Performs exceptionally well

This conference camera system performs exceptionally well, and its overall performance is impressive. The video quality is clear and sharp, and the 5x digital zoom provides crisp images even when filming large conference rooms.

Its most notable feature is automatic tracking. It smoothly follows the speaker, maintaining the professionalism of the presentation without the need for frequent manual adjustments. The audio quality during calls is clear, and setup is straightforward.

All in all, this is a high-quality conference system that fully lives up to its claims and is an ideal choice for meetings, presentations, and live streams.

Serious conference-room camera, not really a normal webcam

This thing is substantial. It’s much larger than a typical webcam and really feels like equipment intended to live permanently in a conference room rather than sit on top of a monitor.

The camera itself is excellent. 4K video is sharp, the 120-degree field of view is wide enough to cover a room, and the motorized PTZ system gives you considerably more flexibility than a fixed webcam. The auto-tracking works well, and you can also control pan, tilt, zoom, and presets from the included remote. The gesture controls are a neat addition and actually make sense when you’re standing away from the computer.

The separate speakerphone is also a much better approach for a meeting room than trying to cram the microphone and speaker into the camera housing. It can sit in the middle of a table where people are actually talking, while the camera can be mounted wherever it gives the best view. Audio is clear, and the speakerphone can connect by USB or the included wireless dongle.

Connectivity is unusually good for this kind of setup. The camera has USB 3.0 as well as HDMI, and the package includes the mounting hardware, cables, power supply, remote, and speakerphone. It can go on a desk, wall, tripod, or ceiling depending on how permanent you want the installation to be.

This is complete overkill if all you need is a little camera for an occasional Zoom call, but that really isn't what it is designed for. For an actual conference room, large office, classroom, or anywhere you want a camera that can follow someone moving around the room, it's a very capable setup.

A Fantastic All in One Conference Setup!

I have been using this 4K conference camera system for quite some time now, and it has significantly improved how we communicate with remote participants during our company meetings. The 4K lens is incredibly sharp, providing excellent visual clarity. The PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom) capabilities are outstanding, the camera can rotate a full 360 degrees horizontally and tilt up and down smoothly to cover the entire room. Controlling these movements with the included remote is super responsive, and the sensitivity when zooming in and out is incredibly fast and precise. Combined with the AI auto tracking, it follows the active speaker seamlessly, making presentations much more dynamic.

I am equally impressed by the wireless speakerphone. The reception and microphone pickup are exceptionally clear, ensuring every voice in the room is transmitted perfectly. It even doubles as a great speaker for playing background music when not in a call.

As an objective caveat for potential buyers, there are two things to note. First, the only minor issue is that the room requires relatively bright lighting for the lens to perfectly achieve and display its true 4K clarity; in dim environments, the visual quality might drop slightly. Second, while the speakerphone offers fantastic wireless freedom, please note that the main PTZ camera unit itself still requires a dedicated DC 12V power supply and a wired video output connection (USB 3.0 or HDMI) to your computer. Overall, provided you have a well lit meeting room, this system offers highly responsive controls, robust audio, and an outstanding performance.

A Complete Setup for Meetings, Trainings and Virtual Groups!

I ordered this conference camera system because I wanted something I could use for Zoom meetings, trainings, virtual Bible studies, and other group meetings where a regular little webcam can feel limiting. I am definitely not an expert when it comes to conference equipment, so I was looking for something that gave me everything together in one setup without having to purchase a camera, microphone, and speaker separately. This includes the 4K PTZ camera, wireless speakerphone, remote, wireless dongle, cables, power adapter, and even mounting hardware, so it gives you several options depending on how and where you want to use it.

What really makes this system interesting is how much it is designed to do. The camera has a 120° wide angle view, 4X digital zoom, pan and tilt movement, AI auto tracking, and gesture controls, which can be especially useful for trainings or presentations when you are moving around instead of sitting directly in front of the camera. The separate speakerphone has 360° sound pickup with a listed range of up to 16.4 feet, making this much more suitable for a group sitting around a table than a standard computer microphone. It is compatible with platforms such as Zoom, Teams and WebEx, and the camera can be used on a desktop or mounted to a wall, ceiling, or tripod. There are definitely more advanced features here than I personally need right now, but I like having room to grow into them. For meetings, trainings, presentations, Bible studies, or other virtual group settings, this is a very complete and versatile system.

Skips the fancy extras, nails the basics

This covers the requirements of a small conference room without the cost of the big brands. The image is clear and sharp; colors come through naturally on the display.

