This laser has potential but the build quality is not great. The first one I ordered, the mirrors aren’t calibrated to point straight. Also the beam on the + couldn’t make a straight line vertically. The second one I ordered came with the front lens broken. Return shipping is not free unless you print out the shipping label yourself.

I was surprised I got mine delivered so quick. I was quite excited to get it unpacked and see what all I cld make it do. Plugged it in got got GREATLY disappointed. The manual was no help, didn’t receive the remote and working the unit manually was a no go. U can see the units inside ATTEMPT to turn but all I got was the sound of gears grinding. I’m watching through the small window it looks as if the motors aren’t aligned properly. Now I’m gonna have to spend my time and money on sending it back. Debating on getting another one in hopes I get what I’m supposed to or just settle for my money back

This laser is smaller in size than I expected but it is very bright. You must have Haze / fog. do not buy if you do not have a fog / Haze machine. All you need is a small one nothing crazy. I have had it for three months now and feel that is is a great value. Perfect for mobile DJ and will fill a dance floor. I tried it in a ballroom that was 80 ft. long by 100 ft. wide and with Haze produced solid beams! surprised and happy with this purchase. this is way more impressive compared to the American DJ spinners and beam effects I travel with for years.

My friend purchased this laser. I don't usually leave reviews on stuff i buy. But i am planning on getting this laser after we went snow camping and had a laser show in the snowfall. We have been using the laser with an inverter for camping for 4 months now. But this time took the cake!

Love these. Ended up with two different revision though, I have on with a keyed switch to lock out the lasers which is a very nice safety feature. The non keyed is noisier. I’m returning the non keyed and hoping to get another keyed unit with the quieter motors. Well worth the money for my mobile DJ services.

This is an affordable and fairly bright little DMX laser out of the box. I'm a mechanical engineer, working in laser design and manufacture.
The design is robust, all advertised features perform properly. Two stepper motors handle beam steering. Three laser diode modules (RGB) supply beams that are combined via anti reflection coated mirrors to achieve color mixing. This isn't a trivial task as beams must be carefully aligned in the factory to produce beams that 1. Are parallel, and 2. Travel along the same line. The manufacturer did a good job here.
I actually bought 3 laser units and returned two of them as some beams (red in one, red and blue in the other) were divergent, i.e. not well collimated. This resulted in beam profiles being larger than others as the distance the beams traveled from the unit increased. So instead of purple, you'd see a red blur and a blue dot. I'm being a bit picky here though because for the price I'm very impressed.
So I finally decided to put this device on a power meter. See photos.
Interestingly, power output of "all colors" in color mode 7 resulted in less output power than in other color modes. I found then max unit output at any given time to be about 140mW.
You standard red laser pointer is likely about 5mW, so this is indeed a bright laser.
I will soon modify the unit to accept a 1500mW blue laser.
I would say that standard DMX control of the system is rather clunky and very much manual. You'd never use it at a show. But if you use a computer controlled DMX software to quickly manage multiple DMX channels at once (automatically) I'd say this could be an impressive stage unit, especially if one were to upgrade laser modules as I intend to do soon.

Good product. It does what it does. It doesn’t fill space much. So if you want to throw a party, you need multiple of these. It’s a good product but just doesn’t fill enough space for parties which is what I wanted.

For serious, this light is insane. The best light i have and a very welcomed addition to my set up. The sound active mode is probably the most accurate I've had experience with. DMX capable but really not necessary with the precision of sound activation.

the lasers were awesome. but after the first night. they won’t turn on anymore.
i had it on for maybe 4/5 hours. then turned off and out back into the box. i just brought it out again 8/29 and now they won’t turn on. a little disappointed and sad.

