For something this expensive I would expect that the setup and use should be streamlined and intuitive. Unfortunately this is neither. The designers of this product, specifically the app, made something that should be so easy and simple into one of the most confusing things ever. I’m technologically savvy for the most part, but setting these up the way we want to use them, is nearly impossible. We got these to specifically activate and mask snoring during the night but really these end up just being an overly complicated product that is basically just streaming sounds through slightly smaller earbuds. We watched YouTube videos, asked ChatGPT, googled for answers, and even used the built in ai chat in the app and still couldn’t get these to perform the way we thought they would. So all that to say, we returned them the day we got them. And someone please tell me why these $180 earbuds can’t even give you a charging cable worth a damn?!

Thankful for the Product!
I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on this item and after a ton of research I finally broke down and purchased. I have averaged around 2 hrs of sleep nightly for over a year while hearing my husband snore throughout the entire house. It has been frustrating and has caused multiple fights. I played around with them after receiving them yesterday and was hopeful but that was about it. I did put them on the local mode once I was sleepy and played them on the auto settings all night. I woke up this morning almost ready to cry! For the first time in ages, I was able to get over 6 hrs of sleep. I never heard my husband. It doesn’t block all sounds but it dampens them to an undistrubing volume. The excitement in my voice was heard loudly by my family. The kids have requested a set as well. I cannot speak for the future but for now they are worth every penny I paid for them. I had no issues with the sound quality, the fit is snug and as a side sleeper I barely felt them in the ear. They never fell out and to be honest they sent more nibs and ear wings than I could have expected. I am so thankful for this product and the fact it very well may have saved my husband from having to move to the basement! 🙂

Should be cheaper, not the best sound quality.
I got these to replace my old bed/sleeping earbuds, my 2nd gen airpods that would die after 1 hr of use. the sound quality on these sleep A30s is a bit worse than the airpods sadly. the fit and noise cancelling is way better than the airpods, side sleeping is way more comfortable and overall comfort is a lot better with the sleep A30s. build quality is decent, not as premium as airpods but still quite nice. the app provides many extra features (that I doubt I will use) like sleeping white noise and bedtime stories. the tap controls work well. these are great earbuds, I feel like they would be more fairly priced at $100 or $120.

Not that good
As comfortable as bose and ozlo. WORST APP OF ALL TIME. Infuriating to use. Poor battery life bc I stream off YouTube (creamy brown 12hrs, the goat). Lasts barely 5hours. I only bought these bc one of my ozlo buds went quiet on me (lasted maybe 8 months, bose did the same after about 2 years).

Great Fit for Small Ears, But the Connectivity Needs Work
I had really high hopes for these because I specifically wanted comfortable sleep earbuds, and there are definitely some things they do well. The variety of ear tips and wings included is excellent, and since I have very small ears, I was able to find a combination that fit comfortably and stayed in place, even while side sleeping.
Unfortunately, the connectivity has been frustrating. Every time I close the charging case, the earbuds disconnect, and they don’t automatically reconnect when I open the case again. Instead, I have to manually go into my Bluetooth settings and reconnect them almost every time, which gets old quickly.
The battery life also hasn’t lived up to my expectations. I found myself needing to recharge them sooner than I anticipated based on the advertised playtime.
I also like to use just one earbud at a time to extend battery life, but switching between a single earbud and both earbuds was more complicated than it should be because of the connection issues.
Overall, they’re very comfortable and are one of the better-fitting sleep earbuds I’ve tried for small ears, but the inconsistent connectivity and disappointing battery performance keep me from giving them a higher rating.

Lifesaver for overstimulated people, snoring, travel, and sensitive ears
I originally bought these to survive a family vacation where everyone was snoring in the same room, and they worked better than I expected. They’re tiny, soft, and comfortable even when I sleep on my side. They stay in my ears all night!! I also use them on airplanes or when I get overstimulated, and they help me relax without feeling shut off from everything.
What I wish I knew is how amazing these are for people who get ear‑canal pain from traditional earplugs. These don’t press or expand inside the ear, so I can wear them for hours without discomfort. Perfect for light sleepers, travelers, and anyone with sensitive ears.

Good but too soon award more stars
These earbuds get one star for fit, very comfortable, they get one star for battery life, lasts all night, long, and they get one star for snore masking. In order to get two more stars, better ANC is required, and they must last longer than the warranty of 18 months. I was using Sennheiser true wireless 4 which has much better. ANC but they fail after six months of use and the battery life is very poor. I switched over to soundcore sleep a30 hoping for a better experience. So far so good I will review again in six months.

