A good mouse for productivity

There is a lot to like about the TECKNET Wireless Mouse, but there are a few callouts I will make here. This mouse reminds me a lot of my current Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse. It's only a bit bigger, which isn't a bad thing. It's comfortable in your hand, especially if you prefer a more curved, contoured design that fits and supports your palm. I'm not a huge fan of thin-profile mice like Apple's Magic Mouse, but this ergonomic style fits my tastes better. The plastic housing feels almost identical to my old Logitech, which is good because it has a nice, smooth, high-quality feel and is a good experience overall. The mouse glides smoothly over my mouse pad, and the buttons are effortless to click. Overall, it's a very positive experience using this mouse.

What I like:

Feels comfortable to use.

Nice buttons

Charges via USB-C

Connects via Bluetooth or supplied USB adapter

Travel-friendly size

How this product can be improved:

The scroll has a lot more tension than I like. It's very usable, but I prefer an effortless scroll wheel. I think including a way to have a smooth, effortless scroll instead of a more-tension scroll would have been a helpful feature.

The mouse can connect via Bluetooth or use the included USB-A adapter. I like that it has two options, but in this day and age it should be USB-C. I don't have a USB-A port on my Mac, so I have to use a dongle that converts USB-A to USB-C in order to use it.

Overall, it's a good-quality mouse, and if you don't mind the two things I called out, you will like this mouse a lot. I don't game with it, but from a productivity perspective, it's pretty solid.

Rechargeable Wireless Mouse with LED Display

This is a great little mouse. I've been using it as a travel mouse for field surveys with my laptop. The mouse is made well and feels good in the hand. The plastic is textured nicely with clean mold lines from the manufacturing process. The display feels a little like a gimmick, but a fun one that doesn't negatively impact performance. The mouse has three connection modes, two bluetooth and one 2.4Ghz with included dongle. I tested this with the included dongle and there were no connection issues. The dongle nests into the bottom of the mouse for convenient storage and travel.

The mouse is rechargeable and comes with a USB-C cable. The mouse has forward and back buttons on the side and the scroll wheel has a middle click, all of which has become fairly standard over the past decade, but is still nice to see on a mouse priced this affordably. I have large hands, but I was still able to use this mouse comfortably. I've seen this going on sale, so it would be prudent to check the price history before purchase. If you can get this at the lower end of its price, I think it's a great buy.

FINALLY AN ACTUAL SILENT CLICK

I have a tecknet mouse from several years ago that I absolutely loved, but it made a lot of noise as I clicked. This would normally not be an issue for general office jobs, but I do a lot of video calls and cannot mute myself. Sometimes I need to click away to look at a schedule or check a chart, and the clicking sound is pretty stark and disruptive.

Other mice advertise being silent click, but this one actually is! The mouse is small, which is ideal for travel, portability, and small hands. It connected so quickly to Bluetooth and took literally no setup- just full plug and play.

I wish they had a couple more color options since I had a fun purple one in the past, but really I have zero complaints. It feels good to maneuver, is lightweight, and charges easily with a USB-C cord, ensuring you never find yourself out of batteries and suddenly mouse-less.

I have 100% recommend this!

Decent, after some BT pairing issues

_____ The Good: ____

* Option to connect via Bluetooth or via included USB dongle.

* Clicks and scrolls smoothly. Clicks are whisper quiet.

* More features than I even need. I'm unlikely to need the sensitivity control and direction control features, but it's nice that they are there.

* Seems solid and sturdy enough.

* Decently Ergonomic.

* I appreciate the feel of the brushed finish as opposed to the smooth finish that some computer mice have. (See photos)

_____ The Bad: _____

* Had some difficulty getting the Bluetooth setup with my wife's laptop. We had to attempt to pair multiple times before it worked. Still not sure what the issue was, but it did eventually work. Was much easier to use with the dongle.

Great BT mouse

I ordered this mouse as I was looking for a dedicated mouse for travel, or when I work remotely.

What I love about this product:

* Pairs to multiple devices

* Easy to pair

* Smooth scroll

* Feels good in the palm of your hand

* Rechargeable via USB-C

* Multiple pair methods (BlueTooth and dongle)

* Quiet clicks

Removed One Star:

* During testing, I did experience a few times.. I tried to hold down a button to expand windows or to drag windows around, and the button would release even though my finger was still held down.

In summary, this is a good mouse which I’ll use as my travel mouse.

Surprisingly Feature Packed

I've used a few Tecknet mice over the years, and this one is one of the better ones I've tried from them.

And this mouse is actually fairly well designed. It has a small little LED screen for battery capacity and a DPI button, which is pretty ambitious. Supposedly it's 800 to 4800 DPI. I did have a few tracking and latency issues for a few seconds yesterday, but most of the 10-12 hours I've tested so far has been smooth.

