Impressive Battery Life, Rich Sound, and Seamless Multipoint
The battery life on these earbuds is superb, easily lasting over 7 hours of continuous listening on Pocket FM at 60% volume with plenty of juice left. Sound quality far exceeded expectations. Audio is crisp, full, and well-balanced across voice and media. The open-ear fit is lightweight, secure, and comfortable enough for all-day wear without fatigue, and the interactive touchscreen on the charging case looks sharp while making status checks quick and intuitive.
Bluetooth multipoint functionality works flawlessly, handling device handoffs smoothly without the dropped connections common on earbuds like the Samsung Galaxy AI Buds3 Pro. Overall audio performance and smart-case convenience hold up remarkably well even when compared directly to the JBL Tour Pro 2. The only minor hurdle is accessory support, as finding a solid, form-fitting protective case or cover for the unique screen-bearing charging case can be difficult.
Pros:
• Outstanding battery life delivering well over 7 hours of continuous playback at 60% volume
• Sound quality is noticeably rich, clear, and punchier than expected
• Reliable, seamless multipoint Bluetooth switching between devices
• Convenient built-in touchscreen display on the charging case for fast status checks and controls
• Secure, lightweight, and comfortable ergonomic design for extended use
• Touch on the earphones are relatively easy just takes getting use to for touch commands
Cons:
• Lack of third-party protective sleeves or cases available to shield the touchscreen charging case from scuffs
• Microphone use works but not as well as other brands I hear the person im calling saying ‘what did you say?’ a lot unless I talk loudly

Great earbud, great value
These are easy to use earbuds that give great sound. They are comfortable in the ear and like any earbud, small and portable. The screen on the case is very convenient.

Worth the minefield. The best earbuds I've ever owned
These are hands down the best earbuds I've ever owned... once I figured out how to wear them correctly.
I have a tragus piercing that makes regular in-ear earbuds uncomfortable, so I've spent years using only one earbud at a time. I was also worried these open-ear earbuds would fall off every time I moved. Turns out I had absolutely nothing to worry about. These adjust to fit comfortably. They've stayed put through four-hour house cleaning marathons, yard work, and everyday use without a single issue.
The sound quality is fantastic. Music is clean and clear, voices are crisp, and the spatial audio is a total game changer. The motion controls? Seriously... where has this feature been all my life? It's easily one of my favorite things about these earbuds.
The battery life has matched the advertised claims, and while I haven't owned them long enough to speak about years of durability, they feel very well made. I can also personally confirm they're waterproof. I'll spare you the story, but they survived just fine!
I still haven't explored everything these earbuds can do because they are absolutely packed with features, including AI functions and translation. My only real complaint is that the included instructions barely scratch the surface of everything they offer.
Considering how often I used to replace traditional earbuds, these have already proven worth the money. Fewer replacements, more comfort, and way more features. That's a win in my book.

Amazing Open-Ear Earbuds with Smart Features and All-Day Comfort
I’ve been using the TOZO Open X2 Pro AI Smart Open Ear Earbuds, and they have impressed me with how much technology is packed into such a comfortable design. The open-ear style is perfect for staying aware of my surroundings while still enjoying clear, powerful sound. They are comfortable to wear for long periods and don’t create the pressure or fatigue I get from traditional in-ear earbuds.
The sound quality is excellent, with good clarity for music, podcasts, and phone calls. The LCD digital charging screen is a great feature because it makes checking battery status quick and convenient. I also really like the AI assistant and translation features, which add extra usefulness for travel and everyday communication.
The motion and voice controls work well, and the dual-axis adjustment makes it easier to get a secure and comfortable fit. The IPX7 waterproof rating gives me confidence using them during workouts or outdoor activities, and the 36-hour battery life means I don’t have to constantly worry about charging.
Overall, these earbuds offer a great combination of comfort, sound quality, smart features, and durability. They feel like a premium product at a reasonable price and are a great choice for anyone who wants wireless earbuds without blocking out the world around them. Highly recommended!

