I really enjoy gear that’s easy to plug in and start playing, and this pedal does exactly that. The layout is straightforward enough that I was able to start dialing in sounds almost immediately without reaching for the manual. Every knob and toggle switch feels purposeful, making it easy to shape your tone on the fly, and the footswitch has a solid, responsive click. The compact size makes it easy to fit on any pedalboard, while the rechargeable USB-C battery is one of my favorite features because I don’t have to deal with power adapters or extra cables. Battery life has been excellent, and it has enough portability that I can easily throw it in a gig bag or backpack for practice sessions. Connectivity is a breeze, you got your input and outputs with an option for L R stereo.
The range of sounds is impressive. Between the different overdrive, distortion, and fuzz-style tones along with the multiple delay and reverb options, this pedal covers just about everything I use on a regular basis. The built-in adjustable noise gate on the back is another feature I appreciated since it helps keep higher-gain settings under control without adding extra equipment. While it doesn’t include modulation effects, I honestly didn’t miss them very much because this pedal already covers the vast majority of the sounds I reach for when playing. Through both an amp and headphones, the tones sound rich, clear, and convincing enough that most listeners would simply hear a great guitar tone rather than wonder what pedal created it. For the price, the quality, versatility, and ease of use make this an outstanding value.

I have several guitar pedals and I really like these pedals. Soran has a lot of quality pedals. This model combines four into one stomp box.
The Soran Go Rig I and Soran Go Rig II are very similar with both having reverb and delay pedals. This Soran Go Rig I has those stomp switches plus a noise gate dial that adjusts noise pass through, and a drive stomp switch.
The first big positive is that this is a four in one and it is a compact. Easy to carry, easy to combine effects, with only patch cables needed. Second big positive is that no power supply is needed, it is rechargeable so you don’t need to carry a power adaptor. If you are worried about a dead battery while playing, it works while recharging with the USB cable. Third big positive is that this has two 1/4 inch output ports so you can get an enhanced stereo output with both or standard mono with one. Stereo sounds good but it is still a mono output from the guitar. Both output jacks are TS but I used a TRS cable from the pedal to the amp and it worked okay.
Pedal one is reverb with concert, spring, and studio modes that sound very similar and freeze on the pedal switch. Pedal two is delay with digital, tap, and analog modes and hold for tap on the pedal switch. Third pedal is drive with green 9, yellow d, Boost RC, Boost AC Muff, fac fuzz, Dr. blues, klone, and crunchist modes. I tried this on two travel amps and it sounded great. You can use one or combine all four at the same time for extreme effects. This pedal is really solid and well made and very durable. The stomp pedals are solid and easy to use, the yellow color is bright. It makes a nice gift and is a great value for multiple effects.

Soran has hit yet another home run with this compact processor. The Go Rig I is an incredible, massive-versatility multi-effects pedal that punches way above its weight class. Whether you need a grab-and-go solution for practice, backstage warm-ups, or a streamlined rehearsal setup, this unit delivers exceptional value without the headache of complex menu diving.
Key Highlights
9 Legendary Drive Tones: Covers an impressive amount of sonic territory. From smooth blues breakup and transparent boosts to heavy fuzz and tight distortion (including flavors inspired by the Klon, Tube Screamer, and Muff), the analog emulations cover the full spectrum of classic and modern lead tones.
Time & Space Essentials: The delay module features three distinct flavors (Analog, Tape, Digital) backed by a highly responsive Tap Tempo function. The reverb section (Studio, Spring, Concert) features a dedicated Freeze function, which is fantastic for dialing in ambient swells and cinematic backdrops.
Surprising Noise Gate Performance: High-gain settings are notoriously noisy on budget gear, but the built-in noise gate works better than expected. It effectively clamps down on unwanted hiss, keeping chugs punchy and silent between notes without cutting off your natural note decay.
True Stereo Output: Dual 1/4" TS outputs provide a spacious, immersive soundstage that elevates the overall clarity, making it excellent for direct recording or running into a stereo amp configuration.
Plug-and-Play Freedom: The full-metal chassis feels rugged enough for the road, and the 5+ hour battery life via USB-C means you can completely ditch the cable clutter for late-night couch sessions or outdoor playing.
Pros
Menu-Free Interface: Purely knob-driven; you can dial in great tones instantly without scrolling through digital sub-menus.
Excellent Form Factor: Durable, lightweight, and easily slides into a gig bag pocket.
Reliable Power: Built-in 500mAh rechargeable battery offers genuine portable freedom.
Cons
Fixed signal chain order (Drive \rightarrow Delay \rightarrow Reverb), though the chosen path is the standard industry best-practice for these effects.
Final Verdict
If you are looking for a highly versatile, intuitive fly-rig or practice tool that doesn't compromise on core tone quality, this is a no-brainer. Soran continues to deliver gear that outperforms its price point. Highly recommended.

I'll split this review up into the three different effects that it includes, all controlled by separate foot switches.
he first effect on the right is the overdrive includes a bunch of different styles to choose from. My favorite were the two high distortion ones. One in particular boosted the signal really well from my PRS SE Custom (22 or 24, I can’t remember haha) guitar.
Second one is the delay. All three modes create interesting effects. There's digital, analog, and tape, which is my favorite. You can create some really trippy sounds. The effect is very similar to their standalone delay pedal.
The third effect is reverb which also has three different modes. My favorite is was concert mode which creates a really nice, big atmosphere and again, it’s very similar to their separate reverb pedal.
There's also a built-in noise gate that works quite well to get rid of background hum or squeal without sacrificing too much sustain. On my pedalboard I use a Decimator X with all my other pedals, but I didn’t need to use it with this by itself. I like that the petal has a rechargeable internal battery so it doesn't have to be plugged in all the time like other types of petals and that it’s fast-charging USB-C.
Overall, I would say this is a really useful and very portable self-contained pedal that would be easy to add to your setup and is built to last with almost everything made of solid metal. Sounds great, lots of fun to tweak, and love the bright yellow color.
