DO NOT BUY! Took 6 months prepaid fee and stopped working immediately—Zero customer support!
After one year use, I renewed the subscription and prepaid for a 6-month cellular data plan for this STAMOL 4G LTE Cellular Security Camera, and right after taking my money, the camera went completely offline. It now repeatedly gives a voice prompt saying "SIM card is out of service."
To make matters worse, there is zero customer service or support:
* App Customer Support: Submitted tickets and messages in their app, but received absolutely no response.
This product feels like a scam—they take your money for long-term service plans and leave you with a useless brick when it fails immediately after. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand with actual customer support. Avoid STAMOL at all costs!

Great camera. Very pleased
Obsessed. I bought this for my mother so that I can check on her since I live an hour away. It's great that I can see what is going on at her front door and can keep track of if she is going to her appointments so that I know if anything is wrong or not. We do not use the Wi-Fi as she just doesn't want it so this camera has been wonderful!
Just a little extra note. My mother is also having difficulties with her phone and thanks to this camera, she can go outside and indicate that something is wrong with her phone versus me being panicked unable to reach her. Phone has been replaced but this was great for letting me know
