Just what I was looking for, but not reliable long-term

I love the simplicity of these MP3 players. I just wanted something my kids should listen to audiobooks on at night.

I have purchased a total of 7 of these.

(1) randomly stopped working

And (2) of them had the batteries expand/explode to where the screen pops off the unit and it is no longer working.

The (4) remaining MP3 players are working well, but I won't buy another one.

Sound quality needs to be improved

Great video play is excellent but sound quality on MP3 player is poor needs to be improved I tried the built-in equalizer but it was not much help I'll keep it anyway.

Great little device😊

I was looking for small mp3 player and this one can do the job.

You can connect it to your WiFi or download music on to small sim card (64gb) provided in package.

I contacted it to my JBl via Bluetooth and I can also charge my little device with USB cable directly from my speaker

Just not functional unable to display on your car stereo

So got this unit thinking it could replace my old MP3 players that I connect to my car's usb . Got it nice looking unit, display and loading music mp3 files from my HD was easy enough. I created a playlist and set up the Bluetooth. Well no artist /track info displays on your car's player . I tried for over an hr thinking I was doing something wrong to no avail. I contacted the company's customer service via email here the response. Seriously how stupid is it that this unit can't display on your system making it non functional imo. I sent it back ill stick with my old school players that work for me.

I know you have encountered the problem that the car does not display the music on the player. You did not make a mistake, but the playlist of our player cannot be displayed on the car. You can only play specific music through the player.

Fast delivery as usual

Not what I expected for an MP3 player to be but it’s usable. Just hate have to download music from computer to the chip so old school

Great shock case

This case is good because it doesn’t interfere with you speaker when you use it or the camera. It is NOT good against water.

It's okay

Loading songs was good but once I got them on the player the sound was Cracking and pop which was not what I hoping for. I guess its good for the price.

My daughter barley used it in the 4 months she had it. Sat most of summer on dresser not being used and she wanted to use and it won't turn on. I have tried charging multiple times just won't work. When plugged in will only do this won't turn on. Don't buy.

After I posted my review they reached out to me via email and replaced with a brand new one. It works like new and I would reccommed buying it as their customer service is amazing.

A good mp3 player, at a fair price.

I ordered this 72GB WiFi Mp3 Player with Bluetooth, TIMMKOO 4.0" Full Touch Screen Mp3 Mp4 Player with Speaker, Portable HiFi Sound Walkman Digital Music Player with FM Radio,Recorder, Ebook,Clock, Browser, for myself. I liked the size of this mp3 player and the touchscreen. I found the software a little difficult to use in transferring my 30Gb of music from my PC to the mp3. After downloading their software, it would start to transfer and stop after a few Gigabytes. I found it much easier to take their 64gb micro SD card(which was included) and put it into my MicroSD reader and insert it directly into my PC. I then transferred the 30gb of music onto the card with no problems, and when inserted into the Mp3 player, it recognized all the music. The volume output level to my Bluetooth ear pods, is not as loud as the wired headphones, but it will do. For $50.00 this offers up a lot of uses, granted it is not a $300.00 iPod, but it does serve as a mp3 player quite well for the price.

I would buy this again.

The battery life is wonderful. I think it's a little too heavy and for that reason I wish it had some sort of clip attachment. No problem I guess I'll have to 'MacGyver' it. For my needs, I love it!

Screen may crack electronically but great device otherwise

Great device. The difference between this one and past versions is that it has google chrome and it was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve had past versions and they work great until the screen gets cracked too much, then it won’t work. So I ordered this one and a case with it and it was great until it cracked inside but not out so the screen is glitchy and I can’t see half of it. Maybe I got a faulty one or something but a great product otherwise. I hope this helps.

Pretty good but it turn out bad

Sound is great and connect to Bluetooth is good. Kind of weird because the first time I use when I plug in the earbuds can't hearvthe music even the volume went up max and the battery life don't even last 3 hours. But after need recharge the mp3 everything went good. I can hear the music from earbuds and battery last many hours.

After exactly 1 year it suddenly stop working. I only getting logo and nothing else.

Not loud in headphones

I really like this mp3 player. It is not the exact color as pictured. It is more a lighter blue with orange buttons. Its easy to set up and use. The minishare app is awesome for transfering songs or books. It isn't bad for reading on either. The radio is a nice plus too. It also has bluetooth and wifi. Though you can't download anything over the internet. All that said, I have it turned on almost full blast and it just isnt loud in headphones. Ive tried having equalizer on and off. It makes no difference. Just wish it was louder in headphones without blasting it to 100% volume.