Well worth setting up in my workplace. No need for a big brand when we rarely have conference calls.

It doesn’t have some of the whistles and bells on cameras that cost over $1000, but the basics are all there. It's not that sort of camera; it was created for standard video and audio that just works - and for that role it delivers!

This satisfies all my requirements without buying a separate unit. Good item, solid construction, and does its job surprisingly well without being over-the-top!

Next generation conference video and audio!

I spend quite a bit of time in remote meetings and wanted to upgrade from a basic webcam to something better suited for conference calls and group discussions. I needed a camera that could capture a wider area while providing clear video and audio without requiring a complicated setup. This conference room system has made my virtual meetings feel much more polished and professional.

This is a great value for the price. The purchase includes a 4K PTZ conference camera along with a speakerphone set for a complete video meeting setup. The camera features AI auto tracking gesture control 4X digital zoom and a 120 degree wide angle view that works especially well for conference rooms and group meetings. USB 3.0 and HDMI connectivity provide flexible setup options and the system is designed to work with popular platforms including Zoom Teams and OBS.

What impressed me most is how many useful conference features are combined into one system. The wide viewing angle works great for groups the tracking makes presentations more natural and the included speakerphone completes the setup nicely. I highly recommend this system for anyone looking to improve the quality and convenience of remote meetings presentations or conference room calls!

Impressive AI Conference Camera with Excellent Tracking

This AI conference camera is a very impressive piece of equipment. It has a sleek, modern design that looks right at home in a conference room and gives a professional appearance right out of the box. The AI auto-tracking works really well, smoothly following the speaker without distracting or jerky movements, and the hand gesture controls are a great feature that make it easy to operate without having to stop and adjust settings manually. The wide-angle view captures the room nicely, the video quality is sharp, and the built-in speakerphone performs well for meetings. Overall, it feels like a premium product that’s easy to use and delivers exactly what it’s designed to do. For the quality and features, I think it’s a great value and would definitely recommend it.

A solid all-in-one system for remote meetings

We bought this conference room camera system for our showroom and I'm very impressed. The 4K picture quality is clear, and the 120° wide-angle view works well for showing everyone around the table. The AI auto-tracking follows the speaker smoothly, and the gesture controls are convenient once you get used to them.

The included speakerphone provides clear sound for both sides of the conversation, and setup was straightforward with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. We tested for our remote meeting with our sales team to show our samples and it worked well. Pictures are very clear and stable. I have no complaint at all.

Excellent 4K Video Quality and Responsive AI tracking

This conference cam makes recording presentations easier than using my phone or a regular webcam.

On the box I see it is made in China and was manufactured by Shenzhen Tongveo Technology Co., Ltd., located in Shenzhen, China. I also see their phone number, not a US number, and working hours from Mon to Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM. I guess it refers to China time.

According to the specifications provided in the manual, this is an all-in-one conference camera and speakerphone system with a 4K UHD resolution. The camera has a 1/2.8" SONY CMOS sensor with 8.29 megapixels of effective pixels. It supports video signals at 4K@30/25fps, 2K@30/25fps, and 1080p@30/25fps, with a maximum video resolution of 3840x2160. The lens has a fixed focal length of f=2.22mm and an aperture of F2.4, providing a wide field of view: 110° horizontally, 75° vertically, and 120° diagonally.

The camera includes a 5x digital zoom and I can control it via the included remote control that allows me to set up preset positions (up to 255 presets, with 10 accessible via the IR remote). It supports multiple video encoding formats, including H.264, H.265, MJPG, and YUY2, and outputs video via USB 3.0. The camera's power supply is DC 12V/2A, with a power consumption of 12W.

The physical dimensions of the camera are listed as 247.1 x 152 x 169.6 mm (9.73 x 5.98 x 6.68 in) (net) or 285 x 217 x 197 mm (11.22 x 8.54 x 7.76 in) (gross weight), with a net weight of 1.37 kg (3.02 lbs) and a gross weight of 2.45 kg (5.40 lbs). The packaging also indicates it is designed for use in meeting rooms of 16-30 m² (172-323 sq ft) and supports up to 12 attendees.

I received the following items in the box: the HD conference camera, a DC 12V power supply, a black wall mount, mounting screws, a user manual, a remote control, a Bluetooth Speaker and Microphone combo, a Bluetooth dongle, and a USB cable. The remote control has buttons for power, camera selection, preset positions, AI tracking, frame selection, lock, and PTZ movement. It also includes settings for exposure, color, image, and communication.