It has a nice compact design, a couple of buttons on the side for going forward and backward (typical stuff), a scroll wheel that doesn't really feel too clacky, and left and right mouse buttons that don't feel too clicky. No RGB, which could be good or bad depending on what you're looking for.

I also like the inclusion of dedicated skates on the bottom once you remove the film. You'd be amazed how many of these more budget mice don't include them or have poor ones.

This one is interesting because it's USB charged and doesn't have the option to take AA or AAA batteries. But it also has Bluetooth compatibility via the dual-mode feature, which is pretty sweet.

I've been using it on my laptop for the last couple of days with Bluetooth and I haven't noticed any poor connectivity other than some mild latency issues early on. It's worked well for me so far.

The small screen and the mouse skates are probably my favorite inclusion. And so far I haven't run the battery out on it yet. Supposedly it has a 700 mAh battery that can provide a full day of use after only 5 minutes of charging, with a full charge life of 90 days. But I haven't tested it long enough to fully evaluate battery life yet.

Rechargeable - No AA or AAA needed any longer!

This mouse works great! It is smooth and clicks quietly and the best part is no batteries needed as it is rechargeable, which makes this an environmentally ideal product as it saves on battery waste. It charges fast too. Stop changing batteries and get this mouse! It has 6 DPI settings so you can set it to your preferred speed with a quick click of the button on the top. I’m a big fan of Technet products and this mouse does not disappoint.

Cordless mouse rechargeable battery

This wireless mouse has quickly become one of my favorite productivity accessories. The standout feature is the built-in LED status display, which makes it incredibly easy to check battery life, DPI settings, and connection mode without having to guess or dig through software settings. It’s a small detail that adds a lot of convenience.

The dual-mode connectivity is excellent for multitasking. I can connect it to my laptop, tablet, and desktop computer at the same time and switch between devices with a simple click. This has made my workflow much more efficient, especially when working across multiple screens and platforms.

Battery life is another major advantage. The rechargeable battery lasts a very long time on a single charge, eliminating the need to constantly replace batteries. I also appreciate being able to continue working while it charges.

The adjustable DPI settings provide precise control for different tasks, whether I’m browsing, editing documents, working on design projects, or handling detailed spreadsheet work. The tracking is smooth and responsive across a variety of surfaces.

Comfort is also a strong point. The compact, ergonomic design fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to carry when traveling. The silent-click buttons are a huge bonus, making it perfect for shared offices, libraries, meetings, or late-night work sessions without disturbing others.

Overall, this is a well-designed, feature-rich wireless mouse that combines convenience, comfort, long battery life, and excellent multi-device functionality. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to boost productivity while keeping their workspace clutter-free.

Good Bluetooth Mouse!

This mouse works well with no issues. It is easy to connect to the computer with either the bluetooth connectivity or the dongle. It appears as it does in the listing with no blemishes or imperfections. All buttons work. Response is good and immediate. Charging is quick and easy via USB-C with the provided cord. This is a decent value for the price. Works well for gaming as well as general computer use and working.

Operates super quietly, ergonomic for small to medium size hands, quick DPI change

Product: TECKNET Bluetooth Mouse with Screen, [ BT5.2+BT5.0+2.4G ] Wireless Mouse, Type-C Rechargeable with LED Screen Display, 4800DPI Computer Mice, Silent Click, Tri-Mode for Laptop, Computer, iPad, MacBook

ASIN: B0GG8C2NT5

This wireless mouse is an absolute powerhouse and seriously streamlined my daily workflow. It’s everything I want in a productivity gadget and works great for gaming.

The most genius feature has to be the built-in LED status display. Knowing the DPI level or battery life at a quick glance, without having to guess or fiddle with settings, it is incredibly helpful. I primarily use it on my gaming PC using the 2.4Hz USB dongle, it is also great to have the option of connecting this to two other devices via Bluetooth, which I can switch back and forth if I wanted to.

It has long battery life, but I use this mouse for longer than 2 hours a day so I don’t think it will reach the rated 120-day battery. Nevertheless it only takes 1.5 hours to fully charge. The customizable DPI settings are perfect whether I'm doing detailed spreadsheet work, browsing or in the middle of my favorite game.

It operates super quietly, which is a huge win since I also work late and I don’t want to disturb my better half. It feels ergonomic and compact enough to toss in my travel bag without sacrificing performance.

Feature‑Rich Mouse With Excellent Wireless Performance

The TECKNET tri‑mode Bluetooth/2.4G mouse is a surprisingly capable productivity device, especially for its price point. Its most distinctive feature is the integrated LED display, which provides real‑time DPI readouts and connection mode indicators. This is more than a gimmick — it makes it easy to confirm whether you’re on BT5.2, BT5.0, or the 2.4GHz dongle, and it eliminates the guesswork when switching between devices.