Easy to use media player with FM radio, WIFI, Bluetooth, and expandable storage

I use this media player mostly at the gym for offline music and FM radio to listen to the gym TV’s.

For my use it works great. I can load up an SD card with offline music that works at times when my phone would have poor reception. It makes me miss the days when android phones had an SD card slot for extra storage.

PROS:

-Pre-installed screen protector

-Plastic build makes it light weight

-SD card storage expandable

-FM radio (with recording capability)

-Bluetooth audio works great

-wifi works well for uploading files from your computer over WIFI via the HiBy music app

-clear and concise printed manual documentation

-plays 1080p x264 with no issues

-youtube works via chrome

-great battery life, 5+ days of use (compared to a phone since it's just a media player)

CONS:

-Can’t load additional apps

-FM radio only works with wired headphones (not bluetooth)

-4k and x.265 videos stutter on playback

-USB port works for charging and as a “HOST” for USB drives

Notes on USB:

-I was able to connect a USB drive and download files.

-I was **NOT** able to connect via USB to a computer as a “DEVICE” to send files. (even though the manual says it should work, it did not work for me on multiple linux and windows computers)

- While this would be nice, for my use its not a deal breaker

- I load data directly to the micro SD card

- Or I load data via WIFI using the HiBy music app which lets you upload files via any web browser.

Junk and now my son is really upset. Barely even used it. Not happy.

Nice MP3 player

I actually have no issues with this

MP3 works great

So does the MP4 videos

Even pictures on your SD cards work well

For me, since I left android I had Micro SD card with songs can’t be found on Apple Music so I needed a device I can listen to these MP3

It worked well

And the battery isn’t bad. I use it multiple times and still have good battery lift left

MP3 so far radio ok won’t work WiFi with headphones

iPhone music download not as instruction booklet state. Still won’t accept to my iTunes account.

Hard to get Bluetooth headset to work without cord cumbersome using with cord attached still trying to figure out how to work instructions not really helpful.

Used and broken

I purchased 2 of these over 2 days. They were both broken, and I returned them both. The first one I purchased on Oct. 6, 2022. This unit had a broken screen and appeared to be used. There was no protective cover over the player. It was just in the box without a screen cover. I sent it back Oct. 6, 2022. I ordered another unit on Oct. 7, 2022. This unit was obviously broken when packaged. It did have a cover over the screen. It was in two pieces with a rubber band holding it together (see pictures). There was no question that this was a used item. There was no mention that units may be used.

Five Stars for the Q5

I'm definitely very happy with my new Q5. It's a beautiful and rugged little device.

The app they make toy download to get music over your phone is kinda skeptical to me .

The app they have you download is kinda weird to me.

Just what I needed

I'm very pleased so far. Only time will tell how long lasting it will be. I had no trouble getting it to play my music. I simply took a 64 gb SD card out of one of my phones and popped it in. It took a few minutes to load and then I was able to access albums, artists. Genres, or random. It was very similar to my old android phones. The Bluetooth worked great. I have used this great mp3 at the gym three times so far. Plenty of volume and no dropped signals. At the gym I use a pair of tozo t6 ear buds. At home I use Edifier tws 1 pros.

Pairs right up.

Update: I have been using this mp3 player for 7 months now and it continues to serve me well. It pairs easily with my Edifier ear buds. Sounds good and gives me all the volume I want. I've been pleased with my purchase. I can't speak to how long the battery life is because I usually use it for working out and rarely need more than an hour.

Kinda Derpy

I’m rating it 3 stars because…#1 this is the first MP3 player I’ve had that you can make playlists on which is a huge deal to me. I like my music organized and go right to what I want. #2 the Bluetooth isn’t all that bad on it. It took a minute to get my AirPods to connect but now I don’t have a problem. That being said…it’s derpy. 1st off it’s slow to respond to touch. I haven’t messed with the calibration settings so maybe I just need to do that. So checking the settings there are no calibration settings #2 it crashes a lot. And won't even connect to the music player. Even when I’m at full battery life I have to constantly reset it. I have a 64gb micro SD card w all my music on it and it seems to make it slower. #3 the battery gets very hot. It's derpy and not worth the money. i should have checked the reviews before buying. Maybe I can get it to work for one of my kids.

Not enough words but worth it.

Kept sending older model

I ordered 1 green and 1 white. The green came as the Q5. The white was a QE3 the older model. I sent it back 3 times and it just kept coming as the QE3. I am disappointed. These are Christmas gifts and trust me when I say my kids will notice they aren't the same. BEWARE MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING THE CORRECT MODEL
