I can't connect to my new phone. Followed all the recommendations. I have had this since 2024. Don't use often. But it's frustrating. I turned off the ear buds. Press and whole volume + and - for 5 to 7 seconds. Turn it on . Search on phone. Sometimes I see it on my Bluetooth list after pressing all three buttons simultaneously. But it will not still connect

The product seems to work well so far! The only issue I have is that not everything was included! The order says it comes with a silicone case (mine came with a pouch) and 2 charger cables (mine only came with one)!

This is a great product. I use them all the time, the sound is great and they don’t cover my ears, so I am not damaging my ear drums. I don’t know if I would call them noise cancellation, but if you use earplugs to “cancel” other noise then you can hear these even more clearly.
That being said I almost never have a problem hearing them. They have a great volume range. Even right by Los Angeles street traffic I can usually hear my music and feel safer being able to hear my environment.
Additionally battery easily lasts a full day, even with constant use, and charging is a breeze, I love the connector, and they give you 2 so even if you loose one you have a back up. Great and very thoughtful design.
If that was everything I would give this 5 stars easily, but there is one major issue. The pick up mic for this item is atrocious. To whom ever you are speaking to though this mic, it sounds like an old timetable radio is being played in a nearby room. I have to disconnect the headphones any time I want to talk to some one on the phone. See video for an example.
I have a Freind who does not seem to have this problem but this has been my experience.
Final note:
The product is everything I could want but the microphone is a major issue and it is headache every time I wanna talk on the phone so I have to knock 2 stars off

I truly love these headphones. They were recommended by a friend. I have trouble with earbuds staying in my ears. I love the fact that they do not go in my ears. I was very skeptical but my friend has good judgment so I bought them. I wasn't sure if they would truly be noise canceling and have good sound quality. I am so glad I was wrong. They do last along time with out a charge (6 hours - tested) and the sound quality is excellent and it does cancel out other noises. The charger is different. It is magnetic and charges quickly. They also provide a second charging cable and a carrying case. This is worth every penny.

Just got the headphones. I have been looking for the perfect pair for running, working out or bike riding. I have finally found what I was looking for with Aftershokz. I have tried them all. These are perfect for exercise. You have to check these out if you, like me, are tired of headphones that dont fit, fall out, or dont stay connected well to your phone. 5 stars! Finally something that works!!!!

Open-Ear is a big deal for me. For those that don't know, this means these are not in-ear. You can listen through these while still able to hear what's going on around you. These use bone conduction technology. Look it up if you need...
I'm a long-time owner and user of previous Afterhokz headphones. These are the lightest and most comfortable yet. KUDOS for the improvements!
Summary of important features that I feel are knocked out of the park with Aeropex: Open-Ear. Lightweight and comfortable. Battery life.
Where I use these: Working in the office (home office currently). Wearing them at work allows me to listen to music while still able to hear others around me.
Cycling and Running - This is big to me. I'm both a cyclist and a runner. Safety is always paramount. I want to hear cars or others around me. This is where Open-Ear is key. Again, if you are not familiar with this tech, music, etc is transmitted through the bones near your ears, while leaving your ears open and able to hear other sounds around you. Mind you, if you crank up your headphones, it will drown out what you can hear around you. I do not crank up the volume but can comfortably hear both what's happening around me and my music or podcasts.

Charging works great with the directional maggots.
Very comfortable. sound quality is good enough so that I hear stuff I never knew was in the music before.
The bass isnt thumping but I think you would have to clamp it to your head if it put out more bass, the detail on the bass is great,
I have had them for like 3 months, no problems.

5 months in of using these headphones everyday and I'm astounded. I'm not an audiophile, I just like the music loud enough to where I can hear it on a run. I like to sit in the office and listen to music or a YouTube video while I work. I like laying in bed and watching a YouTube video without disturbing my SO. Most importantly, I like listening to my music on blast in the shower. Truly a great set of headphones.
Things I've learned that I didn't know when I bought these.
What I do a lot to get more battery life is I max the volume on my phone and reduce the volume on the headset. I get 12+ hours this way of all day listening.
You can't listen to the headset and charge them at the same time.
If the headset disconnects, just press the function button and it will reconnect.
The multi point functionality is wonky at times between my phone and my computer. The headset randomly decides to start playing music or YouTube video and will not stop playing music or YouTube until I shut the headset off then back on. Definitely not a deal breaker because everything reconnects and acts fine on reset.
Lastly the audio quality is not that of over ear headphones and is not trying to be. Music still gets me amped when audio is maxed out and I am considering buying a second set of these headphones just to have a spare.
I have PTSD and find these headphones (well the music) mitigate some of my anxiety while in crowds.

Box for was missing accessories—that portion of the box was empty upon my opening. I’m assuming this product was used and returned prior to my receiving them which was not mentioned anywhere in the item description.

Enjoyed the headphones for what they were, at first. If you want some tunes while working or keeping active and still maintaining sound awareness these work great. Mind you by great I mean you get decent sound, certainly nothing like in ear or over ear but reasonably good for this type of headphones.
That said, they are next to useless anyplace there is a lot of other sound.... i.e. an airplane.
In addition the way the jaw conduction speakers are attached to the rest of the headset is poor. I was using this set
and at some point the earpiece popped off. There was a split/tear in the material the jaw piece attached to. Potentially was pressed against the arm of my glasses wrong? Regardless should be able to stand up to normal stresses like that.
Returning and would not buy this specific design again.

I love the weight and that they DO NOT GO INTO MY EAR CANAL.
The noise canceling while on a call works very well compared to my car Bluetooth.
If you have them up too loud, the vibration can be intense (more so while on a call).
Bass boost was given a low ratinf because I haven't been able to adjust the EQ.
Arrived quickly and charged for immediate use. Came with 2 magnetic changing cables (one for home, one for travel).
The controls are fairly simple and straightforward.

17 May 2020 Great headset for what I use it for. I work in a noisy Factory. And it's great to be able to hear what's going on around me and still get great sound from the headset.
Update 26 Jan 2021 I bought these back in May 2020 I am already having issues with the power button it won't stay on constantly turn it off I love these headsets and I give them 5 stars but because the quality of the power button failing already I'm having to drop my star rating to 3 stars and I've added two photos to show they have not been abused

The only thing that I dislike about these is that they must be made for somebody with a larger skull and are not adjustable. Other than that they are wonderful absolutely love them!!!
