Great SMALL Pedal Tuner!

Great pedal tuner, takes up so little space! Decided to buy a second one to just leave on each board. Sturdy, used frequently on all kinds of jobs/stages. Very happy!

Scratched screen

It came with a scratched screen , it was really disappointing

Solid Tuner!

Great tuner with definitely a lot of options for tuning and whether you want it to mute your signal or not, AND with a buffer too. My last tuner was okay but this one definitely feels like it’s going to last longer.

Estéticamente parece que está usado o que tiene una pésima manufactura. Aún no lo pruebo pero si sale algo más lo devolveré.

Wish I'd bought one of these years ago

Look, I was primarily a keys player for a long time. When I was playing guitar and bass more, polyphonic tuning wasn't even an idea that I know of. I was skeptical!

But I saw one of these on so many players' boards that I knew it had to work so I gave it a shot.. I'm sold. Get it if you don't already have a tuner that you're happy with.

If you already have the boss chromatic or another pedal (not clip) tuner that gets you tuned JUST KEEP IT. At the end of the day, this is a tuner. Spend the same $ on a tone pedal. But if you don't or if you only have clip on tuners, or the little 3 led tuner built into your practice amp or multi fx ... Get it ASAP.

Great Little Tuner

I recently purchased the Polytune Mini Tuner, and it has completely met all of my expectations. The chromatic tuner is lightning-fast and extremely accurate, ensuring my guitar always sounds its best.

The build quality is impressive, and it feels very durable, which gives me confidence it will last a long time. One thing to be aware of is that it doesn't come with an AC power cord, so if you're not using it on a board, you'll need to buy one separately. It also doesn't run on a 9-volt battery, unlike some other tuners I've used in the past. Despite this minor inconvenience, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to any guitarist looking for a reliable, high-quality tuner.

This is incredibly useful and precise, plus the powerful Bonafide pedal circuit has a powerful buffer inside that will keep the signal power high with long cables. Precision

I love the features

This pedal is compact and full of features. I see no point in a larger tuner, as this does everything you will ever need. You can set it to have the screen off and audio , screen on and audio, screen on and no audio, or no screen and no audio (off). I love this feature set because it does everything you could want it to. The switch has a nice click, and feels robust. I recommend this product for sure.

"New" Purchase Scratched and Dinged On Arrival

I was under the impression I was purchasing a brand new tuner, but this showed up. The screen is scratched all to hell and there's a chip at the front of the pedal. If I was buying a used one from somebody for less, this would be fine. It's pretty ridiculous on when purchasing a new one, though. I haven't even plugged it in and used it yet, but this is already fairly disappointing.

Recieved Used/Scratched Unit

The product arrived in the box with no bag or protective screen cover. The screen on the unit was scratched and pitted. I paid full price for a new product. Had this been noted as used or a scratch and dent with the price marked down 20-30%, this would have been fine.

Other than the cosmetic damage, the unit worked. I spent a little time with it while mulling over returning it.

First thing I did was check to see if there was any noticeable difference in sound when the buffer was on/off. I didn't hear a difference and decided to keep the buffer off. For reference, I had 6 pedals set up after the tuner.

I'm use to using a strobe tuner, so I changed the single string tuning to strobe. TC Electronics notes on their website that this is the most accurate way to tune using this pedal at +/- 0.02 cents. That and size were my two reasons for picking up this unit in the first place. The unit tuned fine to my ear using this set up.

I've always been curious about the polytune feature. After tuning using the more accurate strobe mode, the polytune continuously told me my low E and G strings were flat. Going back to the strobe mode they were perfectly in tune. If I tuned to where the polytune showed them in tune, the strobe mode showed them (as expected) sharp. I would expect the less accurate polytune mode to show the strings in tune when the more accurate strobe mode does, but it didn't.

While small, the screen is very bright and easy to read while in home lighting conditions. It is popular for a reason. At $99, it is the most accurate tuner I could find if you are using the strobe mode. I wouldn't recommend this for the polytune feature.

Received a pre-owned product!

*UPDATE I feel like a lunatic. After a year of owning it I realized it had a plastic film over the screen :’) I would’ve never known until it started peeling back. 5 star review, no complaints. Still working like it did on day 1.

Works fine, but “USED” would have been helpful in the description. The screen looks like a cat previously owned this pedal! Not a major deal or anything but I certainly wouldn’t spend $100 if I wanted to buy a pre-owned product!!