Nice sound, fit is okay, background noise
I like these headphones. I was looking for something splash proof I can wear to walk laps in the pool. These headphones are a little flakey when it comes to the original bluetooth hookup as it’s the box that connects. After initial hookup, they work fine. The battery life is pretty good (the box charges too, so that is a backup charger). The box itself has a lot of controls and info, which is very cool. I was hoping they would block out more background noise than they do. They are fiddly to wear over your ears when you wear glasses (I wear sunglasses in the pool here in AZ as it is super sunny). It seems I need to adjust the headphones often to keep the sound area in the proper place on my ear. Every time I touch the headphone to move it, of course, it turns the music off because these are touch controlled. The sound out of the box is good, but if you install the app and use one of the presets from the community the sound will blow you out of the water (literally, haha). So, it is a mixed bag, but I do like them a lot. I’m not used to wearing something around each ear. I have long hair, so when putting them on and taking them off they generally pull some hair out of my ponytail and hat (ugh). I like that the bands and the headphone itself can be angled to suit your particular ears. There is a bit of a learning curve with the higher AI and voice control functions. The longer I use them, the better I get with the tech (and I’m a tech person). Would make a very sweet gift.

Amazing Sound and an Innovative Charging Case
To say these over\-ear headphones are amazing would be an understatement\. The sound is powerful and bassy, while voices and instruments remain impressively clear and intelligible\. They work flawlessly, fit comfortably, and everything matches perfectly\.
What really blew my mind is that the carrying case also works as a controller\. That is such a clever and convenient feature\! These headphones feel modern, well\-designed, and absolutely worth recommending\.

A Winner if Walking for Exercise
A Winner if Walking for Exercise
First the Hardware, which is a winner:
I have an aversion to earbud-style headphones that seal themselves inside my ear canal. No matter what size ear tip I attach my ears just don't seem to keep them in place. I also prefer a little bit more ambient noise so I don't feel isolated from my environment, especially if walking for exercise in an area where there may be traffic. To that end, these open-ear headphones are absolutely perfect. The ear loops keep them in place while the open-ear design still lets me hear what's going on around me.
Wireless charging is working flawlessly with several chargers I already own, and it's awesome to just be able to set these down, not have to plug anything in, and have both the case and headphones start charging.
Although not primarily used for phone calls, other people report I sound just fine when taking a call using these.
And now the software experience:
There may be firmware updates available for your case and/or earphones when you are performing the intial setup. I would advise you to make sure to take all available updates prior to any additional setup and configuration. Prior to this the right unit seemed to have connectivity issues, and I could not pair my case with my Android phone (Pixel 8 Pro). The case issue was especially bad and I ended up having to factory reset it and start from scratch once the firmware update happened. The app and software are clearly in their early days.
From a privacy perspective, I found the software to be a bit invasive. It requries the creation of an account just to use the app and requests a lot of permissions. I have not attempted to use any of the supposed onboard AI features. Several features are paywalled and I refuse to submit to a monthly fee to use hardware I already own. See my included screenshot for "premium" designated features.

Comfortable Earbuds That Finally Stay Put, but the App Needs Work
These earbuds are a good alternative for those of us whose ears don’t work with typical in ear earbugs. No matter what size I try, I’ve never been able to get typical earbuds to stay in my ear. Even sitting still, they slowly slide out. So I’d given up on being able to use anything but over the ear headphones. They often hurt my head over time though and they’re bulky.
These have a comfortable and flexible arm that slides over your outer ear to hold them in place so they actually stay on my ear. I can wear them in any position - walking around, lying down, etc. I don’t have to worry about dislodging them. They are comfortable even with glasses on and do not interfere with my ability to take the glasses off or put them back on.
I’m admittedly not an audiophile, but they sound fine to me. The battery life seems good. I’m glad I finally have something I can wear that doesn’t hurt me and stays in place.
The unboxing felt like a fancy experience you get from a high end device.
The app setup was really frustrating. The QR code to download the app worked fine. The app itself felt buggy and annoying to work with though. It required registration to start using it, but I couldn’t get it to work with my preferred password manager or the one built into my phone (iphone). The pairing instructions were an animation that went by too fast with no way to pause it.
There are a lot of fancy techy features, but I have had mixed results in my attempts to use them. I tried to do the setup for the AI and voice commands but it got stuck in the tutorial when it asked me to tap 3x in a row. It looks like the AI starts out on a free trial. I’m not sure what the premium cost is but supposedly you can chat with the AI, record, and have it translate for you in a conversation. I haven’t tested these features since I got frustrated by getting stuck in the tutorial. I tried to just say the wake phrase later and that didn’t work so maybe I have to finish the tutorial to get it working.
The case is cool looking and lights up when you open it. It acts as a remote control but you need to have the app open on the phone I think. I have successfully used it to control the music, but it still displays the info from the first song I played even when I’m halfway through the playlist and even if I use the case to go to the next song it doesn’t update. You can control the volume from there too and some of the settings. I’ll probably just use my phone though, but maybe there’s a use case where the case is more accessible than the phone.
There’s a ton of stuff in the app. I’ve not tried to explore it all. It seems to be able to tell your head’s orientation in space and has posture notifications so I did do calibration and turn those on. I haven’t had the alert go off yet. It also has a thing where you can do a series of exercises that it walks you through and grades your performance.
I have reliably been able to start/stop playback by tapping them.
Overall I’m just glad to find something that’s almost as compact as a typical earbud but actually stays on my ears comfortably. They work well enough but the app and some of the more high tech features could use some polish to work more seamlessly.