From a hardware standpoint, the mouse feels well‑built. The shell has a smooth matte finish that resists fingerprints, and the buttons use a silent‑click mechanism that keeps noise extremely low without feeling mushy. The scroll wheel has defined steps and good tactile control, which is important for precision work.

Performance is where this mouse stands out. The 4800 DPI sensor tracks accurately across a variety of surfaces, including wood, laminate, and textured desk mats. DPI switching is instant, and the LED display confirms the exact level you’re using — a nice upgrade over the usual “cycle and hope” approach on budget mice. Wireless stability is excellent in all three modes, with BT5.2 offering the lowest latency and strongest connection.

The Type‑C rechargeable battery is another strong point. Power consumption is efficient, and the mouse can run for extended periods between charges. The ability to use it while charging is convenient, and the included cable is long enough for desktop use.

Ergonomically, the mouse is mid‑sized and best suited for fingertip or claw grip. Larger hands may find it slightly narrow for long sessions, but the overall shape is comfortable for typical office and browsing use. Weight is light enough for quick movements without feeling hollow.

Overall, this TECKNET model is a feature‑dense wireless mouse that delivers stable connectivity, accurate tracking, and genuinely useful on‑device feedback via the LED screen. It’s a strong choice for multitaskers who switch between devices or anyone who wants more control and visibility over their mouse settings.

Premium Features and Excellent Value for Just $15

Item Reviewed: TECKNET Bluetooth Mouse with Screen, [ BT5.2+BT5.0+2.4G ] Wireless Mouse, Type-C Rechargeable with LED Screen Display, 4800DPI Computer Mice, Silent Click, Tri-Mode for Laptop, Computer, iPad, MacBook

ℹ️ Summary

I picked this up because, honestly, it looked like a nice mouse for $15. Turns out, it's an exceptional mouse for $15. Right out of the box, it feels durable and made from quality materials. I had no issues pairing it to both my Windows PC and my iPad Air 5th Gen, and the included 2.4G nano receiver was truly plug and play.

One of my favorite features is the ability to connect to up to three devices at once, with simple one-button switching between two Bluetooth connections and the 2.4G receiver. The six DPI settings (800, 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200, and 4800) make it easy to dial in the sensitivity you prefer. I also ended up liking the small LED screen much more than I expected. It displays the current DPI setting, battery level, and active connection mode, which is surprisingly useful.

The feet on the bottom glide smoothly across my desk, and the left and right click buttons are extremely quiet and barely audible. The mouse isn't particularly large, but I have bigger hands and still found it very comfortable for extended use. Overall, I absolutely love this mouse and it earns an easy 5-star rating from me.

✅ What I Like

- Great price for $15 listing price at time of order.

- Easy to pair.

- Can use on up to three devices (two Bluetooth and one 2.4G nano receiver) with easy one-button switching.

- Six DPI settings (800, 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200, and 4800) with easy one-button cycling.

- Two side buttons that can be mapped (depending on the device it's paired to).

- LED screen shows current DPI setting, battery level, and current output (BT1, BT2, or 2.4G).

- Size is comfortable even for larger hands.

- Feels durable and made with quality materials.

- Left and right click buttons are super quiet.

- Mouse feet glide smoothly.

❌ What Could be Better

- Nothing at all.

Final Verdict | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This mouse punches well above its $15 price point. The tri-mode connectivity, useful LED display, quiet clicks, and comfortable design make it feel like a much more expensive mouse. I have zero complaints and would gladly buy another one.

Here is how I rate items:

5 ⭐️ = Completely exceeds expectations.

4 ⭐️ = Works well with minor concerns.

3 ⭐️ = Does the job, nothing special.

2 ⭐️ = Some things work, but lots of issues.

1 ⭐️ = Didn’t work well, not worth it.

Smart, Comfortable, and Convenient Wireless Mouse

This Bluetooth mouse is a great combination of comfort, functionality, and modern features. It works very well for daily computer use, office work, and travel.

One of my favorite features is the LED display screen. It is very convenient because I can quickly check the battery level, DPI setting, and connection mode without guessing.

The tri-mode connection is another big advantage. Being able to connect through Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless makes switching between my laptop, desktop, tablet, or other devices very easy.

The rechargeable Type-C battery is very convenient. I do not have to worry about constantly replacing batteries, and the long battery life makes it reliable for everyday use.

I also like the adjustable DPI settings. It is easy to change the sensitivity depending on whether I am doing normal browsing, office work, or detailed tasks.

The silent click design is excellent, especially when working in quiet environments. The clicks feel comfortable without creating distracting noise.

