Newborn likes high contrasting image. And this Look Look book is just right for our son. He loves looking at it, hence, the title of the book. This is his favorite book for the first 3 weeks or so. Buy one and you will not regret it.

Great beginner book for babies

I felt that this book was great at grabbing her attention at such a young age. This was her at almost 2 months, she loved looking at this fish page. The actual graphics are not the cutest, but because the pages were all high contrast was the most important thing to me.

Keeps infants attention

Great book!! My one month old infant stares at it!! Loves it!

Just okay

Good photos. Definitely easier than cards however not sure it is worth its price but I am going to keep it. I got some soft crinkle books you can see in the background that I prefer though. Let me know if you like my review or need a recommendation!

Must Have B&W Baby Book

A must have book for babies! My 3 month old loves it, it captures her attention instantly. I use it for tummy time, read it to her when she cries (because she’s bored), and plain reading.

Her favorite pages are the hands & the flowers! 👐🏼🌻

If you’re looking for a black & white book, give this a shot!

Engaging for Babies

My 3 month old loves this book. It actually holds his attention and he reaches and grabs at the pictures. I was surprised at how engaged he was as soon as I opened the book.

Perfect for babies!

My 7 week old LOVES this book! We lay on the floor with him and show him the pictures and he just lights up! Nothing else makes him smile and coo like this book.

Amazing book!

This book is amazing!! My almost 3 month old is riveted and loves looking at the pages. Would highly recommend to any parent with an infant.

Wish the book came in better condition.

I completely enjoy this book. So I bought it again for a friend's baby shower. However the book came damaged, to embarrass to give us a gift.

Great for infants!

Our baby just loves this book!

Great book for babies, but arrived with mark on page

Purchased this book as a gift for a friend's baby, however the second page contained a white mark on the page. Unfortunately my picture of it doesn't do it justice. It almost looks like a greasy finger touched the page. I will likely be returning.

Catches baby’s attention right away

My baby was able to visually attend to this book at 1 month old. I was so shocked. This was the only toy/ play object that catches his attention still at almost 3 months. He truly loves it. We look at it everyday. I have started to use it to help keep him engaged during tummy time.

Baby loves at 4 weeks old!

My little one has loved this book since we got it when he was 4 weeks old. Great way to help stimulate him from young age! Highly recommend!

Ne careful! Choking hasard for teething babies

Very cute brain stimulating book. Unfortunately my 6 month old chewed the corner off and swallowed pieces of it. I thought it was more sturdy. I didn't realize it was so easy for my baby to chew. Perfect if you are holding the book and careful they don't start chewing on it.

Nice to have on hand for little crying spats

Our week old baby girl loves to look at this book! It mesmerizes her. Nice to have on hand for little crying spats, changing time, tummy time, and story time.

Her favorite page is the flowers. Soon as I turn to that page a big smile comes on her face. We leave it open to this page to calm her down.

2 month old LOVES this book!

I didn't think my 2 month old would like it that much, but he LOVES it! He loves the page with the kids faces... Personally I think that page is creepy, but he'll sit there and talk to it for like ten minutes!

Great book! He loves it

Great book! He loves it! I was going to buy more. I also noticed he loves the black and white striped top I wore one day. He couldn’t take his eyes off of it. He’s one month old.

3 month old approved

Our 3 month old usually cries during tummy time. We finally found something that he thinks is worth the effort! He particularly likes the page with the sun.

He loved to study it

Fromy about 1 to 3 months old a could get a few quiet minutes out of my son by setting the book in front of him. He loved to study it. Everyone new mommy I know will be getting one.

If you can only buy ONE book for your newborn, this MUST be it!

If I could only buy one book for my baby, this is it. In fact, I've been raving about it to every pregnant woman I know!

The illustrations are all black and white (and red), which are the colors that babies see first. My son stared in awe and amazement at this book from his first days home from the hospital. I would prop it up in his bassinet on the playpen while I went to the bathroom, and I'd return to find him still staring. He would turn his head to stare at it, no matter where we placed it. At 5 months old, he still stops and looks at it intently when we bring it out.

My only (tiny) pet peeve is that the last phrase says "All for you." (implying that the sun shines, flowers bloom, etc. all for the child). I usually change the words to "All for God" or just leave them out. Ya know, can't make baby all self centered. ;)

Please,buy it for your baby and for others!!

UPDATE: Now 2 years old, my son still asks to have this book read to him, and my baby niece who I care for during the week loves looking at the pictures just as much as her cousin did!

My son, Daemon, LOVES this book. I bought it for him when he was almost a month old, and he just gazed at each page for the longest time. So intrigued! He is now 2 1/2 months old and still loves looking at it. If he fusses during tummy time, I prop this book in front of him, and he would just stop to stare at the awesome black and white images. Now he just gives me the biggest smile every time I show him this book. It's our favorite!!!
