2nd time to use and the cord plug connector broke at mic. I wish I had used it earlier, but it only has a 30-day return policy. Very disappointed in this product and will not buy this again. I will look at Bluetooth amplifier an included warranty which says to me that they care about their product. If you buy this, use it right away and often so if the plug falls apart like mine, you do not end up losing money for badly constructed products.

Works quite well. I ordered to use at an outdoor yoga class and it did just what I needed. If needing to cover a larger area or group outside, might need something with a bigger speaker but for small groups outside or larger areas inside, it's really good. Shoulder strap is really handy.

I only received the speaker part, no headset with mic, no charger, no neck strap. I needed this to lead a group at work tomorrow so I could stop straining my voice. Now not only will I not have this to help me as I hoped, it’s a whole ordeal to return it to get a replacement or a refund. I shouldn’t have to make a label to return this item when I don’t have that capability or have to take MY TIME to take it to UPS to not have to make a label. Just send me a replacement with ALL parts!

Great quality but breaks as soon as you drop it not even that hard. I got one today and I dropped it and it broke,
now it won’t work.

I cannot use the amplifier because it came without any charger. After buying a cable, I tried the amplifier and it is working.
Cons:
-The microphone must be on your mouth to work.
-The amplifier does not come with its charger.
-Sometimes the interference between the microphone and the speaker can be so annoying, especially when trying to write on the board and the amplifier is on. If you bow a little bit, the same occurs.

I do a lot of charity events as the Mandalorian for sick and children in foster care to raise donations for birthdays, Christmas, Hanukkah etc.
This system works very well in allowing me to communicate with them that's unmuffled by the helmet.

For the money, this is a great voice amplifier. I’m a teacher and it definitely helps the kids hear me better. I also love the color I selected! There’s a few flaws. For one, sometimes it will randomly squeak really loud causing my kids to freak out. I can normally avoid by keeping the volume lower when necessary and not bending over with it on my neck this but not all the time. I also wish I could set the speaker down and walk around with the microphone. I originally wasn’t paying attention and thought that was the case with this. But alas, you need to wear it around your neck or waist! I also don’t like that my voice sounds a bit artificial with it on. However, for the price, I can’t complain too much. The guidance counselor even bought the black one for herself!

The headset plug in and power button broke after 4 months of use. Worked great for reading to the kids while it lasted. I do not recommend this product. It should have lasted longer.

After wearing a mask all day and teaching this is the best invention! I love it’s light weight style and portable strap makes wearing it around my waist all day and saves my voice while allowing students to hear me throughout the day. Our whole primary team has now bought the same microphone! Teachers with or without masks need this!

I had a bus guide interview yesterday. This amplifier did a fantastic job. It is in small size but the sound is loud enough to meet my needs for the presentation, and it is lightweight with adjustable microphone headset so it’s very comfortable. I chose this one for its great price and cute color. It suits my blue dress:) I like it very much.

I’m a teacher and I read about using voice amplifiers in classrooms. I thought I would get one to try it out. This thing is awesome! My 13 year old wants to steal it from me. He has been pretending to be a tour guide all weekend. The sound is clear and crisp with no static. We took it to church to show our youth pastor and now he wants one too.

I’m still going to give this product 4 stars because it works really well. It’s loid enough and very clear. I am a 4th grade teacher and I was losing my voice every week. Or from yelling, just from talking and cheering and chanting the students. So this definitely helped. However, the headpiece was broken. The mic was detached, as you can see in the pictures. This is a real bummer because I had to keep holding it up to my mouth and that made what should have been convenience, very inconvenient. If it had not been for that, the product is definitely worth 5 stars.