Great Sound, Secure Fit, and Excellent Value
I’ve been really impressed with the TOZO Open X2 Pro earbuds. Right out of the box, they paired quickly and were easy to set up. The over-ear hooks keep them securely in place, making them great for walking, working out, or just wearing for long periods without constantly adjusting them.
The sound quality is excellent, with clear vocals, strong bass, and plenty of volume. Calls are also clear, and the earbuds stay connected without any dropouts.
One feature I really like is the charging case with the digital battery display. It makes it easy to see exactly how much charge is left instead of guessing. The purple color also looks great and gives them a premium feel.
Battery life has been solid, and the earbuds are comfortable enough to wear for hours without causing ear fatigue.
Overall, if you’re looking for wireless earbuds with great sound, a secure fit, and premium features at a reasonable price, I highly recommend the TOZO Open X2 Pro. They’ve exceeded my expectations and have become my go-to earbuds.

Amazing earbuds, highly recommend
I have several pairs of Tozo earbuds and they have always struck me as being a great value for the price. I've never had an issue from them, and the quality is far superior to the cost of the unit. I knew this set of earbuds was a little different as I was opening the box. The packaging feels equivalent to a cell phone box - very thick and sturdy. I removed the earbuds from the box to find that the case is metal instead of the usual plastic. The case also features a full color LCD screen that will allow you to change the earbud settings in addition to showing the time and battery status. The earbuds have a great look and fit extremely comfortably on the ear. They're not too heavy and rest comfortably outside the ear canal. Typical earbuds get a little uncomfortable to me after about 20 minutes, but I can wear these for hours with no discomfort. The sound quality is amazing, and the software features things I never expected. By turning on head tracking, the earbuds will change volume when tilting your head. This is a game changer for someone who may have slightly better hearing in one ear and naturally tilts their good ear toward the sound. The equalizer is fully adjustable and features a ton of presets to enhance the sound of the specific type of audio. So far, battery life is fantastic. I'm not usually the type to spring for expensive earbuds, but I think these have spoiled me. I'm truly impressed with them and they'll be my go-to set of earbuds from now on.

Great sound, customization options, and long battery life make these earbuds top-notch.
Earbuds that sit in my ear canal never fit, are uncomfortable, and inevitably give me a headache, so I was really excited to try these TOZO X2 Open Ear Earbuds.
They come in a sturdy, gift-quality box that's perfect for storage or travel. The color and satiny finish are sleek and attractive. The case is solid and has an informative screen on the lid that lights up when you open it.
The earbuds are top quality in design and material durability. They are truly "open-ear", letting me safely hear my surroundings while walking my dogs. The bud physically rotates, allowing me to angle the speaker directly over my ear canal for the best fit and volume. The ear loops are soft, pliable, and comfortable. There's no inner or outer-ear fatigue, even during long wear sessions. The earbuds are very lightweight, and at first, I was concerned that they might slip off. Not so. The curved ear loop holds them securely in place, even during my exercise routine. And my ears don't get sweaty as they did with regular earbuds.
To get started, I downloaded the TOZO app, where I can customize my sound experience. With it, I can control the volume of deep bass, mid-range, and high-pitched sounds independently, making the audio sound clearer.
I can also change and customize the tap controls if I don't like the default settings.
Finally, I can monitor real-time charge percentages for the case and each bud individually
The sound quality is amazing. I especially like the bass boosting feature, which really motivates me during workout sessions. Though ambient noise is present, both music and spoken word are crisp and clear. I sort of feel immersed in sound because it's more natural and less flat than having the sound piped directly into my ear canals.
The battery life is top-notch, too. I'm a heavy user and, when combined with the case, I've gone several days without having to plug in.
I really love these open-ear earbuds for their comfortable fit, customization options, sound quality, and long battery life. If you're looking for high-quality, affordable, open-ear style earbuds, these are an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