I set up the camera without using the wall mount and connected it to my computer via the included USB cable. The camera powered on automatically upon connection. I used the remote control to adjust the camera's angle and I don't have to adjust the focus as the camera does it automatically. I rarely find myself manually adjusting the focus. AI tracking works well - the camera follows me without much input on my part. The camera can also follow a person when multiple people are around but I haven't used it for that purpose yet. The camera's pan and tilt capabilities allow for smooth movement across the room.

The round Bluetooth mic/speaker unit is also compatible with wired connections. According to the technical specifications, this speakerphone supports both USB and Bluetooth connectivity. When connected via Bluetooth, it can operate for up to 8 hours on its built-in 2400mAh lithium battery. The device supports a pickup range of 8 meters (16.4 feet) and has a dual-microphone array with noise reduction and full-duplex audio capabilities. It connects to devices like computers, smartphones, or tablets via Bluetooth. The speakerphone is designed to work with popular conferencing software such as the now defunct Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

I find the 4K video quality excellent, and the AI tracking responsive. The built-in speaker and microphone make it easy to conduct meetings without additional equipment. I find it much more valuable than my webcam.

Fantastic cameras for D&D and Fantasy Football

I ordered this camera in order to be able to meet with my friends both virtually and online to do fun things like fantasy football or D&D. This camera has a generously long cord that reaches to my computer. The 4k picture is clear. I love that I can rotate the camera around using the included remote. The speaker phone is loud enough for everyone in the room to hear. It also picks up everyone's voices with ease. I love that I can either connect the speaker via USB or bluetooth. The setup was simple. I plugged in the speaker and the camera. Zoom recognized them right away. I did a sound test, and I was good to go.

Overall, I think this is a high quality conference room setup that provides a tremendous value.

Fancy Setup

I ordered this to Twitch stream with. I thought it might be a nice upgrade because I stream with my wife from my laptop, and we tend to move around a lot; we go outside to smoke, we sit in the living room, we go in the bedroom, we're all over the place because we do very casual Just Chatting streams. Since we're usually streaming from a Mac, getting multiple audio inputs to work correctly can also be challenging, so I was hoping the speakerphone could make it so we could use a single input and still both be heard.

I've only done offline testing so far because we've been too busy with the kids and having a messed up sleep schedule to stream. Setup was a breeze, just plug it in and put batteries in the remote. I was able to connect the speakerphone via both Bluetooth and USB. It even comes with a Bluetooth dongle in case your device doesn't have built in Bluetooth. I haven't tested this yet because everything I can think of to use it with has built-in Bluetooth, but it's a nice bonus if you're working with older devices.

This is probably obvious, but the camera is not super portable. It requires AC power in addition to being plugged into your computer via USB. That makes it less than ideal for our hyper-mobile Twitch streams, but if we were to stay within its orbit, the single-person tracking works extremely well and is very smooth. Zooming in and out is also very easy to do with the included remote and isn't choppy, either. I couldn't figure out the multi-person mode in the time that I used it, but I will continue to play around with it.

The speakerphone can get very loud and I appreciate that it can pick up multiple speakers as a single input. Since it has a Bluetooth connection, it is also much more portable because it does not require AC power. I believe it is rechargeable and can be used completely wirelessly thanks to the Bluetooth functionality, but it might require USB power, I'd have to double check. Even if it does require USB power, it would still be relatively easy to move around with the laptop.

When I do get a chance to test this live on stream I will absolutely update this review with everything I learn about using these devices with Streamlabs. I've never had such a fancy webcam, and I've never had this style of speakerphone at all, but it does seem like a professional setup that would be at home in a corporate conference room, so the current retail price of $350 seems in line with its features and intended use.

Update: Yes, the speakerphone is rechargeable and can be used completely wirelessly. Forgot to mention the camera includes a privacy cover for when not in use. Added photos.

May not be pro quality and have its shortcomings, but it's still worthy of consideration

This review is for the "4K Conference Room Camera System, AI Auto-Tracking PTZ Camera 5X Digital Zoom with Speakerphone Set 120° Wide-Angle USB3.0 for Zoom Skype Teams OBS and More."

I gave a list of issues about this PTZ camera to the seller. At first they didn't respond until I wrote my original review. The camera I first received was defective. The replacement works much better with one major caveat. And a couple of annoyances.

