw in the ring light. No matter how many tutorials and YouTube videos I watched it didn’t hold up. Some said to just twist it counterclockwise and it would stay in place but it didn’t work. The phone holder alone did hold up because it had the screw inside the hole. I wish I could’ve returned this but unfortunately I can’t. Please do not buy this tripod. Don’t waste your time or money.

Works well, however, I’m missing the screw to attach the two pieces for the phone holder. Had to buy screws.

White Light settings don't work

I was really excited about this product but unfortunately it won't even let me use the main setting I needed this for. Every time i put it on white light settings, it either changes the color, the mode or turns off completely. I've tried troubleshooting this issue the ways it suggested on the help section, no luck! I've contacted the manufacturer, and if they can't help me fix it then I'll be returning this.

Fire hazard

I bought this in May but just unboxed it this past weekend to use for our wedding. Unfortunately, I had to turn it off because the buttons started melting. The modes won’t change, it stays stuck in one setting. I don’t think I can return it since it’s past the return window, but I wanted to report the issue.

White mode won’t work 👎

Gave it two stars because the rgb part works. It will not stay on white mode. I’ve used this two times and it’s in new condition. I wish it would’ve worked because it’s nice other than that.

Light doesn’t properly attach to stand

Bought this yesterday and it arrived yesterday. Super happy about that. However, after opening the package, the cell phone attachment didn’t want to slide in unless forced. The ring light doesn’t “screw” into the screw on the stand, so it just falls off. Makes no sense. Very annoyed that I have to return the item and buy a different one so and just hope this issue doesn’t happen again.

What’s not advertised is that this is a “either or” ring light or phone holder. You must choose between the ring light or the phone holder. There’s no way to attach the phone holder to my ring light. There is an allowance in the ring light for something, but absolutely not for the phone holder it comes with. And I need it to sit on the stand somehow for my self-tape audition videos. Perhaps I just got a model that wasn’t finished being made? There is no “screw interface” on the ring light. Either way, a huge inconvenience and hoping to spare some others from this fate.

This was for a party & I honestly had no idea about what it was for, but my daughter & friends did and it was a great success. They loved the remote and the different lighting and the height of the tripod. I am so glad I got this and now I can actually use it on my desk it breaks down that much! This is a great find!

Love all the lights

This is a cool fun lighting system. Easy set up, arrived quickly. Haven’t used it to do photos yet. I purchased this light to take photos of clothing. So far it works well, as far as I can see. The light doesn’t seem too bright, but it’s not made to light a room up.

Light turns off on its own

I got this cuz it has many amazing reviews. But mine just doesn’t work. I need a ring light for product photos and mine just turns off on its own after about 15 seconds no matter what.

UPDATE (2) - I have received the replacement part and it works great! It's sturdy enough to hold my phone and ring with ease 😊 I replaced the video to show you (I can only post 1 video).

They were VERY prompt about taking care of it. It's only been 2 days since I've gotten the order originally. Honestly most don't take care of this as soon as they have and I'm so appreciative and happy about this! They did me way better than well.

It's perfect now and my selfies have definitely upgraded. Trust me, this ring light and stand makes not just taking pictures easier, but it make YOU look better too! And the lighting, if you do the adjustments right of course.

UPDATE (1) - Support got back to me so quickly (within an hour) and said they've sent a replacement part. Will update again once I get it!

ORIGINAL - As of writing this, i had just received the package and put it together. The instructions are super easy to follow but even when I followed them, the locking mechanism would not work and it is impossible to keep anything steady on it (video removed).

Everything else was fine. The light is SUPER bright so I highly suggest to point it away from you when u turn it on and then lower the brightness to however you please. The Bluetooth control works flawlessly. There really is no other complaints. The tri pod is better than the other product I tried from a different seller, so that is a huge plus for me.

I was really looking forward to this working. I have contacted their support, I will update as soon as anything happen. If it happens 🤞🤞

Was so excited but it ended up not working at all

I've been waiting for this delivery to come through since I've been needing a new ring light. I plug it in and it won't even turn on. The light comes on for a split second and never stays on. I will getting a refund for this garbage.

Product began SMOKING

I thought it was gonna explode. I smelled an odd odor and checked to see it smoking up. This was the FIRST time I plugged it in. Horrible product.

The pictures in the product show a screw that you can use to rotate the phone from the front camera or the back and now you can only use the front

eh.

being that it was $40, i expected a little bit better sturdiness. kinda feels like if i remotely move it too roughly or hard enough it’ll just snap. one of the leg supporter’s arrived snapped off entirely from the base. nothing i can’t just glue back together, but still for $40 expected better.
