Steel Ring broke after three months.

We have bought three of these hammocks. The first two were great and lasted two or three seasons. The last one only lasted three months and the steel ring broke. My husband weighs 200 pounds so is well below the 600 pound limit. He fell and could have been seriously injured. We reached out to the company and have received no help or response. Terrible customer service!

Great Hammock

FANTASTIC - VERY COMFORTABLE AND WELL MADE

Not Recommended, lasted for only a few months

Within a month the wooden support beams were bubbling. At three months the wood was eroding. (see pics). Now after the fall, they are completely rotting. I was hoping the hammock would last longer than just 1 summer. Now it is not safe to use. Took it down last cookout as I did not want the neighbors to possible get injured using the hammock.

Enjoyed the 4 months it lasted.

I received this hammock in the end of March. Put it out March 29th. Today is July 27th.

4 months.

Less than 15 uses.

It's cracked and breaking. For reference I'm 151 lbs.

Years ago I bought a cheap hammock at L0w3s that lasted 3 years. I'm very disappointed. Save your money

Tightly woven, good rich neutral color

Most stunning hammock!

Although slightly pricey, you cannot go wrong with this hammock! It is absolutely beautiful and made of very sturdy polyester. I got this hammock in red, and the color is vibrant and is the perfect touch to our west facing balcony! I was so scared of it not fitting however it doesn’t bump the rails nor windows, and we are able to rock perfectly!

I have yet to test this hammock in the rain, but honestly will probably take it inside to ensure it lasts a lifetime. I can say I’ve sweated a lot on it already and it dries quick! It does not stretch out too much and it doesn’t sag down to the floor. I bought the 12ft SUNCREAT hammock stand for it and it sits up high perfectly! And of course fits 2 people comfortably!

I’ve used this hammock every single day since I’ve purchased and it’s the best to sunbathe on. Obviously there’s more affordable hammocks out there however… I’m very happy with this! It’s not only durable but it is BEAUTIFUL. Best purchase I’ve made this year!

Beautiful but dangerous

It is a beautiful Hammock, but very dangerous! Everyone who attempts to sit on it falls. It is a shame that I was unable to return it because a month had passed. Unfortunately, due to bad weather I had not opened it. I am stuck now with a hammock that is just nice to look at.

Dog days of summer

I am a big guy 6'2, 282 pounds. I also like antique, vintage, or period correct replicas. This hammock fits that bill. It is so soft, flexible and sturdy, it cradles you as you rock gently in the breeze.

Does not pinch or dig into your flesh, and totally comfortable. Has the look of yesteryear, but the strength of modern technology. I am so happy with this product. I planted these 2 Maple trees 30 years ago myself, just for this moment! I am very pleased with my purchase!

Barely lasted half the summer

I bought this a few years ago when our old hammock was showing some age, as the old one was from 2016. I always take it in during the winter and we use the hammock pretty much all summer long. So this year I decided to finally switch to the new hammock and it was all fine out of the box in April. This is what it looks like in July, basically didn’t even last 1 year. For a more expensive hammock, I would have expected better. Guess I will need to look for a different manufacturer as we can no longer get the hammock we bought in 2016 and apparently Sunnydaze makes really crappy products.

Super comfortable, I love the tight weave, no getting stuck

A hammock is something that you should relax in. This is a very well made hammock with a tight weave so you don't get your hand or foot stuck in it. It's not cotton, so it doesn't stretch too much and it certainly holds 300 lbs without any issue. I do like the color and I didn't think I would at first, but leaving it out all the time, it gets covered with leaves and dropping and they don't stain it at all.

It's super comfortable, well made with a nice spreader bars and chains, and did I mention super comfortable? You'll be happy with this hammock. Great for those afternoon quiet times and naps.

It really is sturdy!

It was most important to be sturdy but equally important to be soft and it is both. It really does fit two people and it doesn't feel like it's going to collapse under nearly 500 lb.

Nice Hammock, Yet Have Had Better

This is a decent hammock yet I’m questioning its durability. The material and weave are very comfortable, however the fineness of the weave catches everything, so if you are under a large tree and plan to leave it out in the weather, there may be better options. This became very evident this season as the 17 year Cicada brood has found a home on top and underneath. I have to spray it down with a hose and let it dry before using.

The spreader bars are okay, yet get water spots and their style is very “Pacifuc Rim”. I prefer the spreader bar design and material of a Pawley’s Island rope hammock, by far.

The chains were too small in diameter to fit my hooks, so I cut them off and upgraded. For a hammock with a claimed 600 lb. capacity, I would have expected larger links.

My last rope hammock lasted over 7 years. We’ll see how long this one survives.

Very comfy, soft, and supportive!

I got this hammock for my husband for his birthday. I picked this one because of the weight allowance so both of us could cuddle and such in it. We are both tall and he is a bit overweight so we needed something more than the usual 400/500 lb restriction that the others have. This hammock is already loved by all 7 of us. My husband and kids fight over who gets to lay in it. My husband lays in it nearly everyday to unwind from work and such. The ropes adjust and are tight together to give support. It even wraps around you depending on how you are laying on it. It is really long so it needs a bar that it can wrap around to get tight and up from the ground. I found a two bar one that works great!!! I’ll be sewing a long pillow to go with it, but it doesn’t necessarily need one. Would be a plus though. I saw other hammocks have pillows depending on brand and like the idea of one. Can’t recommend this one enough! Worth the price!

Comfort? Yes. Quality? Could be better.

Three star for now could be a five star. After only a month of owning it the spreader bar started splitting. In the Midwest in early spring not much humidity or hot sun and no salt at all. Comfortable but I'm wondering how long it will last.

Comes up short and extra hardware needed.

Very disappointed in this purchase. After comparing to others and closely reading the details of this hammock, I purchased it based off my recently purchased 15 foot stand. Details say this is for a 15 foot stand. There is no way this will reach without purchasing extra chain and hardware for each side. 👎🏻

High quality

Really great quality product. Not cheap but worth the money. We chose to anchor it into our tree and are not disappointed. Two of us fit in it just fine. Comfy.

Best hammock I’ve ever purchased.

Love this hammock! It’s so comfortable compared to the basic rope ones. It’s so soft! Mine fits perfectly between posts that are 12’ apart and approximately 5’ 6” off the ground—and still used the chains until the hammock stretches out a bit.