My main caveat is about the contrast. The imaging sensor needs a lot of even light on a subject or dark backgrounds render black and overwhelm the image quality leaving it a bit muddy. If you have low lighting on your subject, expect a lot of compression artifacts due to the lack of color depth. The image is basically useless for any production projects without ample lighting due to a very small cheap optic sensor. That said, when there's adequate lighting, the image is decent enough for conferencing and monitoring or recording simple gatherings. If you are going to expect high quality recordings, you may be disappointed. This isn't a pro-level product.

Second... there is no manual focus, but I now see the listing is mentioning that this particular model does not support manual focus, so I'm not removing a star for that anymore. Keep in mind fixed focus cameras tend to not like closeups.

Third, I couldn't set the camera channel with the first camera I received, but now I can and can control it as channel 3 for instance (see photo- or whatever channel and VISCA channel I wish), where the defective camera was only working in omnichannel mode- stuck there. If you run into this issue, contact the seller as they stand behind their product.

Fourth... pan is jerky at times (quite annoying) and it doesn't make a difference slowing it down enough not to jerk as it moves. This is unfortunate, but not entirely a surprise.

I still feel this PTZ camera is expensive for the actual image sensor and the fact it's a fixt focus system along with the panning issue I outlined. I have a nearly identical model from a suspiciously similarly spelled brand name that is just 1080p, but has a better lens, smooth motion- it's priced comparably. So, there's no real reason not to expect similar behavior from this one. It just doesn't deliver in smooth panning and lack of manual focus.

To work around the panning issue, if you use several of these in a setting, take the focus off the one you plan to pan into a new position, then return focus to it. It's not a perfect way to look like a pro, but it sure beats a jerky pan any day.

If you can live with a fixed focus camera, the need for careful lighting, a slight frame skipping when panning, and the price, this may work well for you- especially if you have a decent PTZ controller. Pro PTZ cameras are generally much more money, so you may want to take that into consideration when choosing this one.

Stunningly good audio & video quality.

Let me be blunt here: This is just as good as a huddlecam or a Vaddio. And yes, I did just say that this is JUST AS GOOD AS A 4 TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR VADDIO SETUP. The 5x digital zoom puts it on par with the 5x optical you'd get on a 1080p vaddio at a similar price point, and the speakerphone is on par with the Jabra 510 UC. In a quiet room, I can hear people at a low conversational volume 20 feet from the speakerphone. And the image shown in the picture is with the camera being about 30 feet from the stage shown, in medium lighting. As you can see, not washed out, not blurry, and what you can't see is that the camera PTZ is buttery smooth.

Overall, I'm stunned at the quality, given the price point.

A Great Tool For Home Podcasters

Combined with compatible video conferencing software, this "conference room" video console provides a helpful tool for home podcasters who want to work with both audio and video. You can set up interviews via Zoom, Skype, and other computer-based video programs, and integrate them with podcasting hardware. Set up a static shot to initiate conversation, or program the camera's AI tools to do the panning and close-up angles for you. Use the built-in microphones within the remote-controlled console, or via the USB jack, connect your own. Given its pixel limitations, I suggest avoiding the zoom/closeup settings to avoid a grainy visual outcome. This isn't "high tech", but with trial and error, you can determine the settings that yield the best results. If there's a Version 2.0. the improvements in visual and sound quality could very well up its rating to 5 stars...

Add a professional element to your zoom calls

This is a great value for the money. The camera has a massive lens and it will pan and tilt to cover who is talking. As someone who is in the video business this is great to have and not have to set up my DSLR all the time. The bracket that comes with it is very functional and will mount directly below the TV so its the right height for those at the conference table. The bluetooth receiver helps pick up audio better than the laptops internal microphone.

High-Quality 4K Office Camera with Smooth Remote Control!

I recently got this office camera for my video meetings, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The 4K resolution is incredibly sharp — everything looks professional and crystal clear, whether I’m in a Zoom call or recording content.

What really sets it apart is the rotating feature and the included remote control. I can easily adjust the angle or zoom in and out without having to touch the camera, which is super convenient during meetings or presentations. The rotation is smooth and quiet, giving it a very polished feel.

It’s well-built, easy to set up, and works flawlessly with my computer. If you need a reliable and high-quality webcam for work, streaming, or virtual meetings, this is a fantastic choice.

Great customer support

I purchased this camera a few months back to record a number or meetings. The original camera I was sent from the factory was defective. I worked with the seller to update the firmware and troubleshoot the issues with the camera. Once it was determined that the original camera could not be fixed with software, the seller sent me a replacement. I have attached an image from the replacement camera. I am very happy with the camera, but most importantly the seller backs their products! Great seller!