Loud but short lived
These are definitely loud for open ear buds, I love the adjustability and that it can comfortably rest on and around my very many ear piercings.
The one bad I do have to mention, these headphones last 4, 6 hours tops. I cannot make them last a single 8 hr shift at work so I have to have back up headphones so these can charge. If they lasted longer I'd give these guys a 5 star rating.

Decent headphones, stopped charging after a month and a half, no response from tech support.
I purchased these a couple of months back. I was decently happy with them while they worked. However, the metal pins in the charging case can get stuck so that the case no longer registers the earbuds as being in the case. This means the earbuds won't charge and so I'm left with a dead set of earbuds that no longer work. I tried contacting tech support, left multiple emails/website submissions and they never got back to me. If TOZO tech support would get back to me to offer to fix these earbuds or send me a replacement, I would be more than happy to change this review!

Was great for work with them not falling out so easily until I noticed the left side not charging as well. Today the left side is completely none responsive and I've had them less then 3 months. Not sure if they are water resistant. I also tried the reset button which did not pop back up.

Right ear bud no longer works, but 5-stars for the excellent customer service
These earbuds worked well for two months. However, now, the right ear bud no longer works and cannot be connected or reset. It always shows a dim, blinking white light. I believe the one I received was defective. I messaged TOZO, who sent me a replacement. I would trust them just for the excellent customer service.

I am pleasantly surprised!
I was skeptical if I would like the open ear design. Specially with the hook over my gear, combined with my glasses. Additionally, I didn’t believe it could possibly feel secure on my ear. And how could the sound quality compare to normal headphones or ear buds?
I am happy to report that I LOVE the headphones. They feel secure on my ear, the sound quality is great and I don’t even feel the hook around my ear. My old earbuds were constantly trying to fall out. My ear canals were not made for earbuds apparently. These odd things fit wonderfully though.
I would definitely recommend!

The sound is okay, but there is another issue
The sound is reasonable quality, they are comfortable to wear. But they get disconnected easily, the bluetooth doesn't automatically connect to them. Sometimes it can't even find them even if they're right next to the phone.

Easy to set up, comfortable to wear.
I just got these. They are easy to setup, they attached to my phone right away, and the tapping controls are easy to use and remember. The sound is good. I'm looking forward to using these at work and on my lunch break walks. Because they sit outside my ear I can see them being comfortable for long periods and the war wraps do not interfere with my glasses. I recommend.

Excellence Out-of-Box
My head exploded after opening the box to TOZO Open Buds. Easy to pair with my iPhone and even with factory charge, sounded pretty good. TOZO App has 5 choices for its equalizer and I found classical and/or standard are my preferences. For the price, pretty good sounding.

I have tiny ears
My husband got me a different brand for Christmas and although I liked the concept those were too big for my ears. So I looked at multiple other brands with this style as I wear my earbuds/headphones almost all day everyday the invasive styles caused me ear pain. Decided to give tozo a try as I have had the brand before and they do make good earbuds. So far its been a few hours with these and I love them even tho they dont go inside the ear canal the sound is great i can just barely hear the noise in my home with the volume on max the base is decent whoch I expected that it wouldnt be as strong as my JBL invasive buds. I will and would recommend these earbuds.
I paid $50 I feel that was a fair price.
Update I've had these for around 2 months and i still love them the battery life is good the phone call quality is great the people in the other end have let me know when my kid is being loud or i have to run the vacuum that the earbuds naturally lower the loud noise for them which is fantastic cause if you have ever had a conversation on the phone with a full time mom you know its constant background noise.
