Sony’s product support sucks

So, the silicone covering detached after 3 weeks of use. Sony says that’s physical damage and not covered under warranty. I think the silicone wasn’t glued on right.

Rubber housing opened up in a few months and warranty does not cover the issue. Sony recommend me buy a new unit.