Princess-and-the-Pea Approved… Mostly
I bought the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special earbuds by Anker because apparently I have reached the stage of adulthood where “sleeping peacefully” requires tiny ear technology, noise cancellation, app settings, and a small collection of silicone accessories that look like they belong in a dollhouse medical kit.
First of all, these are the smallest earbuds I have personally ever used. They are specifically designed for sleep, so they sit flush with the outer ear instead of sticking out like tiny plastic doorstops. As a side sleeper, this matters. A lot. I included pictures showing how they sit in my ear, along with size comparisons next to a U.S. quarter and penny, and even sitting directly on the coins because they really are that small.
The A30 Special comes with a huge variety of fit options: different wings, silicone ear tips in XS, S, M, and L, and memory foam tips in S, M, and L. The memory foam tips are only included with the A30 Special version, and they are considered consumable, meaning they need to be replaced periodically. I have small ears, so I’m using the silicone sleeve without wings and the XS silicone ear tips. I do like the extra cushion of the memory foam tips, but even the small memory foam size is a little too bulky for my tiny, dramatic ears.
The ANC works fabulously. With nothing playing, I can barely hear my fan. With audio playing, the fan disappears completely. Poof. Gone. Fan who? These are excellent for masking outside noise, including snoring, general house sounds, and whatever mysterious nonsense happens at night when you are trying to sleep.
The Soundcore app is also a big strength. Anker offers app support with their earbuds and headphones, and these are no different. The app includes a generous selection from Calm’s audio library with sleep stories, meditations, relaxation tracks, white noise, and similar sleep-friendly options without needing a separate subscription. That is a major win. The app also has snore masking settings, and you can use either local sleep sounds or Bluetooth mode. Personally, I like falling asleep to a podcast, because apparently my brain needs one last creepy pasta before shutting down, so I appreciate being able to use Bluetooth.
There are a few downsides. These do not have an equalizer, and there are volume limitations. But when I look at how small they are and remember that they are designed for sleep, not for dramatically pretending I’m in a music video while cleaning the kitchen, I get it. You could use them as everyday earbuds, but that is not really what they are meant for.
They also do not have a built-in microphone, so you cannot use them to take calls through the earbuds. They will pause if a call comes in so you can answer on your device, which is fine. I mean, hopefully you are not taking conference calls in your sleep. If you are, please seek help or a new job.
The sound quality is clear and pleasant, which is what I’ve come to expect from Anker. It is not “full-size headphones with booming bass” sound, but again, these are tiny sleep earbuds. They are doing their tiny best, and honestly, their tiny best is pretty good.
Comfort-wise, they are better than any other earbuds I’ve tried for sleeping. That said, I do still feel some pressure on my tragus and antitragus when I’m lying directly on them. Small ears plus side sleeping equals a very specific Princess and the Pea situation. It is not a deal breaker, but I would not call them completely invisible-feeling either.
Battery life is excellent. They last a full 10+ hours for me, which is exactly what I need from sleep earbuds. I do not want earbuds giving up at 3:00 a.m. like, “Good luck with your thoughts.”
My other complaint is the alarm in the app does not have a snooze option. This feels rude. Some of us need a gentle negotiation period before becoming people.
Overall, I would give the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special earbuds 4 out of 5 stars. The strengths are the tiny sleep-friendly design, lots of fit options, clear sound, excellent noise masking, strong battery life, ANC that actually works, and the included Calm audio library selections. The downsides are no built-in microphone, no equalizer, no snooze option, and comfort that is very good but still not perfect for my small side-sleeper ears.
Would I buy them again? Yes. Absolutely. They are not perfect, but they are the best sleep earbuds I’ve tried so far, and they make my nightly attempt at unconsciousness significantly more peaceful.

