I’ve had a chance to use this while playing live, twice, recently. I had chatGPT search for the perfect settings by scouring the net. The second time I used it, I made sure to change settings between songs. Worked perfectly. The picture shows the settings found in the guitar forums.

Perfect for acoustic guitar!
This unit was exactly what I needed to make my finger style acoustic guitar ring!
It is solidly built and extremely easy to use. Small and compact and easily fits in a gig bag
I have it chained to an LR Baggs Venue, and Line 6 G10s wireless receiver.
I highly recommend it.

Can't beat it for the price
I picked this up to add some depth to my acoustic guitar. I frequently play amplified and thought the addition of some acoustic type effects would add to the sound. I was not disappointed.
This multi effects pedal offers reverb, delay, chorus, and a preamp which can be handy with certain passive pickups.
It is well built and easy to work with. The case is metal and all the switches are solid and have a positive response when clicked.
The controls for each effect are lighted when the effect is active. The control knobs are intuitive and nicely reactive. It also includes a "tap-tempo" and "tail on/off" function.
The unit has a standard 1/4" TS input and a choice of either a 1/4" TS output or XLR output which can be very handy if going directly to a mixing board. It uses a standard 9 volt (negative tip) power input (not supplied) which is pretty universal with guitar pedals.
As with many effects pedals this unit does add a little bit of noise to the signal, but, nothing out of the ordinary. I can usually eliminate it by using the pad function on my mixer. A noise gate would work well too.
I have been very pleased with this and think it is a great value. I should point out that I am not a professional player or sound tech. This works for my intermediate playing ability and budget.

A simple and inexpensive way to add the most needed acoustic effects plus direct box to your rig.
I've been using this pedal on my desktop for about a week now, as the front end processor for two acoustic-electric instruments. It is a very basic and easy to use pedal - including a very serviceable preamp, with volume, treble and bass controls, and three of the most essential FX for acoustic playing - chorus, reverb and delay. Of the three, the chorus is the best, offering a lush, shimmering effect that holds up well in my mixes. It sounds great both monitored through my desktop speakers, or through the mixer to my PA system. The reverb is good too, although it is very basic, with no options to change timing, only mix. It does offer a tail setting so that when I switch between the chorus and delay, the transition is smooth, which makes this a nice pedal for stage use! The delay is not bad, and it has full control of time, repeat and blend, as well as a tap feature to match the timing to my performance.
All adjustmentcontrols are on the surface with simple knobs, so its just like having four mini pedals.
But this pedal also as the added benefit of operating as a direct box, with XLR out to ensure powerful and clean signal, even over longish cable runs, so even when all the effects are bypassed it offers the benefit of a clean signal boost.
In operation it is utterly silent when bypassed, so it can be used anywhere in a signal chain with no added noise.
Overall, a great, inexpensive alternative for basic acoustic guitar effects.

Another Great Sonicake Sonic Bar!
I previously bought two different SoniCake pedals, their SoniCake Twiggy Blues and their SoniCake RockStage sonic bars, so I am very familiar with the format and the great sound these pedals give you. The SoniCake Sonic Wood is in the same format, same size and providing you with the same type of effects, except this pedal is specifically designed for your acoustic/electric guitar. The Sonic Wood gives you a very effective “preamp” section to set your acoustics vol, bass and treble frequencies. If your acoustic already has a pre, then you can leave this section on or off...it provides a good “boost” either way. The chorus section is very nice, giving a complete “warble” effect to a very nice “12 string” style. The delay is quite analog sounding, though it is a digital unit, but based on analog algorithms it sounds rich and full. The reverb is also a very nice effect, giving a more “spring” sound and natural decay with a “trail” feature. The one additional aspect of this Sonic Bar is the included XLR output Jack on the end to be able to send the output to your PA, mixer. Nice touch!
I am really impressed with the SoniCake Sound Bars, and they have all come with a nice long cord power supply with each as well. I don’t think you can buy better sounding pedals for the price!

Compact acoustic guitar multi effects pedal that sounds great for little money.
The Sonicake Sonic Bar Sonic Wood is a compact acoustic multi effects pedal with a preamp, chorus, delay and reverb. There's a single 1/4" input, a 1/4" output and an XLR output. I play a lot of acoustic gigs and could use this and only add a looper and a tuner, though I have one built into most of my guitars.
I did my best to make an amateur video so you can hear the pedal and see how it functions. I'd suggest you also watch the official video from Soncake. My guitars have built in preamps, so I wasn't able to really test the preamp. However, with the tone controls at noon and the volume up, it works great as a lead boost. I'm really picky about my chorus sound and this one made me happy. You can make it really warbly, but I like something way more subtle, yet noticeable. In addition, the chorus has a tap tempo feature that I demo in the video. If you're using the effect as something like a rotary speaker sim (it's a chorus, but doesn't sound like a univibe), you can go from slow to fast with the tap of your foot. The delay gives you blend (level), repeat (feedback) and time knobs. I think it sounds great and warm without altering your full range acoustic sound. It also has a tap tempo feature (shown in the video) which I always use to match the delay tempo to the song. The reverb is a one knob affair, but sounds good with a very usable range; from none to way too much that some ambient players might like. It also has a tail effect that I forgot to demo in my video. I would use it to keep the reverb low for normal play, then hit the tail switch to end with a BIG reverb. Pretty cool and not something I've seen in another pedal.
As with all the Sonicake pedals I've tried, the chassis is strong metal, the knobs feel very smooth but won't move until you do it deliberately. The footswitches have a great feel and seem like they'll stand up to use. The input, output and xlr jacks are metal, not. cheap plastic. Overall it's really well made. Surprising for the price.
Size-wise, it's way smaller than the Tech 21 acoustic rig or the Trace Transit A, but it does lack a tuner
I should mention that this unit comes with a 9V, center negative, 500ma power supply. It's small, but the power cord is probably the longest I've seen. That can come in handy as it did during my video. If you only need a short cord, just use a tie to keep the cable neat and together.
In summary, it's a hell of a pedal for $69!!! Now I want to try some of the electric multi effects!