The size feels comfortable in my hand, and the compact design makes it easy to carry in a laptop bag.

Overall, this is a well-designed, modern, and reliable wireless mouse with useful smart features. The LED screen, rechargeable battery, and multi-device connection make it a great choice. Highly recommended.

Lightweight

I use this mouse every day. It's lightweight, and comfortable.

Great basic budget mouse and a warning

I bought this back in Dec 2021 and the mouse has been working great! It's lightweight, does what it needs to do and travels well. However, I forgot to close my blinds one day and the blue mouse literally melted. So much so that the right mouse button no longer clicks. All other functionality seems to be OK, though, it's just that the righ side melted into the body. With that being said, 4 stars, -1 star for cheap thin plastic. At least it's on sale again so I'll be buying another to replace this one.

Great for the price

Not sure about some of the issues people talked about but for under $15 I have no complaints. As long as you have good batteries everything works as according to plan. I would highly recommend it.

islandlady

It works well for my needs

Update: This still works ok, but the accuracy on it is not great. I kind of bought it because of the dark blue color which is hard to find. But I am now using my microsoft bluetooth mouse as it is more accurate, so I'm a bit disappointed now. I am not in the U.S. so ordering a new one will be more expensive, so I may hang on with this for a little while, but am sure I will replace it.

I bought this to use with a new laptop. It works great, I don’t do gaming, so I have no idea how it works for that. But for everyday use and business use, it works well so far.

The mouse I would design -- it's got everything

I wanted a great Bluetooth mouse that wouldn't take a USB port with a receiver. The Teknet has both: pop off the battery cover, and there is the Nano Receiver, neatly tucked in where you can grab it if Bluetooth doesn't work. (I just threw away an HP mouse that used a receiver because I could no longer find the receiver. It's great when the receiver resides inside the mouse or presentation pointer where you can find it.) There's a switch on the bottom to select Bluetooth or the 2.4 Wireless Receiver or to turn off the mouse. Requires only one battery.

The wheel runs smoothly and the buttons are sure, which is important: I'm replacing my Microsoft mouse, which -- after a few years -- required pounding or excessive compression to complete a click.

Easy hookup and fast

Was easy to hook up. Just switch to BT on bottom of mouse and hooked right up. Also tried connecting with the 2.5 and connected no problem. Fits hand perfectly. Love it so far

Stopped working after 6 weeks, repairing fails and of course there is no online manual

This initially paired easily like you would expect for any BT device, it just that it stopped working at all after 6 weeks. Changed battery and tried running through repair process.

Really annoyed that for something so simple, I have to spend 30 minutes looking for a manual to BT pair with my mac. MAC is showing a code for some reason and I am getting a couldn't connect.

Pretty good, does mouse things

It's a great mouse, but I hate that it doesn't reconnect when I move it. If I let it sit for too long without moving it it disconnects and needs to be turned off and back on to use it. My old mouse would turn off after the same amount of time, but then when I moved the mouse it would turn itself on and reconnect. Not a deal-breaker, just a nuisance, otherwise it's a great mouse.

Unbeatable!

I've been using this mouse daily for about 6 years now and have gone through only 3 sets of batteries. Very comfortable and works on any surface. I travel often and the USB chip stays stored in the mouse perfectly: secure, yet still not a fight to get out of the storage port. Still works as perfect as the first day I got it. A total steal for the price!!

C

Cindy Z

The first one has a defect, and the 2nd one has the same defect!!

I bought one a few days ago. I tried with new batteries. The mouse only gets power when I partially insert one battery; after fully insert two battery into correct positions, the mouse will lose battery power - seems some defect of battery house metal plate. I returned it. I bought another one. I received a brand new one today. It has the same defect!! I attach a video to show the problem.

B

Ben

Mouse works fine, but glossy and left rubber piece for thumb gets dirty

The first one I ordered is Gray color in matte finish and it feels good. But it's returned since there were couple defects on the painted gray front piece. Then I ordered a black one which is glossy and not the mate finish as showed on the web images. I like the matte finish better.

The grid piece on the left for the thumb is made with rubber. It gets dust eaisily and becomes very dirty in just a few minutes of use. It was black but soon becomes dirty grey and looks old. This is not good.

The bluetooth mouse does work well with Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux. The design fits well for my small hand and the price is reasonable. It's not so heavy because of using 2 AAA small batteries. Don't know the actual battery life yet.

R

Ricardo

It’s a great mouse.

I like how it’s a Bluetooth mouse so you don’t have to take up one of your USB ports. Good size and easy set up. Nicely designed too

Color seems washed out, price could be lower

Very portable. Plastic feels a bit flimsy and the color seems a little washed out. A little expensive for the price I'd say.