Best Sleep Headset
So far, I have to say that I am very happy with the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special by Anker. Having gone through sleep masks and various headset types, my husband and I decided to give these a try when my current one wasn't lasting the whole night and his old Jabra headset was dying. With Jabra no longer making headsets, we decided to start researching. After spending some time on Reddit, we decided to try the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special by Anker.
Honestly, we are so glad we did! This headset is truly amazing. It has the best noise-canceling system I have seen to date. While testing, it blocked out my husband talking, his music, and our dogs walking around on our hardwood floors. I was honestly quite stunned. I then put on my storm playlist on Spotify, which I normally listen to for sleep, and the thunder sounded absolutely incredible. The sound quality is superb. I also loved that it blocked out noise (especially my husband's snoring). Its app also has some built-in sounds and meditation music, which I enjoy (I will get back to the app to the end - the reason this doesn't have five stars).
While it worked perfectly for sleep, I didn't expect this headset to be great as an all-purpose headset too. It has fantastic sound quality for listening to music, both streaming and what I keep on my phone. I was also very impressed with the quality of voice calls (just know you have to turn on call functionality, since it is off by default). In other words, it is a nice, portable headset with lots of versatility, making it more than just a sound device for sleep.
Fit was also superb, being the first headset I have found that actually has xxs wings and nubs for very small ears. Most headsets fall out of my ears, so I was very happy to see this. I also didn't really fill them in my ears, which was another plus.
Now, for the reason this doesn't have five stars - the app itself is extremely obnoxious, forcing you to make an account. You cannot perform firmware updates without creating an account, nor can you change many of your device's settings. It is likely you only have partial functionality, which was extremely annoying. The app itself is also a bit on the mediocre side, and you cannot use most of its functions unless you are using the earbuds or have the case open. It was also a bit of an exercise getting it to connect for the first time, but once we figured it out, it wasn't a huge deal (connectivity was pretty average). While this isn't a dealbreaker, it is something you need to know.
Overall, though, I still do love these headsets and am glad we purchased them. I don't consider it a bad price, especially since I paid a similar price for my old headset back in 2020.

Low quality audio for $200
So I was so hopeful for these earbuds. For $200 these do not perform so well.
The only Pro: they are very comfortable(sleeping with these did not hurt my ears in the morning).
The Cons: low quality audio with a slight echo, the volume does not go to what many other much lower priced earbuds do, they do not transfer from one device to another at all-you have to manually discount the ear buds and go select them on the other device(huge hassle), can’t make calls with these(they would disconnect every time when I try and answer a call/make a call & reconnecting them doesn’t work).
These earbuds disappoint me especially that most of my earbuds are Soundcore. I am an avid user of this brand.
I don’t know if I will return because I do need earbuds for sleeping and these are pretty comfortable. The simple fact is they aren’t very loud or clear and issues with making calls but they fit the bill for sleeping. I’m confused for sure. Plus returning stuff is such a pain. I wanted to give these a 2.5 but not worth a 3 star.

Sent opened/used box
This is a warning about checking the box when you receive it. I ordered a few pairs as gifts and one of the boxes was delivered having been opened previously. For this price, the product should be new and never used before (including the box being opened). There are strips at the top and bottom of the box that seal it and guarantee it’s new/never been opened.

The app causes issues with the volume
The app and the earbuds do not mesh well together. First, the app doesn’t show you are connected to the earbuds, even though you are connected via Bluetooth. You have to mash the A30 option until it prompts you to continue or cancel. Once the app shows you’re connected, the volume is set to about 10-20% when you put them in local mode (when you play the sound downloaded to your earbuds). This happens no matter what. If you have them at max volume the previous night, they’ll still go down to 10-20%. But it gets worse. So then you have to go back to the app, mash the A30 option because they’ve disconnected from the app, again and reset the volume to what you want. Mind you, soundcore sent me replacements and the problem persisted even though I told them this was NOT a device issue, it’s an app issue.

Fantastic product that works
These buds are great they work as advertised. I was looking for good sleep earbuds for a long time using AirPod pros which were painful as I am a side sleeper. I was waiting for earbuds that had active noise cancellation and were small enough to be comfortable. These A30s are it you actually forget you have them in your ears so comfortable and they work extremely well my partner snores horribly and these silence it. I put the buds is local mode a fall off to sleep listening to gentle sounds of raindrops. There is a learning curve you need to take time to fit them well if you don’t they don’t work as well, If you fit them well and find your sweet spot they work incredibly well. I usually don’t do long reviews but these are worth it maybe a little pricey but you can’t put a value on on a good night’s sleep plus the build quality is excellent they are small but quality built highly recommend to family and friends.

little angels for your ears
These sleepbuds are great, super comfy and small, sound quality was slightly sacrificed and its totally understandle due to its small size and purpose. App is full of cool features and the ANC truly blocks away snores and other noises. Device is easy to use and connect. I just wish these could interchangeably switch between connected devices (e.g TV + phone), it requires that I disconnect it from a device in order to connect with the other device. I sleep like a charm with these on.