It’s quite bright and very much what I expected.
Good bang for the buck and very simple and straightforward to use. It’s supposedly DMX-compatible, though I haven’t yet tried that mode of control out - I just keep it on its sound-reactive mode as it works pretty well (as you can see in the video) and keeps both myself and everyone else quite entertained lol
all in all, this isn’t exactly your typical professional laser projector - I’m not sure whether you can even operate this laser with professional control software like Pangolin’s Beyond or QuickShow or whether it’s only possible to use DMX or the included sound & auto modes.. but it’s still incredibly worth it. even if you can’t control it with fancy lasershow design programs (which I’m not even sure about), it does have a lot of cool patterns already built into it and since it’s so cheap it would be easy to buy 4-6 of these for the price of just *one* of your average entry-level low-power professional laser projectors (that typically cost close to or around $1,000) and have a spectacular laser display running itself automatically. now, I know that a $1,000 laser would also be a lot brighter, but this little thing definitely gets the job done and is more than enough for at-home use or small private events/shows. I’m also not sure how coordinated the sound-reactive modes would be in unison - it might look off if they’re not in sync, or it might make it look better - hard to say.
I’ll try to update my review whenever I find out about how it would look with multiple together (as I plan on definitely buying more), or when I find out about its compatibility with Pangolin software.
(also, do note that while you will need a fog machine or hazer in order to properly see the beams, this can be achieved very quickly and easily even with a $30 fog machine like mine, especially in small rooms. you will also want to disable your smoke alarm and have someone on fire watch, as the smoke or haze can set them off)

I loved everything about this, it was about $210 including shipping in my currency.. Works perfectly fine, came with a remote and a User Manual. You can choose your colours, make it react to music or just have it play automatically. It can also be used with a DMX but I don’t have one so I just let it play auto/sound mode. Looks fantastic with fog. The only problem I had was that the machine made a noise and it’s quite noticeable but obviously you’re gonna play music with this so it’s fine. Unless you’re not then the sound of the machine is a issue. Perfect for any kind of party.

This is my first Laser in my light collection. I run all my lights DMX and right out of the box this thing is awesome!! I decided to test it in auto and I already had people tell me that it looks cool. And once you add fog... it changes the whole game (photos attached, shot on iPhone 11). Definitely might be purchasing another one in the near future. Can’t wait to share this company to all my DJ/lighting friends.

The video you see in my review was taken literally minutes after unboxing the unit and plugging it in. Its in auto mode. It is really bright despite however dim it looks in the video, its not dim.
I will update my review over time and report in with any findings and opinions after I have played around with it more.

Listen to me Guysss!!! this Laser IS Perfect. I have never smiled so much in my life. this is a pro laser. Head turn evertime its on. also the mic is so good and has an adjustable knob but detects the music really well even if its really loud it can still find all the right beats to go with!!!! 👀⚡☺️😮

Correction, this unit, and review is for the next model up. I paid $228 for mine and it has "hundreds of different memory effects program" including words and animated pictures. The one I have is the ---> Sumger Professional DMX512 RGB LED Stage Lighting Full Color Animation DJ Disco Laser Scanner Projector Effect party lights illumination Show Light Sound Activated for Festival Bar Club Party (White) <----- Sound almost exactly the same as this one, but I believe the animation and graphics are worth the higher price. Compare the videos and you will see the difference.
Excellent laser for the price. Crisp, bright lines with many vibrant colors. Watch the video and see for yourself, 100 times better in real life. The Lasers are over 15 feet away from where I am standing to film and about 10 feet apart from each other. The vaulted ceiling has a max height of 13 feet. Those 3-D projections are pointed up and limited by the ceiling for safety reasons.
A couple of negatives, no ILDA or SD card slot, and the instructions are complicated to understand. If somebody can tell me how I can sync the two together, that would be perfect. I have them hooked up with a DMX cable, but I can't seem to figure out how to have one control the other so that they will sync together. Hopefully, I will be able to contact the company for an answer. Correction again, I figured out how to sync them, please read my answered question regarding syncing two lasers together.

The capabilities of this great little setup would have cost thousands of dollars 'back in the day'. It's efficient, reliable, and super bright with plenty of built in patterns and extensive DMX controls. If anything it's a little too bright for some applications, I wouldn't want it scanning a crowd at eye-level. I make sure it's positioned so it doesn't hit anyone near the eyes. But, I can't say enough good things about this laser, it's an incredible value for the price. I'm considering buying another just to have a backup.
