Not weather friendly apparently

Got this hammock and absolutely loved it initially. I agree with other reviewers when they state that it hangs low once together but I wasn’t bothered. It looks great by the pool and is extremely comfortable!

However, after only about 2 weeks being Pool side both ends (where the wood is) are covered in mold-not just a little-COVERED! The fabric also quickly molded. I sprayed it with mold spray for outdoor furniture and fabric and I’ve scrubbed it in hopes to save this item. No luck. So where I found great joy for 2 weeks with this hammock I now feel that it was simply just a complete waste of money and now will be getting rid of it. Who wants to lay in mold!

Super easy

I love this hammock. I got it as a gift about a month ago but I’ve spent a ton of time in it. It took a month to get to me but that was an amazing issue. It was super easy to put together. I usually roll it up and store it each night so I haven’t got it wet but it’s light enough and easy to do to.

Love it but it flips ALL the time

Love it for the most part. It’s pretty and it holds me and kids well… but I just can’t keep it from flipping and nearly flying away in almost any kind of wind over basically 4 mph. Which is nothing… any ideas? Thought about putting a weight in there when not in use but was worried it would stain it if it rusted.

Sun faded in 3 weeks.

Super comfy, nice quality, but the color faded super quickly! I never review stuff and this took me forever to get around to review it. I’m thinking this was a manufacturing issue because my friends have the exact same style and color and it’s been out all summer and looks great. So I bought mine and bam.. bows it’s red/maroon and tan. Pillow didn’t fade though!

Was hammock used or stored outside?

For the most part hammock is comfortable and as expected. Reason for 2 stars is that when we unrolled it the end that was at the center of the roll while packaged showed signs of being stored wet. There was mold and discoloration of the wood. I've added a Pic of the other side for comparison. That side was clean. Box was dry as well. Not sure how moisture got trapped inside like this.

Since it's an outside hammock I'm not too concerned. Cleaned it off and still intend to use. Just leaving my honest notes.

Didn’t last through the summer

Loved the hammock but it didn’t even last the summer. Got sun faded after a couple of months and now it’s completely ripped. Not a good produce if your going to use it outside.

Love it!! Come home from work plop in ! With a blanket n rock w the breeze to sleep! Or chill in sun w ur favorite frosty beverage! It’s like a vaca in ur yard!

Love love love this hammock. Easy to assemble I purchased u hooks /pegs for trampoline to keep the hammock in place on windy days.

Paid $230 and cant even get all the stuff in it.

Okay... this is my first bad review ever. The package came busted up. The poles have a few scratches, but I'm not too worried about those. The UPS man told me all the stuff was in there, so I'm thinking okay. We will see. This is supposed to be a mother's day gift for my mother. EXACTLY WHY I SPENT THE EXTRA 20 BUCKS ON THE 3 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN.. got everything, but the two chains they're supposed to come with... When I got to the hammock part and opened it the hammock smelled weird. Like swamp ass and Elmer's glue. The only reason I gave this 3 stars was because it came a day early and liked the color.

Broke after 2 minutes

I bought this as a present for my husband. He layed in it for only 2 minutes before it completely broke and fell on him. The product was assembled correctly and my husband only weighs 170 lbs. The metal bar on the bottom completely severed. This is a terrible product.

Super easy setup!

Great Hammock for the price. Would recommend.

Nice and large hammock

This is a very nice and big hammock. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it claims to be a “2 person” hammock. My husband and I tried to lay in it together and the stand started to bow. Other than that it’s a great hammock.

Damaged

Big chunk of wood was missing from the spreader. I like the hammock a lot, but this sucked.

Poor quality and our hammock took less than a week to fade colors considerably. The ropes have also come undone in several places and I agree with others that this seems to be a rather poorly made product.