If you need a comfortable sleep solution from a reputable company try these earbuds.
The A30 can turn a frustrating night into a good night’s sleep. The fit is excellent for side sleepers. They do not create pressure, and no difficulties with them falling out during the night. I listen to pod casts and the earbuds transition seamlessly to snore masking when I begin to sleep. It tracks your sleep position and monitors the noise level through the night. However one of the better features is the excellent customer support. I did have some charging issues with my first product. I was frustrated because otherwise the product worked so well. I reached out to customer service not expecting much. Their customer service responded within minutes. They offered some advice to try. I waited a few days to throughly test if the steps would fix the problem. The company actually reached out to me to see if my problem had been solved. It hadn’t, they gave me a label to return the device. They checked the earbuds and had a new pair to me in a little over a week. My new earbuds are functioning perfectly. This purchase has been a game changer and the company stands behind their product, a rare thing these days. The price is definitely worth the extra hours and quality I’ve added to my sleep. Has a permanent place on my bedside from now on.

Amazing features, stays in your ear well
I have had and been using these headphones for a couple of weeks now, and I can't think of a single bad thing to say about them. The battery life is great. The Soundcore app is amazing, and the technology of these earbuds blows me away. It actually learns how you sleep, it has snore masking settings, options to choose from preset relaxation music or your own music. They work SO well, and pair seamlessly with your phone. The design of the earbuds is so that it sits inside your ear, and does not impact sleeping on your side at all. I have no issues with them falling out at all. They are very comfortable to wear. They come with several options for the ear buds, so you can customize them totally to fit your ear. They are super easy to set up and use. The case itself is super neat, too, the lid swivels and slides up instead of just lifting up. The case keeps them earbuds safe, and also makes them very portable for traveling. For the price, they're an amazing value for all you get. Definitely will be recommending these to friends.

First pair did not charge (left side), Replacement works well
UPDATE: I submitted a formal warranty request and was contacted within about 2 days. I provided the requested information, and within a day received an email notification that a replacement was shipped, and to return the broken ones.
The new pair works very well. I am very happy with the product. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of having to deal with the first pair chargin problem.
PRIOR REVIEW: Left earbud does not charge. Tried all the recommended steps by Soundcore. Was able to use it one night. The problem returned the next day. I am trying to arrange a replacement with Soundcore customer service. I’ve contacted them several times. Each time comunication works until I ask for replacement and provide my address. I am immediately put on a hold saying there are customers ahead of me. I have now submitted a formal warranty claim. Will give it a couple of days to see how it is handled. Very disappointed. Expected more for the price.

Overpriced and underfunctional
These are non-functional for their intended purpose unless you require very little sleep.
First, the volume level of these speakers seems very low by default. Compared to my other earbuds (an older set of Space A40s and a set of Bose QuietComfort 2024 earbuds that I tried), these required a much higher volume level across all types of listening scenarios.
The volume issue is relevant because it affects the earbuds' noise masking/cancelling capabilities as well as how much battery life you can expect from one full charge. I wanted earbuds that I could use with ANC on for at least 6+ hours to block my partner's snoring. I also wanted to be able to stream ambient sounds/music/white noise over bluetooth the whole night as a sleep aid. (I tried the built-in noise masking options, including the option to customize your masking sound, and disliked how low-quality and harsh they all sounded.) These earbuds only last 6.5 hours max when brand new in my preferred mode of use. I need more sleep than 6.5 hours most nights, and because lithium ion batteries degrade, these buds would only be even partially functional as a sleep aid for me for a few months, if that. These buds thus seem like a poor value for the money for how I want to use them.
The A30s also seem overpriced, even by Anker's standards, because they just announced an upgraded version of these buds (advertised to have a longer battery life than these regular A30s) that will be sold for $20 less than the launch price and advertised MSRP of the original A30s.
I also strongly dislike the shoehorning of AI bloat in the updated soundcore app. The "brainwave audio" tracks are all quite annoying/distracting, imo, and it looks like Anker generated a bunch of non-cohesive AI slop images to accompany the sleep tips portion of the app. Sucks that Anker would rather generate cheap visual soup than hire designers or artists who could create cohesive and relevant art.
The transition from bluetooth audio to the noise masking sound in local audio mode, which can be triggered when sleep is detected to preserve battery life, was abrupt enough (due to how much louder the the noise-masking sound with no ANC seemed compared to the volume of bluetooth audio + ANC) that it woke me from sleep several times, which was also pretty annoying.
I don't care about or even really trust the accuracy of the sleep tracking features in the soundcore app/these earbuds, so I didn't test or even set up that part of the app.
As far as positives go, the buds really are small and lightweight. I struggled to find a good combination of ear tips and wings that would lead to a secure, noise-blocking fit in each ear, but that's not unusual for me. The silicone material seemed nice enough, and I liked the sliding case lid.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Sleep A30s as a sleep aid. The set I tried is being returned due to the short battery life when brand new and the lack of good app features or built-in noise masking sounds.

If I lost these, I would quickly replace them.
I’ve been using these since October 2025, and it is now January 2026. I use the silicone tips and the silicone wings in the smallest size. I’m usually a medium in ear buds, but the mediums caused pain when I slept on my sides. After switching to the XS, the seal is perfect. They don’t fall out. When I sleep on my sides, I can barely feel them. I literally forget they are in my ear. There are some pros/cons/learning curves:
-other reviews said they keep disconnecting and have to be physically put in the case to reconnect. They are wrong! There are settings to keep it from disconnecting. I’ve actually allowed it to automatically switch to “local mode” when it senses I’m asleep. To reconnect without taking them out, you simply switch back to Bluetooth in the app. Super easy.
-these were only supposed to be for sleep for me. They are so comfortable I’m find myself choosing them over my AirPods Pro during the day, too. They act more like ear plugs though, so you can’t hear the world around you.
-the sound is great. I listen to audiobooks constantly and find them incredibly pleasant.
-the touch control is okay, I suppose. It does not register touches when I am sleeping-which is nice, but I haven’t been super successful at using touch on purpose either.
-quality is great
-weight is practically non-existent for me
-case feels fancy
-blocks sound incredibly well and masks the world around me-I forgot about this part. I have super rude roommates (my children) who come in and have to have a full conversation with themselves while using the restroom attached to my bedroom instead of their hallway bathroom. These headphones have made it to where I don’t even realize they are in the room.
-I don’t feel the need to constantly readjust them like I do my AirPods Pro’s.
-They feel similar to my Loop ear plugs in terms of comfort.
-they are incredibly expensive. They are worth the price for me.
I don’t need them yet, but I like to be prepared.
My apologies for this choppy review. The A30s help with noise blocking, but not getting up for midnight diaper changes.
And…while trying to add pictures relevant to this review, I realized I don’t have ANC on.
Firmware updates are super easy and relatively fast.

great idea, and good buds, if they fit you or you're a back sleeper.
Sound quality is good, ANC is decent, great selection of sounds (spaceship & red noise ftw) and various mixing options, the AI mode seems interesting but I hadn't really tried that. Initially seemed like they fit well, comfortable and are definitely low profile and don't protrude from ear opening. Unfortunately they pressed against my tragus and another node on my ear causing a lot of discomfort after sleeping for awhile (side sleeper, first with memory foam/gel pillow, then tried softer fiberfil one to see if it helped along with various combinations of the ear tips and wings). If not for that the sore spots for me they would be easy 4, maybe even 5 stars, but give em a try see i they work for you.

By far the most effective sleep solution out there!
These are amazing and worth every penny!
I'm an audio engineer that has trouble tuning out hums and lower frequency noises. I have tried dozens of noise machines, earplugs, and several earbuds. The a30 are a blessing.
They are super comfy to wear all night and stay in. Even on my side.
Battery life in local mode is 9 or more hours and I only need local mode when sleeping. It allowed me to dial in my background noise as well so it's my specific noise!
The ANC with the update is perfect. It masks tonal noises and hums perfectly. I have traffic noise and hums at 53hz and with these in it's perfect silence. I'll say it doesn't prevent broadband noise in the upper range as well, but that doesn't wake me up and I can mask that with internal customizable noise.
The sleep report is extremely useful. It tracks my sleep, snoring and shows me how restless I was. This proved my light blanket causes me to toss and turn more helping me know I need a weight that keeps me a little more in place for a restful sleep. It even tracks whether I'm on my side, and which side, or back.
I know it's pricey, but I've tried hundreds of dollars of other devices and this has been by far the most effective solution. I've been having deeper dreams and remembering them for the first time in a while.
I can also hear my wife speak and alarms with these in so I wouldn't sleep through any danger.
Love them!

Garbage don’t waste your time or money
Garbage they’ve worked one night, maybe two. Then I go to bed after being in a charging case plugged in all day. I have no charge that’s happened multiple times they rarely connect to my phone. Do not waste your money on these things. This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen and I thought anker was a good company. Well they’re not so good on this product. One star is being very generous, but I cannot give Zero. looking at the picture maybe it would make a good hockey puck.

Excellent noise cancellation and comfort
I am very satisfied with these earbuds. The noise cancellation works flawlessly, and their slim, lightweight design makes them comfortable to wear throughout the night. The package includes several adapter tips in different sizes, ensuring a secure and personalized fit for any ear shape. Once in place, they feel stable and unobtrusive, never disturbing sleep.
The charging and carrying case is slim and elegant. And very effective, with its magnetic buds locking in place.
What I’m less impressed with is the companion app—though this might also be because I don’t rely on playing sounds or white noise to fall asleep. I find the app a bit unintuitive and cumbersome to navigate. That said, it does offer a wide range of personalization options and provides detailed insights into sleep quality.
The sound library is particularly rich, featuring everything from ocean waves and raindrops to birdsong, wood rhythms, and bell chimes. You can even adjust the depth and texture of these sounds, making it possible to create an atmosphere perfectly tailored to your preferences.

ANC after firmware update, good sleep
When I first tried them on the ANC was indeed somewhat weak, as many other reviews complained. But after doing the firmware update, it was MUCH much better. The ANC is now pretty good, not canceling as much noise as my AirPods Pro but still highly effective against the low frequency noise of my air conditioner, and the occasional noise from traffic outside. Not to mention the memory foam tips that provide a great seal.
As for battery life I sleep for around eight hours and I always wake up with 20% battery left. Most importantly, I’m definitely getting better sleep. For that I cannot recommend it more. Also very cute design!

Holy Grail of Sleep Headphones?!
I might have finally found the holy grail for my sleeping situation.
About me: I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep so I love going to sleep listening to my current audible book. Of course I don’t want it to play for too long so I usually set a 7 minute sleep timer but on the nights I have a hard time falling asleep I have to keep resetting it. Also I’m a light sleeper and my husband has started snoring so he wakes me up in the night or early morning. I usually end up waking up about an hour and a half before my alarm is set.
I’ve tried so many things to keep me asleep when my husband snores.
Mack’s Ultra Soft foam ear plugs - these are fairly comfortable and work great at blocking the noise, but sometimes my ears are so sore in the morning and I can’t listen to my audible to fall asleep.
Loop sleep ear plugs - these are comfortable and fairly effective at blocking sounds but sometimes they fall out and of course I can’t listen to my audible.
Bluetooth sleep headband - these are comfy and work OK for listening to a story as you fall asleep, but they do not help me block out the snoring at all. Sometimes in the middle of the night, I’ll try playing some kind of sleep music, but the snoring breaks through too much for me to be able to fall asleep.
Hearprotek wireless sleep earbuds - I tried these for about two weeks. They worked great for falling asleep and they are relatively comfortable, but they would sometimes fall out. I found the wires connecting them to each other to be annoying.
AirPod Pros w/ANC - I do not recommend this for sleeping, but I have done it. They work great for listening to a story while you fall asleep and blocking noise, but they are not comfortable at all. One nice thing that you can keep resetting the seven minute sleep timer by just clicking on the AirPod, but that’s about the only plus.
Now for these sound cores. I switched to the smallest silicone tips (they also have foam ones for more sound blocking, but they say they’re less comfortable). You can also switch out the little silicone pieces that sit in the other part of your ear, but I stayed with the default ones. I listened to my Audible via Bluetooth and then let it switch to snore masking sounds when I fell asleep - with the volume at 30%. I did opt to back up my book a little bit the next time I listened. I do recall waking up twice and I could kind of hear my husband snoring, but I was able to fall right back asleep with the “whispering brook” sounds. In the morning the app suggested a different snore masking sound based on its analysis of the snores it heard in the night. It suggested the “himalayan downpour” - which I look forward to giving my husband a hard time about. I don’t think this will mask sounds as well as the foam earplugs, but they’re more comfortable and I’ll happily take that trade off to be able to listen to my story when I fall asleep.
I’ll update my review if I change my mind down the road but so far so good.

They are comfortable to wear, even when lying on my side. The package also includes extra ear tips in different sizes (both silicone and memory foam), which makes it easier to find the right fit.
Controls are straightforward with tap gestures, and the app adds more options like finding the earbuds if misplaced. The battery lasts long enough for overnight use, and the charging case extends it further.
So far, they’ve been reliable and comfortable for sleeping.
